1.Prime Minister will inaugurate the Defense Expo 2018 in Chennai on April 12 :-

The theme of the Defense Expo this year is  ‘ India-emerging defense manufacturing hub ‘  . During this, India’s ability to export defense systems and their components will be shown. More than 670 exhibitors, including nearly 150 international exhibitors, will attend the Defense Expo This year there  will be an approximate representation of about 15 percent of the micro , small and medium enterprises (MSME) sector.

Indian participants include many leading companies such as Tata ,  Kalyani ,  Bharat Forge ,  Mahindra ,  MKU ,  DRDO ,  HAL ,  BEL ,  BDL ,  MDL ,  GRSE ,  GSL ,  HSL ,  Ordnance Factory etc. Major international companies participating in the Defense Expo  -2018 include Lockheed Martin ,  Boeing (USA) , SAAB (Sweden) ,  Airbus ,  Raphael (France) , United Shipbuilding (Russia),  BAE Systems (UK) ,  Sibt (Israel) ,  Wartsila (Finland) ,  including Rhode and Schwarz (Germany) and so on.

 

2.ISRO successfully launched Navigation Satellite INRSS-1I :-

Image result for ISROIndian Space Research Organization (ISRO) today launched its navigation satellite INRSS-1I. After launch, it has successfully reached its orbit. This was done through the launch of Saturn Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota via PSLV-C41. Such satellites will be part of a group.

 

3.Rain breaks Delhi’s dream to lose by 10 runs in second match :-

Related imageThe fifth match of IPL 11 was played between Jaipur and Delhi in Jaipur. This rain-affected match, Rajasthan won by 10 runs, according to the Duckworth-Lewis Rules. With this, Rajasthan won its first win in this tournament.

According to the Duckworth-Lewis rules, the Delhi Daredevils team had a revised target of 71 runs in 6 overs. In reply, Delhi’s team could only manage 60 runs at the loss of 4 wickets in 6 overs. His second consecutive defeat in the tournament for Delhi. Prior to this, Kings XI Punjab defeated him in his home. 

 

4.Five star hotel sensation, smart coach will be special :-

Related imageThe era of smart coaches in Indian Railways is going to start soon. Kapurthala, Punjab-based Rail Coach Factory (RCF) has started construction of the country’s first Smart Coach. It will provide all the comforts of luxury, which are usually done in airplanes and five star hotels.

The first coach going to be built at a cost of three and a half million rupees will be ready by June. The Smart Coach will have all state-of-the-art facilities. In addition to call bell, Wi-Fi, LED lights, comfortable seat, center table, mobile and laptop charging, computerized automatic curtains will be installed on windows, which can be remodeled through remote. The electronic reservation chart will be seen outside the coach. Automatic compact arrangements containing dustbins will take place.

 

5.India will grow by 7.3% of GDP this fiscal, Asia’s fastest economy: ADB :-

Image result for GSTIndia’s economic growth could be 7.3 percent in this financial year and 7.6 percent in the next financial year. In view of this, it can be said that due to GST and banking reform, India can retain its strongest economy in Asia.

The Asian Development Outlook (ADO) 2018 report of Manila-based firm ADB states that “the risks for business are at a higher level” and counter-response can help move forward in the Asian region. During the last financial year, India’s GDP growth was 6.6 per cent, due to which the interruption in business activities can be considered as the main ban on bonds (November 8, 2016) and commodity and service tax (July 1, 2017). During the financial year 2016-17, India’s GDP growth was 7.1 percent.

 

6.Saudi Aramco to buy 50 percent stake in oil refinery in Maharashtra, $ 44 billion deal :-

Image result for International Energy ForumSaudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil producer, will buy a 50 percent stake in Maharashtra’s oil refinery. According to the information, the deal between the two companies is around $ 44 billion. In connection with this deal, another agreement has been signed for the International Energy Forum (IEF) program held in New Delhi (India).

Saudi oil minister Khalid al-Falih said that India is among the priority destinations of Saudi investment destinations and Aramco will seek other opportunities other than this refinery (Western coast refine). Saudi Arabia will supply 50 percent of the oil refinery for the capacity of 60 million tonne. Also, the rest of the stake in this project will be of Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum.

 

7.In the Commonwealth Games, Om Mitrawal won a bronze medal in the 50 meter air pistol event, in the final of Marikom Boxing :-

Five-time world champion MC Marichom defeated Sri Lanka’s Anusha 5-0 to enter the final of the 48 kg weight category.

Sixth day shooter Hina Sidhu won gold medal in 25 meter pistol Para Power Lifter Sachin Chaudhary won the bronze medal.

In medal table India is third with 11 gold, four silver and seven bronze. Australia is first and England is second.

 

8.Central Government banned import of oxytocin :-

This step has been taken after the meeting of the Prime Minister’s Office to stop the harmful effects of oxytocin. In order to increase milk production and increase the size of the vegetables, cases of misuse were revealed. The Central Board of Excise and Customs has banned the use of oxytocin by any name with immediate effect. All real requirements of oxytocin will be met by domestic production.

 

9.In Rajasthan, more than 17 lakh small and medium enterprises benefited from ‘Prime Minister Money Scheme’ in the financial year 2017-18 :-

10.Dr. Jitendra Singh launched online dashboard to ensure monitoring of public grievances in real time :-

Done This dashboard will monitor public or public grievances in real time and will periodically review the progress of systemic improvements. The systematic improvements and their monitoring of those scales are shown on the dashboard, which are related to issues of public grievances. Ministries / departments related to this will be helped to monitor these reforms.
