1.Petition seeking ban on Padmavati’s performance outside India :-

The Supreme Court today dismissed the petition seeking the ban on the performance of Padmavati film outside India.

The petitioners had alleged that the filmmakers wrongly presented the facts before the court about the approval of the censor board for the songs and promos of the film. Earlier, the Supreme Court had also rejected the request to remove some alleged offensive scenes of the film.

 

2.Order to remove people from Bali Island, considering the possibility of a volcano eruption :-

Given the apprehension of volcanic eruptions in Agung Mountain of Bali Island in Indonesia, authorities have ordered people to be evacuated from there.

Indonesian officials have issued the highest order alert. Island airport has been closed, due to which thousands of people are trapped at this famous tourist destination.

Officials say that black smoke and ashes of mountain 11 thousand 150 flying above feet. Officials have asked people to stay away from debris and rocks falling from the people.

 

3.India will help more than 28 million dollars to strengthen public transport system in Kabul :-

To strengthen the public transport system in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul, India will be given assistance of more than $ 28 million to the Afghan government .

The Indian Embassy in Kabul has said in a statement that Afghanistan’s Transport Minister Mohammad Hameed Tahmasi and India’s Ambassador Manpreet Vohra have signed this.

 

4.Follow Tamo Maa Jyotigamyam Education Institute – Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu :-

Vice-President M. Venkaiah Naidu has said that educational institutions should follow Thamos Ma Jyotigamya. Terming education institutions as educational temples, Shri Naidu said that Google can never take the place of Guru.

Shri N.D. and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Education Section in Amravati today. He also inaugurated the Sarojini Naidu section of the Vellore Technology Institute hostel.

 

5.Examination of nomination papers of last phase of Gujarat Assembly elections :-

Nomination papers of second and final phase of Gujarat assembly elections will be examined. The assembly at this stage 182 of the 93 seats , 14 will go to polls on December.

Meanwhile , the election campaign in the state is gaining ground. In the first phase, 89 seats for the Assembly will be cast on December 9. Counting of Gujarat and Himachal assembly elections will be held on December 18 .

 

6.Four-day visit of President Ramnath Kovind to West Bengal, Mizoram and Nagaland from :-

President Ramnath Kovind is leaving for a four day journey to West Bengal , Mizoram and Nagaland. They will be present at the congratulatory ceremony at Netaji Indoor Stadium in Kolkata and will also address a program on science fiction-scientific and ecology in the Raj Bhavan.

The President will also attend the birthplace of Gurudev Ravindra Nath Thakur in Kolkata and will be addressing the centenary celebrations of the Bose Institute. On Friday, President will inaugurate the Harnville Festival in Kohima and the Foundation Day celebrations of Nagaland.

 

7.International Film Festival of India :-

The Indian International Film Festival will be held in Panaji, Goa. The closing ceremony will be held at Shyamas Prasad Mukherjee Stadium in Bambolim at 4 pm. Actor Amitabh Bachchan will be honored with the honor of the year.

Famous Canadian filmmaker Atom Ignon will be rewarded for his lifetime achievements.

During the film festival, 26 feature films and 16 non-feature films were shown in Indian Panorama . In the feature film category, Indian Panorama started with the performance of Hindi film Pehu, directed by Vinod Kapadi.

8.Do not compromise on those who discriminate on the basis of content, agreement or equipment Service Providers – TRAI :-

Telecommunication Regulatory Authority – TRAI has asked service providers not to compromise any person who is discriminating on the basis of content , agreement or equipment.

The Authority has said in its recommendations about Net Nutrition, that the system of fair dealing is particularly applicable to internet services , which is usually available to the public. The author has also defined Internet access , so that there is no misunderstanding.

TRAI said that to block any material discrimination against the content , to insult him ,It involves slowing down or showing special speed or priority for it.

The Authority has recommended that the Ministry of Telecom can identify such special services. But service providers can only offer the special services , to which can not be used as an alternative to Internet access services.

 

9.Two lakh elected women representatives will be trained to increase efficiency and efficiency :-

Mrs Maneka Gandhi inaugurated the capacity building program of elected women representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions in New Delhi.

The Indian team, who was runners-up at the ICC Women’s World Cup, was chosen as the best team of the year. Tennis player Sania Mirza was honored by the jury as inspirational player while the first individual gold for the country was awarded to transformative contribution by Abhinav Bindra.

Indian Sports Honors has been started by Indian team captain Virat Kohli and Sanjeev Goenka under the support of sports development in the country.
