3 Japan’s armed forces and the US Navy will hold joint military exercises in the East China Sea for the first time

Japanese  Armed Forces and  the US Navy for the first time  in  the East China Sea  in October   will hold a joint military exercise under Resolute Dragon  on islands bordering  TaiwanThis exercise is being done due to the increasing military activity of China in the region. About two thousand 320 military personnel are expected to participate in this exercise. This military exercise   will take place between Okinawa and Kyushu islands . The Resolute Dragon series of these exercises are being conducted from 2021. Earlier this exercise was done on the remote northern island of Hokkaido in Japan and the main island of Honshu in the northeast of Japan.

5   4 new districts to be formed in Assam

The Assam  government   has  reorganized its 4 districts . Chief Minister  Himanta Biswa Sarma  informed that the Assam cabinet has decided to create four new districts and 81 sub-districts after the completion of the delimitation process to improve administrative efficiency. Hojai, Biswanath, Tamulpur and Bajali will be the four new districts to be formed.  Are included. It is co-terminus with the assembly constituencies declared by the Election Commission under delimitation. Hojai district consists of Lumding, Hojai and Binkandi assembly constituencies. Whereas Biswanath district consists of Bihali, Biswanath and Gohpur assembly constituencies. Tamulpur district consists of Tamulpur and Goreshwar assembly constituencies. Bajali district consists of Bajali and Bhawanipur-Sorbhog assembly constituencies. Just before the delimitation exercise began in the state in December last year, these four districts were merged with four others and changed the administrative jurisdiction of some villages. Biswanath district was merged with Sonitpur, similarly Hojai was merged with Nagaon, Bajali with Barpeta and Tamulpur with Baksa. After the reorganization of four new districts,  the number of new districts  will increase to 35 in the state.

The related web portal named Coal Mine Monitoring and Management System (CMSMS) has been developed in collaboration with Bhaskaracharya Institute of Space Application and Geoinformatics, Gandhinagar and Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI), Ranchi. This comprehensive approach not only leverages state-of-the-art technology but also emphasizes public participation in addressing this critical issue. A total of 483 complaints have been registered through Khan Prahari Mobile App, which shows the active participation of the public.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) ABBFF acts as the first-level trial body for bank fraud cases before they are referred to investigative agencies such as ABBFF is empowered to conduct periodic fraud analysis within the financial system. It provides insights and policy recommendations on fraud prevention and management to regulatory bodies such as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the CVC. The reconstituted ABBFF Board is comprised of the President and four other members, each contributing their expertise in fraud-related matters. The president and members of the ABBFF hold office for a two-year term.
