    1.Government will set up 3,000 forest wealth centers by involving 30,000 self-help groups across the country :-

    The Government will set up 3,000 forest wealth centers by involving 30,000 self-help groups across the country under the forest fund scheme of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. Under a transformational initiative, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Ambedkar Jubilee celebration of Tribal Ministry and Forest Fodder of TRAI FED at Bijapur, Chhattisgarh on April 14, 2018. Emphasizing the importance of additional income for tribal communities, the Prime Minister had said that there is the potential to change tribal, rural economy in forest wealth, public money and dung money schemes. State governments need to encourage the three schemes in a sequential manner.

     

    2.Under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme (Urban), 51 lakh houses sanctioned in three years of its implementation :-

    Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs organized a meeting of Prime Minister’s Accommodation Scheme (PMAY) – Urban on its 25th June, 2018, with its 35th Central Approval and Monitoring Committee (CSMC), in which a total of 3,18,900 houses of six states / UTs approved was given. Simultaneously, PMAY (urban) has sanctioned more than 51 lakh dwelling units against the estimated demand of 10 million. This plan is completing three years of its implementation today and it has achieved a remarkable achievement to sanction 51 lakh houses. This is a major leap in comparison to old housing scheme, where in the last 9 years, 12.4 lakh houses were sanctioned. This is due to the innovative framework of an unprecedented performance plan, where States / Union Territories have been given the flexibility to approve the projects.

     

    3.Saudi Aramco and Adenoc signed MOU for partnership in Ratnagiri Refinery Project in Maharashtra :-

    Saudi Aramco and Adenoc signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today to jointly develop and manufacture Integrated Refinery and Petrochemicals in Ratnagiri in Maharashtra . This project will be executed by Ratnagiri Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (RRPCL).

    The above mentioned MOU was established between Amin H. Nasser, President and CEO of Saudi Aram and State Minister of United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Honorable Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, CEO of Adnock Group. United Arab Emirates Foreign and International Cooperation Minister Hon’ble Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Indian Oil and Petroleum and Natural Gas and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan joined the signing ceremony.

     

    4.United Nations MSME Day will be celebrated on June 27, 2018 :-

    The Ministry of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) will organize a National Conference (Enterprise Confluence) on the occasion of United Nations MSME Day on June 27, 2018. The purpose of this conference is to encourage communication and partnership between the various stakeholders of the MSME Economic System and to promote innovation on MSME related issues and to share knowledge.

     

    5.Delegation level talks between Prime Minister Modi and President of Seychelles Danny Antoine Roline Faroure; Six agreements signed :-

    Bharat Seychelles has signed six agreements including education, cyber security and cultural exchanges. These agreements were signed after delegation level talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Seychelles President Danny Antoine Rolien Faroure today in New Delhi. Increasing cooperation in defense and security sectors was considered prominently.

    The President of Seychelles received a reception at Rashtrapati Bhawan this morning. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met him. He discussed deliberations on capacity building, human resource development and connectivity among the people. Shree Faroure, President Ramnath Kovind and Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu will also meet

     

    6.Parliament session of monsoon from July 18 to August 10 :-

    The monsoon session of Parliament will last from 18 July to 10 August. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said that this session will be a total of 18 working days. It is hoped that the government will insist on passing a bill to give constitutional status to the National Commission for Other Backward Classes

    The three divorces, the Transgender Bill, will also be brought for approval of the Parliament. Shri Ananth Kumar said that the Government hopes that all political parties will have creative cooperation to make the session meaningful.

     

    7.Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan wins in presidential election :-

    In the Presidential election of Turkey, President Rajap Tayyip Ardounan has been declared victorious. Having been in office as Prime Minister and President for 15 years, Mr. Ardogan has retained his position and has become the first Executive President of the country with more powers.

    According to the figures released by the Government Anadolu Agency, Mr. Ardouan got 52 point five percent votes. Mr. Erdogan’s ruling Justice and Development Party and Nationalist Movement Party’s Alliance People’s Alliance also got a majority in the parliamentary elections.

     

    8.OPEC and non-OPEC oil producing nations, including Russia, jointly decided to increase oil production :-

    Non-OPEC  oil producing nations  , including OPEC and Russia, have agreed to increase production of oil in jointly organized countries .

     It was decided in the meeting of OPEC and non-OPEC oil producers countries in Vienna that they will follow 100 percent compliance in the meeting held in 2015, agreeing to cut 18 million barrels per day in oil production. was.

    But OPEC did not provide details of how the production would increase. The latest agreement between these countries will be implemented from next month.

     

    9.Now women will run in Saudi Arabia :-

    Women in Saudi Arabia will now be able to drive. While making landmark reforms in the country, the country has ended the ban on women driving from Sunday. Under the efforts of Shahjada Mohammed Bin Salman to bring generosity and modernity in a conservative country, this ban has been abolished.

    Along with the ban, thousands of women in Saudi Arabia are likely to drive their vehicles. Significantly, there was a ban on women driving in Saudi for decades. Saudis started issuing a driver’s license to women from the beginning of this month. (source language)

     

    10.Musharraf will be the chairman of his political party, Amjad will be the party’s new supremo :-

    Former Pakistani military ruler Pervez Musharraf has resigned as the president of his political party All Pakistan Muslim League (APML). The new president of the party, Muhammad Amjad has been made. He was the General Secretary of APML earlier. Amjad said, “The Election Commission of Pakistan has been informed about the resignation of the former President. It is not possible for him to operate from abroad. ”

    Last week, the Election Commission had dismissed Musharraf’s nomination from Chitral seat. Earlier, the Supreme Court had withdrawn its conditional order in which the court had allowed him to fill nomination in the general elections to be held on July 25, on condition that he would return to Pakistan till June 13. According to Geo News, despite the resignation of APML president, Musharraf will remain the supremo of the party.
