The Policy Commission’s Global Mobility Hackathon, Moveback, has shown tremendous interest in people around the world in 2018. Prized amount of more than Rs. 2 crores has been kept for this hackathon starting on 01st August, 2018. More than 7,500 registrations have been received for 10 topics in Hackathon.
The purpose of Movehack is to find an innovative, dynamic, and mountable solution to the mobility and problems related to transport. A two-pronged approach has been adopted for hackathon. (A) ‘ Just code it ‘: Its purpose is to find solutions through innovation in technology / product / software and data analysis, and (b) ‘find out solutions only ‘ : New to change dynamic infrastructure through technology Business information or continuous solution

- 11th World Hindi Conference in Mauritius concluded :-
Representatives from all over the world participating in the 11th World Hindi Conference in Mauritius have stressed on making Hindi language simple and interesting.
The delegates stressed the need to develop such software for Hindi which can be available at reasonable prices to the common people.
Addressing media in Port Louis, Sanjay Kumar Verma, the chief convener of the conference said that participants participating in the conference suggested that foreign languages can be used in addition to Devanagari for teaching Hindi abroad. Shri Verma said that the basic purpose of the three day conference is to connect the Hindi language with culture and make it popular in the whole world.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Governor of Goa Mridula Sinha, West Bengal Governor Kesharinath Tripathi and several Ministers from India and Mauritius attended the event.

