1.राष्ट्रपति ने दिव्यांगजन सशक्तीकरण के लिए दिव्यांगजनों को राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार प्रदान किए :-
राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविन्द ने अंतरराष्ट्रीय दिव्यांगजन दिवस (3 दिसंबर, 2017 के अवसर पर दिव्यांगजनों के सशक्तिकरण के लिए राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार प्रदान किये।
इस अवसर पर अपने संबोधन में, राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि सभी नागरिकों की पूरी क्षमता का भाव सुनिश्चित करने पर ही देश का भविष्य निर्भर करता है।
President gave away national awards to Divyanjanjan for the empowerment of Divya :-
President Shri Ramnath Kovind presented national awards for the empowerment of the Divya Jangan on the occasion of International Divyajanjan Divas (December 3, 2017).
In his address on this occasion, the President said that only the future of the country depends on ensuring the full potential of all citizens.
2.भारत सरकार ने इस वर्ष कृषि शिक्षा बजट में वितीय वर्ष 2013-14 की तुलना में 47.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की: श्री राधा मोहन सिंह :-
केन्द्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री राधा मोहन सिंह ने कहा है कि स्कूली बच्चों से लेकर नौजवानों को कृषि शिक्षा के प्रति आकर्षित करना हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य है| उन्होंने कहा कि इसी क्रम में भारत सरकार ने कृषि से संबंधित अनेक राष्ट्रीय व अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस मनाना शुरू किया हैं ताकि कृषि का समग्र और तीव्र गति से विकास हो | श्री सिंह ने यह बात आज राष्ट्रीय कृषि शिक्षा दिवस, (3 दिसम्बर, 2017) के अवसर पर डा. राजेन्द्र प्रसाद केन्द्रीय कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, पूसा, समस्तीपुर, बिहार में कही।

The Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shri Radha Mohan Singh has said that attracting young people from school children to agriculture education is our main objective.He said that in this sequence, the Indian government has started celebrating many National and International Day related to agriculture so that agriculture is in full and rapid growth. Mr. Singh said this today at the Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar on the occasion of National Agricultural Education Day (December 3, 2017).
3.डीडीए ‘ई-गर्वनेंस सेवाएं’ प्रदान करने के लिए अपने कार्यों तथा सेवाओं को कम्प्यूटराइज करेगा :-
उपाध्यक्ष ने बताया कि डीडीए अपनी परियोजना : ‘डीडीए डिजिटल सेवाएं : निर्णय समर्थन एवं ऑनलाइन लोक सेवा (शिकायत निपटान समेत) प्रणाली (सीएमएस) के लिए कंप्यूट्रीकृत प्रबंधन प्रणाली’ के जरिये एक टर्नकी परियोजना के रूप में अपनी सेवाओं को डिजिटलाइज करने की योजना बना रहा है। अपनी इस कम्प्यूट्रीकरण परियोजना में, डीडीए अपने 22 विभागों एवं 60 फील्ड अधिकारियों की नेटवर्किंग करेगा तथा नागरिक सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए अपने 5000 अधिकारियों का क्षमता निर्माण आरंभ करेगा।
The Vice President said that DDA plans to digitize its services in the form of a turnkey project through its ‘Computerized management system for decision-making and online public services (including complaints settlement) system (CMS)’: DDA Digital Services Used to be.
In its computational project, DDA will networking its 22 departments and 60 field officers and start building capacity of 5000 officers to provide citizen services.
4.भारत सरकार ने इस वर्ष कृषि शिक्षा बजट में वितीय वर्ष 2013-14 की तुलना में 47.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की: श्री राधा मोहन सिंह :-
श्री सिंह ने कहा कि भारत सरकार ने कृषि में दीर्घकालीन व स्थाई प्रगति के लिए कृषि शिक्षा, शोध एवं प्रसार को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में कई कार्यक्रमों का कार्यान्वयन शुरू किया है| नई तकनीकों के विकास के साथ कृषि प्रवृत्तियों में प्रतिदिन परिवर्तन हो रहे हैं। उन्नत प्रौद्योगिकियों का अधिकतम उपयोग करने के लिए यह जरूरी है कि कृषि शिक्षा का पर्याप्त सुदृढ़ीकरण किया जाए। केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री ने इस बात पर खुशी जताई कि आईसीएआर ने उच्च कृषि शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने के लिए कई नए कार्यक्रम आरंभ किए हैं | इसके अंतर्गत भारत सरकार ने इस वर्ष कृषि शिक्षा बजट में वितीय वर्ष 2013-14 की तुलना में 47.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि की है।

