1.Inauguration ceremony of India-China joint military exercise ‘Hand in Hand’ 2018:-
Inauguration ceremony of seventh India-China Joint Military Practice Hand in Hand-2012 was held in Chengdu, China. Military exercises are being organized from 10 to 23 of this month. On behalf of the Indian Army, the company is participating in a joint military exercise involving 11 soldiers and a regiment joint military exercise from the Tibetan military district of China’s People’s Liberation Army. Colonel Zhou is leading the Indian team led by Colonel Punit Pratap Singh Tomar, Commanding Officer, 11 Shikli and Chinese detachment. Senior Journal of PLA Combined Training Major George Kwang Deang examined the parade in the presence of many officials of both countries.Indoor classes and outdoor training activities will be organized during this exercise. The aim of this exercise is to build and promote a strong relationship between the two countries’ armies. The goal of this exercise is to increase the capacity of the Joint Practice Commander, so that the troops of both countries can work under command. Under the United Nations Order during the exercise,training of actions will be included in a country to combat disruptive / terrorist activities.
2.Urjit Patel’s resignation underlines disagreement – Former Governor Raghuram Rajan:-
Raghuram Rajan, former Governor of Reserve Bank (RBI), has said that the resignation of the post of Urjit Patel, after him, is a sign of disagreement and said that there is nothing wrong with the freedom of financial institutions.Mr. Patel resigned his post with immediate effect on Monday. He, however , is believed to be mentioned personal reasons for his resignation, but it is the culmination of a dispute arising due to alleged government interference in the recent past RBI performance.
3.Organic vegetables being grown with compost made from Raj Bhavan waste on the initiative of Joy Ben:-

In this way, the Raj Bhavan will not only be a biological production but also in the direction of environmental protection, it will be an example for other government bungalows.
About 60 kg of grass is produced from three lawns.
There are three large lawns in the Raj Bhavan, in which about 50-60 kg of grass cuttings are collected every month. Which is used to make green compost. The best use is to make fertilizer from earthworms. It is the food of earthworm. Unit 3 is made for the compost unit. In which organic manure is prepared in 30 days. It is made in two ways by wasting the waste by culture method. This makes both liquid and dry fertilizers. There are 6 units for Vermi Compost. This Vermi compost is ready in 45 days.Rural Development Extension Officer, DR Sahu, says that four units of organic manure were earlier, but due to lack of systematic fertilizer was not prepared. Recently, a total of nine units have been prepared in Raj Bhawan, which are being collected and composted by collecting about 100 kg of garbage every day. Now fully organic fertilizer will be used in the palace garden.

4.Pakistan will continue to give full support to Kashmiri people – Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan:-
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan said his country would continue to give diplomatic , political and ethical cooperation to the people of Jammu and Kashmir . In his message on Human Rights Day, Khan commented on this. This day is celebrated every year on December 10. 70 years ago today, the universal declaration of human rights was accepted as Human Rights Day. Khan said , ‘ Universal Declaration of Human Rights on the 70th anniversary , human dignity , respect and the just struggle of the people of Jammu and Kashmir for the fundamental right of self-reliance we have full diplomatic , confirm the political and moral support. ” He said this year the terms for Pakistan is also important that he is now a member of the UN Human Rights Council.Khan said , “To become a member of the Council for the fourth time Pakistan is witness to the confidence of the international community to accept Pakistan as a consensus maker under international human rights policy structure. ‘

5.Rishab Pant equalized the world record of most catches:-
Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant equaled world record for the most hunt in one match by taking 11 catches in the first Test against Australia.Pant, playing his sixth Test, took six catches in the first innings. He took the catch of Mitchell Starc in the second innings and brought the total number of catches to 11 in this Test to match Jack Russell (England vs South Africa , Johannesburg , 1995) and AB De Villiers (South Africa vs Pakistan , Johannesburg 2013). .Before India, the record of the highest victim in a match was on the name of Saha, who had taken 10 catches in Cape Town against South Africa in January 2018. 8.Reserve Bank’s Advice on Financial Stability Important to Indian Government – IFF Economist:-
Among the reports of tensions in the Reserve Bank of India and the Ministry of Finance, Maurice Obstfeld, Chief Economist of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), said that for the financial stability, the Government of India should take note of the matter of the Reserve Bank.In the backdrop of the recent situation in the country between the government and the Reserve Bank, Obstfeld said , ” There is a long debate on whether it would be better for financial stability whether it should be in the central bank’s borders or is it an independent regulator Should work like. The UK dissolved its central bank in 1997 and later added them together. I am not taking any side on this subject. But I believe the central bank is familiar with the extent to which the payment system and financial stability are concerned. ”He said , ” We need to think about what could be a good institutional framework, under which financial policy can be fixed for the long-term stability of the economy , not just its use for political purposes. ”He said that they think the central bank and to further work between the Government of India , has become the consensus. He thinks that RBI’s message of financial stability is important and correct and the government needs to focus on this.

10.The new governor of the Reserve Bank of India will be three years old:-
Former financial secretary and current member of the financial commission, Shakhantant Das has been appointed by the government as the new governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). News Agency Reuters has reported this. Das’s tenure will be for three years. Das has been a secretary of economic affairs between 2015 and 2017 and has worked closely with the central bank. At present, he is a member of the financial commission. Apart from this, he is the official representative of India in the G-20 conference. The government initially had the responsibility to lead Das to the revenue department in the finance ministry and later they were made the secretary of economic affairs. Das played an important role during the ban on Modi Government. Let me tell you that this post was vacant after the sudden resignation of former governor Urjit Patel on Monday.
Last year, Das had criticized the methodology of global rating agencies. Das has worked in the budget division under the leadership of the Modi government and the coalition government. He will be the 25th Governor of the Reserve Bank of India.Significantly, on Monday, Urjit Patel resigned from his post. Patel cited personal reasons behind this. Urjit Patel was appointed as the 24th Governor of RBI in September 2016. He was appointed for three years after the end of Raghuram Raj’s tenure.
