1.Defense Minister inaugurated Aero India Show, showing Raphael flying in the sky:-
Aero India 2019 has been launched. Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman inaugurated the biggest military aviation show in Asia from February 24 till today. 2.GST Council Meeting: Narendra Modi Government can give cheap house gift:-
The government can take a big decision today to fulfill the dream of a common man’s cheap house. Decision on reducing interest rates on the flats under construction can be taken at the GST Council meeting today. At the same time rates can be reduced on Affordable Housing. If this happens then the burden on the common man’s pocket will be greatly reduced.
Explain that in the previous meeting, the council had asked the Group of Ministers to discuss the rates of GST. Subsequently, in this group meeting chaired by Gujarat’s Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel, he has advocated reducing the GST rate from 12 percent to five percent in residential properties.
The group has also asked to reduce the GST rate from 8 per cent to three per cent on Affordable Housing. However, in the event of a drop in GST rates in real estate, the existing input tax credit facility will be eliminated.
Currently flat and ready to be constructed under the flat, which has not been issued as compliance certification, but 12 percent GST is available. They also get the input tax credit facility. However, after obtaining compliance certificates, the sale of flat does not seem to be GST.
Since GST has come into effect, there have been many such complaints since the builders are not giving GST the benefits of the tax credit to the customers. Before the GST was implemented, the tax burden on the housing sector was 15 to 18 percent.
Apart from real estate, a similar GST can be levied on the council lottery. At present, the state sponsored lottery is 12 per cent and 28 per cent GST on the lottery run by the state’s sanction. The Group of Ministers, headed by Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar, suggested to increase the GST from 18 per cent to 28 per cent on the lottery. Apart from this, the decision about the prices of cement is possible.

4.Government Approves National Electronic Policy:-

5.SpiceJet will launch 12 new domestic flights from March 31
viation company SpiceJet said on Tuesday that it will start operating 12 new direct domestic flights from March 31, 2019. “SpiceJet is the first Indian airline to take direct flights daily to Bhopal-Surat-Bhopal, Gorakhpur-Mumbai-Gorakhpur and Jaipur-Dharamsala-Jaipur sector,” the airline said in a statement.
Along with this, the airline also announced that it would launch two new flights on the Bhopal-Delhi route along with the Delhi-Bhopal route. Apart from this, he will start a new flight every day from March 31 between Bhopal and Mumbai.
