3. 14th edition of Aero India to be held in Bengaluru from 13 to 17 February

6. Pension to MNREGA workers by Kerala
In a first of its kind initiative, the Kerala government has started a Welfare Fund Board for workers registered under MNREGA/MGNREGS and Ayyankali Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme . On attaining the age of 60 years, he will be provided monthly pension from the board. As per the norms, any worker (age 18-55) can take membership of the Nidhi Board. They will have to pay monthly premium amount (fixed at Rs.50) till the age of 55 years and the member who has paid for at least 10 years will be eligible for pension. In addition to the workers’ monthly contribution, the government will also make an equal contribution to the fund (which can be revised quarterly).
7. ‘Saharsh’ scheme for social and emotional education

8. First advance estimate of GDP released