This will help in teaching all Indian languages in Mauritius.
3.India successfully tested successful pokemon of anti-tanker Missile Helena in the country :-
India successfully tested anti-tank Missile Helena, which was released from the helicopter developed in the country, in Pokan in Rajasthan. In the disclosure of the Ministry of Defense, it has been informed that the smooth functioning of this weapon system was thoroughly tested.
Senior officers of the Defense Research and Development Organization said that Indian Air Force also participated in it and inspected the flight tests.
4.Asian Games 2018: Bajrang Poonia wins the gold medal, say – it is dedicated to Vajpayee :-
Bajrang Poonia of India, on the first day of the 18th Asian Games, performed brilliantly on Sunday, beating the gold medal of Japan’s Daij Takatani 11-8 in men’s 65kg freestyle event. Bajrang gave his silver medal in the Asian Games played in Incheon-2014. This time he was successful in changing the colors of his medal.
Bajrang was considered as the strongest contender for the gold medal in this category. Twenty-four-year-old Indian wrestler has done three consecutive gold medals before the Asian Games. He won the title in the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, Tbilisi Grand Prix in Georgia and Yasser Doug International competition in Istanbul.
5.Imran Khan’s Council of Ministers took oath in Pakistan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi new Foreign Minister :-
In Pakistan, 21 members of the Council of Ministers of Prime Minister Imran Khan took oath. In the swearing-in ceremony held in Rashtrapati Bhavan in Islamabad, President Mamnoon Hussain administered oath to the ministers. Among them are 16 federal ministers and five advisors. Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi has been made Foreign Minister and Parvez Khattak has been made Defense Minister. Prime Minister Imran Khan will have the charge of the Home Ministry.
6.Indian Under-15 Girl Team Team Saife Champion :-
India’s under-15 girls team beat the existing champion Bangladesh 1-0 and secured the Saif championship. Last time the Indian team had to satisfy themselves as a runner-up, but this time Indian girls have taken revenge for the previous defeat they got from Bangladesh. From the very beginning, the Indian team maintained aggression and gave a great deal of attention to the defense.
After the first half ended, the Indian team started making chances in the second half and finally got success in the 67th minute. On the cross of Landy Com, Sunita Munda gave India an edge and the edge continued till the end. The Indian team performed spectacularly throughout the championship. India has scored 16 goals, including semi-finals and finalists in four of their championships.
7.ATM Can be free in the first week of September, RBI is running this :-
The Reserve Bank will not work in the initial five days of September. There is a possibility of a crisis of currency in banks. Regarding the demand for pension restoration, the officials and employees of the Reserve Bank performed simultaneously on Monday in the Reserve Bank and issued a notice of group holiday.
Officials and employees under the banner of the United Forum of Reserve Bank of Officers and Exploration are agitating for demands like pension updates, pension opening etc. On Monday, he was asked to perform these demands by performing in a meal break.
Anoop Kumar Mishra, secretary of the Reserve Bank of India Employees Association, told that officers and employees will collectively take casual leave on September 4 and 5. Before this, the bank will be closed on Saturdays and two on Sunday due to Sunday. Janmashtami’s holiday will be held on September 3. In this way the bank will not be functioning for five days. RTGS will now be affected for five days now, real time gross settlement (RTGS) and National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) are from Gateway of National Payment Corporation of India (NPCI). 8.Chief Minister’s Secretariat Change in Governor’s rule in Jammu and Kashmir :-
The name of the Chief Minister Secretariat, working in the state secretariat, has been changed two months after Governor’s rule in Jammu and Kashmir. Now the CM Secretariat will work under the name of the Governor’s office.
The state administration issued orders in the CM Secretariat on Monday to send back 21 employees, employees, and all other employees with immediate effect to their departments. The workers who were sent were J & K Medical Aid Trust, Pure on Cancer Treatment Fund, JK Relief Fund, CM Flood Relief Fund, were posted in Private Sections. With them, except the two personnel of CM’s private office in Jammu, the rest of the personnel have been sent back to their respective departments.
9.NCR’s longest Metro route trial successful, Modi can inaugurate in November :-
The longest Metro route of NCR has become ready for the Noida-Greater Noida Aqua Line Metro. On this route, trial of Metro has been started from Monday to Noida Sector-71 to Greater Noida Depot (29.707 Kms). Now it can be officially launched for people in November.
Thus, it is speculated that in October, Prime Minister Narendra Modi can come to Noida and inaugurate aqua line metro. Its preparation has also been started by Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) officials. The Noida-Greater Noida Aqua Line Metro has reached Sector-71 Metro Station for the first time on Monday. Meanwhile, all the NMRC officials, including the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), were present. Throughout the day, the trial of the Metro continued till Noida’s Sector-71 to Greater Noida Greater Metro Depot.
10.Indian stock market at record high, near Nifty 11600 :-
The Indian stock market has started to look forward with growth. The Bombay Stock Exchange’s (BSE) index Sensex has touched 38402 and the National Stock Exchange’s (NSE) index Nifty touched a record high of 11581. At around 9.30, the Sensex rose by 31 points, at 38310 and the Nifty was trading 34 points at 11583 level.
The biggest shopping is in the shares of Bajaj Auto and Hero Moto Corp. Hero Moto Corp has a counter of 1.21% with a rise of 3345 and Bajaj Auto has gained 1.08% to 2763. The mid-cap index on the National Stock Exchange is 0.08% and the smallcap is up by 0.15%.
11.Again, Virat, second century against England in Test series :-
In the first innings of the third Test, Indian skipper Virat Kohli missed the century by just three runs but was successful in making that century in the second innings. Virat scored the second of this Test series and his 23rd Test century. On this breathtaking innings of Virat, the Indian team came in a strong position.
Virat’s bat is constantly running on England’s ground and he scored a century in the second innings of the match at Trent Bridge. Virat completed his century on 191 balls. During this time his strike rate was 53.13. He faced 197 balls in the second innings and scored 103 runs. Virat got LBW out by Chris Woakes. He scored 10 boundaries in his innings. Virat shared a 159-run partnership with Pujara for the fourth wicket and strengthened the team’s score.

In Andaman and Nicobar, 17-year-old Delhi takes training in Delhi’s National Cycling Academy of Sports Authority of India. Aso finished the race in the exciting photo-finish of the race in just 0.017 seconds behind gold medalist Stystny.
