1.MCA has issued notification, from now on, all non-listed public companies will have to issue and transfer all the shares only in demat form :-

Corporate Affairs Ministry (MCA) has notified that on October 2 , 2018, non-listed public companies will have to release all new shares only in dematerialized form and in this format all the shares will have to be transferred. MCA has taken this step only to ensure transparency in the corporate sector , investor protection and systemic governance. In this regard the rules have been modified accordingly.

According to the MCA , the major advantage of Dimteriylaijeshn securities which will now be available to public companies, non-listed , these include the following:

Paper format that certificates are associated risks that they lost , stolen , torn go , will not suspected of being fraudulent.

Increasing transparency will improve the corporate governance system and prevent unauthorized misconduct like anonymity shareholding , issue of shares from a previous date.

Stamp Duty payout will be exempted on transfer.

It will be easy to transfer the securities , mortgages , etc.

 

2.The basis for booking international parcel is not mandatory – postal department :-

The postal department has said that the basis for booking international parcel is not mandatory , but this identity is an option of documents. Department based on the current rules, said in a statement that the country , is not mandatory documents for submission of the form.

Shri Singh recalled that the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) nurtures those cooperative societies which generally represent small and marginal farmers. Some recent initiatives of the NCDC include providing assistance for five co-operative development in five remote districts of Nagaland and three districts of Andhra Pradesh.

 

4.Policy Commission, Intel and TIFR agreed to establish an ideal international center for convertible AI :-

The Policy Commission, Intel and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) announced on September 7 that they will set up the Improved Art Center (ICTAI), a convertible Artificial Intelligence Model for the development and implementation of AI and application based research projects. This initiative is part of the Policy Commission’s program  ‘ National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence ‘ . ICTAI in the country will be set up in collaboration with private sector.

This ideal ICTAI located in Bangalore will conduct research on AI based solutions in the field of health care, agriculture and smart mobility. In this, the expertise of Intel and TIFR will be used. This institute will examine, explore and establish best practices in areas such as administration, basic research, infrastructure, calculation and service infrastructure and attracting talent.

 

5.Apsara-U reactor starts operation in Trombay :-

Dr. Homi J Bhabha, the father of Indian nuclear program, said in the 50’s that research is the backbone of the reactor nuclear program. Subsequently, Asia’s first research reactor “Apsara” was started in August 1956 at the Trombay campus of Bhabha Atomic Research Center. This reactor was discontinued in 2009 after providing dedicated service to researchers for more than five decades.

About 62 years after the Apsara came into existence, at 18:41 on September 10, 2018, a research reactor “Apsara-Advanced” started in the swimming pool in Trombay. This high-capacity reactor has been established with indigenous technology. It uses a plate-shaped dispersion fuel made from the sophisticated uranium (LEU ) . Due to the high neutron flow, this reactor will increase indigenous production of radio-isotope by up to 50 percent in health applications. It will be used extensively in the field of nuclear physics , physics and radioactive cover.

 

6.Mr. Piyush Goyal launched a web portal ‘Rail Cooperation’ :-

Indian Railways have identified wide opportunities in many such areas, which can be promoted with such companies, through which the positive impact on the entire ecosystem under the railway can be ensured. Keeping this in mind, the Minister of Railways and Coal, Mr. Piyush Goyal, launched a web portalwww.railsahyog.in today . This web portal will provide a platform for contributing to the creation of facilities at and near railway stations through the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Fund. Railway Board Chairman Mr. Ashwini Lohani and other members of the Railway Board, Dr. Inder Jit Singh, Secretary, Coal Ministry and senior officials of the Railways and Coal Ministry were also present on this occasion.

 

7.First bus service between Bihar and Nepal starts :-

The first bus service between Bihar and Nepal started. State Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, while leaving the bus from Patna said that this will strengthen Nepal and Bihar relations. This bus service has been started after the agreement between India and Nepal. The Chief Minister said that four buses would go between Bodh Gaya and Kathmandu. Similarly, four buses will be run between Patna and Janakpur. Buses going to Kathmandu will run through Patna , Raxaul and Birganj. Buses going to Janakpur will move between Muzaffarpur and Sitamarhi. The Chief Minister said that bus services from Kathmandu to Bodh Gaya will be started by the Nepal Government on 13th of this month.

 

8.Bapu Tower, 120 feet high in Patna, will be seen here in memory of Champaran Satyagraha :-

In memory of the Champaran Satyagraha Centenary celebrations, ‘Bapu Tower’ will be built in Patna’s Gardnibagh area, 120 feet high. This structure dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi will be the first of its kind in the entire country, which will be built in the form of a tower. Its design has been finalized. It will be the tallest tower in the state.

The tallest tower in Bihar –

The Qutab Minar of Delhi is 239.5 feet high. In the memory of martyrs, the height of ‘Shaheed Minar’ built in Kolkata is also 157 feet. But, Bapu Tower will be different from them. It will be the tallest tower in the state. As far as building is concerned, the Biscoman building in Patna, 233 feet high, is on number one.


The country’s tallest Gandhi statue in Bihar, –

as far as the country is concerned, Mahatma Gandhi’s tallest statue is also in Bihar. Mahatma Gandhi’s statue of 70 feet in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan is the highest in the country. Yes, the statue of Sardar Patel, the highest 182 feet in the country, has been built in Gujarat, which is going to be unveiled in October.
At present, the statue of Mahatma Buddha, 80 feet high in Bodhgaya, is the highest statue of the state.

 

9.Women’s team captain Mithali Raj and fast bowler Jhulan Goswami made new records :-

Indian women’s cricket team won nine wickets in the first one-day match against Sri Lanka and gained 1-0 in the three ODI series. During this match, Indian women’s captain Mithali Raj and fast bowler Jhulan Goswami made a new record.

Mithali Raj captains captaincy in most ODI matches –

Captain of Indian women team Mithali Raj got a great record. This was his 118th ODI match against Sri Lanka and he became the captain in most matches. In his captaincy, the Indian women team won in 72 matches and lost in 43 while no result was achieved in three matches. Mitali broke the record of Charlotte Edwards in England. Edwards captained 117 games, out of which he won 72, lost 38, while there were no results in seven matches.
