1.India to host Delhi Regional Security Dialogue on Afghanistan

India Nvanbr L0 the Delhi regional security dialogue on Afghanistan will host. This meeting of National Security Advisor level will be chaired by Shri Ajit Doval. Apart from Central Asian countries, Russia and Iran have also confirmed their participation in the meeting. For the first time, not only the closest neighbors of Afghanistan but all the countries of Central Asia are participating in this meeting. This encouraging response highlights the importance of India’s role in promoting peace and security in Afghanistan. Earlier, two such meetings were held in Iran in September 2018 and December 2019. The third meeting was delayed due to the Corona epidemic. China and Pakistan have also been invited for this meeting. His formal response is awaited. However, Pakistan has indicated through the media that it will not attend the meeting.

Recently Israel has started testing a massive ‘ Inflatable Missile Detection System ‘ designed to detect threats at high altitudes . According to Israel’s Defense Ministry, the giant ‘ blimp’ -shaped system is the first of its kind. It is a subsidiary of the state-owned ‘ Israel Aerospace Industries ‘ and the U.S. Developed in collaboration with the aerostat manufacturer ‘TCOM’ . Significantly, Israel already has a sophisticated missile defense system, which was successfully used during the 11-day Gaza war this year . Militant Hamas Rulers of GazaIsrael has aggressively increased its military capability in recent years to counter potential threats from the United States, and Israel currently has the ability to strike all major cities in the world. Israel’s Iron Dome defense system played an important role during the Gaza War .

9.RBI’s Revised PCA Framework
