1.The most Android-iOS apps in India are downloads, US and China backward :-
India has become the world’s fastest growing market for Android and iOS apps. This has been claimed in a recent report. It has also been said in the report that in the first quarters of the year 2018 in terms of revenues, India is the fastest growing country in mobile app downloads on Android and iOS platforms.
According to the report, India is in the first place in the first quarter of 2018, in terms of app downloads of iOS and Android platforms. In the second place, United States and China come third.
2.ITDC got a project of Rs.550 crores for the development of infrastructure in Andhra Pradesh :-
India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) with M / s Suras Impex Private Limited, a Hyderabad-based company for the development of a mega tourism destination project in Bhairav, Lanka in Kakinda, East Godavari district, at an estimated cost of 550 crores on April 10, 2018. Signed a Memorandum of Understanding. This is the first of its kind in the public sector ITDC, which was given preference compared to many private sector claimants.
3.Finance Minister Arun Jaitley sworn in as Rajya Sabha member :-
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today took oath as a Rajya Sabha member. Vice President and Rajya Sabha Speaker M. Venkaiah Naidu administered oath to Mr. Jaitley in his chamber in Parliament House. Mr. Jaitley has recently been elected to the Rajya Sabha from Uttar Pradesh.
4.UNSC rejects Russia’s condemnation motion on joint action between USA, UK and France in exchange for alleged chemical attack in Syria :-
The United Nations Security Council has rejected Russia’s condemnation of a joint action by the United States , Britain and France in exchange for alleged chemical attack in Syria . The Russian proposal received three votes in the council , while nine votes were necessary for the proposal to be approved. China and Bolivia supported Russia’s proposal. While condemning air strikes in the proposal, it was said that America , Britain and France should be stopped from further action. Meanwhile, the United States , France and Britain have made another attempt in the United Nations to investigate chemical attacks in Syria. The three countries have sent a draft proposal to the Security Council in which to provide uninterrupted humanitarian aid ,The demand for the implementation of the ceasefire and the inclusion of Syria into the peace talks under United Nations leadership has been demanded.
5.CBI files FIR against former Chairman of UCO Bank Arun Kaul for alleged fraud of Rs 621 crore :-
Central Bureau of Investigation has registered a case of alleged fraud of six hundred twenty five crore rupees from the bank against former Chairman and Managing Director of UCO Bank Arun Kaul and others , which has caused a loss of Rs 734 crore to the bank. . The CBI raided 10 places in Delhi and Mumbai. The CBI has also filed a fraud case against Ira Engineering Infra India Ltd , the company’s CMD , two charity accountants and other unknown persons.
6.’Andhra Pradesh close, demanding special status, street protests, vehicle blows :-
Protests have been intensified to give special status to Andhra Pradesh. Honda Sadhana Committee has announced the Andhra Pradesh shutdown today for demanding special status to Andhra Pradesh. Due to the dawn in the state, different places have been started in the state. In Tirupati near the RTC bus stand, protesters set fire to a motorcycle in a motorcycle. Opposition parties are also supporting this protest.
7.Yusuf Pathan’s one six has made a big record, Hyderabad also has a hat-trick of victory :-
Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Kolkata Knight Riders and won the hat-trick of the current IPL. The Hyderabad team first put the hat-trick on Rajasthan, then Mumbai and now Calcutta. Yusuf Pathan, who played against KKR in the previous match against Kolkata on last year, gave him six runs. This six Pathan of Pathan also made a record.
8.India won third place in the Commonwealth Games by winning 26 gold, 20 silver and 20 bronze medals :-
India’s Great Journey Ends in the 21st Commonwealth Games in Australia’s Gold Coast India stood third in the list with 26 gold, 20 silver and 20 bronze medals. Australia first and England second place. On the last day of the Games India won a gold, four silver and two bronze medals today. India won a gold and two silver medals in Badminton today. Saina Nehwal, women’s singles gold and P.V. Sindhu won the silver medal.
9.PM Modi to leave today on a five-day trip to Sweden and Britain :-
PM Narendra Modi will be on a five-day foreign trip today. In the first phase of his visit, Modi will reach Stockholm’s capital Stockholm. Where he will hold extensive talks with Prime Minister Stephen Loafen and attend the Nordic Conference of India. On his visit to Sweden, the PM said, “There is a friendly relationship between India and Sweden. Our partnership is based on the commitment to the global system of democratic values and open, inclusive and on the basis of rules. Sweden is a valuable partner in our development initiatives. ‘
10.India seeks help from China to increase train speed :-
India has sought help from China for speeding up trains on the Bengaluru-Chennai railway corridor. Simultaneously, there is talk of taking cooperation from China in redevelopment of Agra and Jhansi railway stations. This offer was made during the ongoing Strategic Economic Dialogue (SED) between the two countries. Policy Commission Deputy Chairman Rajiv Kumar said, “We have offered the project to increase the speed of trains on the Bengaluru-Chennai Railway Corridor to China.”
