1.Government notified new drug and clinical trial rules to promote medical research:-
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has notified the Drugs and Diagnostic Testing Rules 2019 to promote medical research in the country . These new rules will change the regulatory regulation regarding approval of new drugs and clinical trials . These rules will apply to all new drugs , research on new drugs for human use , clinical trials , biological balance studies and policy committee . In the new rules, time for applying for drug formation in the country has been reduced to 30 days and 90 days outside the country .
2.Dhanush cannon with more firepower than Bofors now will be included in Army on March 29:-
The strength of the Indian Army is now going to increase manifold. In fact, on the 29th of March, 4 country Bofors will be formally included in the Army’s account. It is also known as Dhanush Howitzer.

Ministry of Commerce has introduced online facility for obtaining export license for restricted category items. The purpose of this step is to improve paperless work and improve the position of business facilitation.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) said in a notice , ” Exporters will have to apply online on e-comm module for permission to export. The process of consultation with the administrative departments will also be online. “The notice came into effect from March 19 this year.
Exporters will have to obtain a license from the government for some restrictive category goods, including biofuels. So far, for the export of such items, applications have to be made in paper form and the process of consultation with respective agencies is also done ‘complete in writing’.
The Government has said that the purpose of this step is to simplify the process of applying the application. This will allow the application to be probed and given permission.

With this new plant, the company has made preparations to meet its growing demand.
JCB Chairman Lord Bamford laid the foundation stone of this new plant, which will be JCB’s sixth factory in India. India has been a big market for JCB since 2007. This announcement has been made after the start of the work of a 50 million pound factory to build a cab for JCB machines in UetoXter of Staffordshire, UK, which will be completed this year.
Lord Bamford said, “With our investment in the UK and India, we are in a very strong position to increase our business in future in the construction sector. This year we are celebrating 40 years of JCB India and these 4 The credit goes to the constant investment made by the company for decades.
