5.Mohali Institute researchers developed injectable gel, stem cells will save new hydrogel:-

Transplantation of stem cells in the medical field is a daunting task as it shows many problems related to the survival of implanted cells. Stem cell, when implanted in a wound, releases the chemical called Paracryan Factor, which is responsible for the reconstruction of tissueInspires other cells around for A group of Indian scientists have developed an injectable hydrogel which can help the transplanted cells survive for long periods of time.

Researchers at the Institute of Nanoscience and Technology of Mohali have prepared this by encapsulating the Mesencumal Stem Cell (MSc) in hydrogel. In early studies, it has been found that hydrogel cell helps in maintaining stem cells for a long time. This hydrogel is made from natural materials, such as cellulose, kitogen and is destroyed after one month of application. Also the elements of amino and aldehyd group are also present in it.

Dr. Deepa Ghosh, Chief Investigator of this study informed that hydrogel stem plays an important role in maintaining the cells for long periods and helps in the formation of body tissues. He told that during the study, we noticed that not only stem cells survive, but it is destroyed within a month by rebuilding the tissues itself.

He also said that hydrogel also helps cells to function normally. After transplantation, the development of paracryan cells present in the hydrogel helps in repairing and repairing damaged tissues. The author of this study, Gijayo Thomas, said that this hydrogel contains 95% water elements similar to tissue cells, which help in tissues to be arranged in cells. Apart from this, the gel can also be shaped according to the wound, which is the advantage of this, by applying it, the wound will be covered completely and the likelihood of any infection on any side decreases to a great extent. Perakine contained in it also prevents wounds from spreading.Dr. Deepa Ghosh said that during testing the animals, the hydrogel has lived in every situation. Hope this technique will be very effective in the treatment of people’s wounds and patients will be able to recover soon. Generally, the wounds do not get filled early when they are too deep, but researchers claim that the wound can be cured quickly through hydrogel. Among the researchers, besides Deepa Ghosh and Jijyo Thomas, Anjana Sharma, Vinita Panwar and Vayani Chopra were involved. The results of this study have been published in the ACS Applied Biometrics Journal.