Shri Singh said that the Government of India has started implementing many programs towards strengthening agricultural education, research and dissemination for long term and sustainable progress in agriculture.
With the development of new technologies, agricultural trends are changing daily. To maximize the use of advanced technologies, it is important that adequate strengthening of agricultural education is done. The Union Agriculture Minister expressed happiness that ICAR has initiated many new programs to enhance the quality of higher agricultural education. Under this, the Government of India has increased the agricultural education budget this year by 47.4% compared to the actual year 2013-14.
5.संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र 15 दिसंबर से आरंभ, एक फरवरी को आ सकता है आम बजट :-
जीएसटी लागू होने के बाद केंद्र सरकार का पहला आम बजट नए साल में एक फरवरी को पेश हो सकता है। यह मोदी सरकार के मौजूदा कार्यकाल का आखिरी पूर्ण बजट भी होगा। जीएसटी इसी साल एक जुलाई को लागू किया गया था।
एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने बताया कि 30 जनवरी को राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद के संबोधन के साथ बजट सत्र की शुरुआत हो सकती है। इसके बाद 31 जनवरी को आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण सदन के पटल पर रखा जाएगा। एक फरवरी को वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली आम बजट पेश कर सकते हैं। आम बजट एक फरवरी को लाने की परंपरा इसी साल शुरू की गई है। इससे पहले ब्रिटिश काल से ही बजट फरवरी की आखिरी तारीख को आता रहा है।
Winter session of Parliament begins on December 15, general budget :-
After the GST is implemented, the first general budget of the Central Government can be presented on February 1 in the new year. It will also be the last full budget of the current term of the Modi government. GST was implemented on July 1 this year.
A senior official said that on January 30, the budget session could be started with the address of President Ramnath Kovind. After this, the economic survey will be held on the Table of the House on 31 January. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley may present the general budget on February one. The tradition of bringing general budget on February has been started this year. Earlier, since the British era, the budget is coming to the last date of February.
6.दिल्ली समेत उत्तर भारत में बढ़ी ठंड, पहाड़ों में बर्फबारी, बारिश :-
दिल्ली में दिसंबर की शुरुआत में ही अधिकतम तापमान ने पिछले पांच वर्षो का रिकॉर्ड तो़ड दिया।
दिल्ली में रविवार को हल्की धूप निकलने से लोगों को दिन में भी ठंड महसूस हुई। वहीं, पांच व छह दिसंबर को बारिश के साथ यहां के तापमान में और अधिक गिरावट आने की संभावना है। सुबह से ही मौसम का मिजाज पिछले एक हफ्ते की तुलना में बदला हुआ था। सुबह के समय कोहरे का असर साफ दिखाई दे रहा था।
धूप में गरमाहट नहीं होने की वजह से अधिकतम तापमान 23.9 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज किया गया। बीते शनिवार को तापमान 26.4 डिग्री सेल्सियस था। तीन दिसंबर का दिन पिछले पांच वर्षो का सबसे ठंडा दिन रहा। वहीं न्यूनतम तापमान भी दिल्ली में महज 8 डिग्री सेल्सियस दर्ज हुआ।
हिमाचल में बर्फबारी, बारिश -वहीं हिमाचल प्रदेश के ऊंचे इलाकों में बारिश व बर्फबारी, जबकि मध्य पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में गर्जन के साथ वर्षा होने का अनुमान है। प्रदेश में रविवार को न्यूनतम तापमान केलंग में –4.2 और अधिकतम तापमान ऊना में 27.2 दर्ज किया गया है। शिमला से ठंडा सोलन, बिलासपुर और चंबा रहा।
कश्मीर में शून्य से नीचे -कश्मीर और लद्दाख में शीतलहर के ब़़ढते प्रकोप के बीच रात का न्यूनतम तापमान लगातार शून्य से नीचे बना हुआ है।
Cold in northern India including Delhi, snowfall in the hills, rain :–

8.जीएसटी के बाद 1 फरवरी को पेश होगा पहला आम बजट :-
1 जुलाई 2017 को वस्तु एंव सेवा कर लागू किए जाने के बाद देश के केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री देश का पहला आम बजट 1 फरवरी को पेश कर सकते हैं। सरकार के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने जानकारी दी है कि संसद में बजट सत्र की शुरुआत 30 जनवरी से हो सकती है। इसकी शुरुआत राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद की ओर से संसद के संयुक्त सत्र को संबोधन के साथ शुरू हो सकती है।
सरकार के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि इकोनॉमिक सर्वे जिसमें राज्य की अर्थव्यवस्थाओं का विवरण दिया हुआ होता है उसे 31 जनवरी को संसद के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है।
The first general budget to be presented on February 1 after GST :-
After the commencement of the goods and services tax on July 1, 2017, the Union Finance Minister of the country can present the country’s first general budget on 1st February. A senior government official has informed that the budget session of Parliament may start from January 30. It can be started with President Ramnath Kovind’s addressing the joint session of Parliament.
An official from the government told that the economic survey in which state’s economies are given details can be presented before Parliament on January 31.
9.इंफोसिस को मिला नया सीईओ, सलिल एस पारेख 5 साल तक संभालेंगे कमान :-
आईटी क्षेत्र की दिग्गज कंपनियों में शुमार इंफोसिस को नया सीईओ मिल गया है। सलिल एस पारेख को इंफोसिस का नया चीफ एग्जीक्यूटिव ऑफिसर (मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी) नियुक्त कर दिया गया है। सलिल सिर्फ सीईओ ही नहीं होंगे बल्कि वो कंपनी में मैनेजिंग डॉयरेक्टर का पद भी संभालेंगे। उनके पास ये दोनों पद अगले पांच सालों तक रहेंगे।
हालांकि पारेख की यह नियुक्ति 2 जनवरी 2018 से ही प्रभावी होगी। सिक्का के इस्तीफा दे देने के बाद यूबी प्रवीण राव को बतौर अंतरिम सीईओ और एमडी नियुक्त किया गया था। उनका कार्यकाल 2 जनवरी 2018 को खत्म हो रहा है। इनका कार्यकाल खत्म होते ही पारेख यह जिम्मेदारी संभाल लेंगे।
Infosys gets new CEO, Salil S Parekh will hold office for 5 years :-
Infosys, one of the IT sector’s biggest companies, has got a new CEO. Salil S Parekh has been appointed Infosys’s new Chief Executive Officer (Chief Executive Officer). Salil will not only be the CEO but he will also hold the post of Managing Director in the company. Both of these positions will remain for the next five years.
However, Parekh’s appointment will be effective from 2 January 2018. Let us tell you that after the Coin resigns, UB Pravin Rao was appointed as Interim CEO and MD. His tenure ends on January 2, 2018. Parekh will handle this responsibility as soon as his tenure ends.
