1.दक्षिण अफ्रीका में राजनीतिक गतिरोध गहराया :-
राष्ट्रपति जैकब जुमा के संभावित रूप से पद छोड़ने के मामले में बातचीत में कोई समाधान नहीं निकलने के बाद दक्षिण अफ्रीका में शनिवार को राजनीतिक गतिरोध और गहरा हो गया है। इस बीच, जुमा की अपनी ही पार्टी ने उन्हें त्यागपत्र देने के लिए कहा है। प्रेसीडेंट इन वेटिंग सिरिल रामाफोसा और सत्तारूढ पार्टी एएनसी ने कहा है कि बातचीत कुछ दिन के भीतर समाप्त हो जानी चाहिए। लेकिन, इस बारे में कोई विस्तृत जानकारी नहीं दी गयी कि जुमा को कैसे सत्ता से हटाया जायेगा।
दक्षिण अफ्रीका में जारी इस गतिरोध के कारण राजनीतिक संकट गहरा गया है। इससे पहले इस हफ्ते कई सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रम रद्द कर दिये गये। जुमा ने सप्ताहांत के अपने सारे काम निपटा दिये हैं, लेकिन उप राष्ट्रपति रामाफोसा नेल्सन मंडेला के जन्म लेने के 100 साल पूरा होने के मौके पर एक साल तक चलनेवाले समारोह की शुरुआत करने के लिए शहर में रविवार को एक रैली को संबोधित करेंगे। 11 फरवरी को नेल्सल मंडेला को जेल से रिहा किया गया था। वह 1990 में जेल से रिहा हुए थे।

2.इजरायल का लड़ाकू विमान सीरिया ने मार गिराया :-
सीरिया के आकाश में शनिवार को इजरायली एफ-16 लड़ाकू विमान मार गिराया गया। विमान के पायलट की जान बच गई है और वह सुरक्षित है। यह विमान ईरानी ड्रोन के संचालन केंद्र को नष्ट करने के मकसद से सीरिया सीमा के भीतर गया था, तभी उस पर एंटी एयरक्राफ्ट गन से फायर हुआ। इजरायली सेना के प्रवक्ता के अनुसार इजरायल की सीमा में घुसे ईरानी ड्रोन को जब पकड़ा गया तो पता चला कि उसका संचालन सीरिया से हो रहा था।
इसके बाद संचालन केंद्र नष्ट करने के लिए इजरायली विमान सीरिया की सीमा के भीतर घुसा था। हमले से ध्वस्त हुए विमान का मलबा इजरायली सेना ने दिखाया है। सीरिया में गृह युद्ध के आठ साल के समय में पहली बार इजरायली लड़ाकू विमान को मार गिराए जाने की घटना हुई है। सीरियाई मीडिया के अनुसार देश के सैन्य ठिकाने पर हमले के लिए आए इजरायली विमान को मार गिराया गया है।
दावा किया गया है कि जवाबी हमले में एक से ज्यादा विमानों को नुकसान हुआ है। मंगलवार को इजरायली प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतन्याहू ने सीरिया से लगी सीमा का दौरा करके इजरायल के धैर्य की परीक्षा न लेने की चेतावनी दी थी। उल्लेखनीय है कि सीरिया में ईरान और चरमपंथी संगठन हिज्बुल्ला राष्ट्रपति बशर अल-असद के समर्थन में लड़ रहे हैं। ये दोनों ही इजरायल के खिलाफ हैं। इसलिए सीमा पर जब-तब टकराव होता रहता है।

3.श्रीलंका सरकार ने मछली पकड़ने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार 113 भारतीय मछुआरों को रिहा करने का निर्णय लिया :-
श्रीलंका सरकार ने हाल के महीनों में अपने समुद्री क्षेत्र में मछली पकड़ने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार एक सौ 13 भारतीय मछुआरों को रिहा करने का निर्णय लिया है। तीन मछुआरों को उनके निकट संबंधी की मौत के कारण कल रिहा कर स्वदेश भेज दिया गया।
भारतीय मछुआरों की रिहाई के लिए कोलंबो स्थित भारतीय उच्चायुक्त कई हफ्तों से प्रयासरत था। कुल एक सौ 40 भारतीय मछुआरे श्रीलंका की जेलों में हैं जिसमें एक सौ 13 की रिहाई का निर्णय हुआ। इन मछुआरों को सोमवार तक जेल से रिहा किया जाएगा और भारत वापस जाने में दो तीन दिन की प्रक्रिया और लगेगी। श्रीलंका सरकार मछुआरों को समय-समय पर मानवीय आधार पर रिहा करती रही है और नवासी मछुआरों को दिसंबर में रिहा किया गया था, लेकिन नौकाओं को जल्दी नहीं छोड़ा जाता और एक सौ 70 से ज्यादा नौकाएं श्रीलंका सरकार के कब्जे में हैं।
Sri Lankan government decides to release 113 Indian fishermen arrested for fishing :-

4.देश का फॉरेक्स रिजर्व पहली बार 420 अरब डॉलर के पार :-
देश के फॉरेक्स रिजर्व में लगातार आठवें सप्ताह बढ़ोत्तरी दर्ज की गई। 2 फरवरी को समाप्त सप्ताह में फॉरेक्स रिजर्व 421.91 अरब डॉलर के अब तक के रिकॉर्ड स्तर पर पहुंच गया। यह पहली बार है जब फॉरेक्स रिजर्व (विदेशी मुद्रा भंडार) 420 अरब डॉलर के पार पहुंचा है। इससे पहले 26 जनवरी को समाप्त सप्ताह में यह 3 अरब डॉलर बढ़कर 417.79 अरब डॉलर पर रहा था।
बीते सप्ताह में इसमें 4.13 अरब डॉलर की वृद्धि हुई जो दो महीने की सबसे बड़ी बढ़ोतरी है। गत 2 फरवरी को समाप्त सप्ताह में फॉरेक्स रिजर्व बढ़ने का प्रमुख कारण इसके सबसे बड़े घटक फॉरेन करंसी एसेट्स का 3.03 अरब डॉलर बढ़कर 396.77 अरब डॉलर पर पहुंचना रहा है।
इसके साथ ही गोल्ड रिजर्व भी 1.09 अरब डॉलर की मजबूत वृद्धि के साथ 21.51 अरब डॉलर पर पहुंच गया। आलोच्य सप्ताह में आईएमएफ के पास आरक्षित निधि 43 लाख डॉलर बढ़कर 2.08 अरब डॉलर और विशेष आहरण अधिकार 32 लाख डॉलर बढ़कर 1.55 अरब डॉलर पर रहा।
India’s forex reserves cross $ 420 billion for the first time :-

5.अप्रैल से पूरे देश में शुरू होगी इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट्स बैंक की सेवा :-
इंडिया पोस्ट मनी (आईपीपीबी) इस साल अप्रैल से देश भर में काम करना शुरु कर देगा। भारतीय डाक विभाग ने एक बयान में बताया कि आईपीपीबी का विस्तार कार्यक्रम जारी है और अप्रैल 2018 से पूरे देश में इसका नेटवर्क काम करना शुरू कर देगा। देश के सभी 1.55 लाख डाकघरों से इस बैंक की सेवाओं का उपयोग किया जा सकेगा।
डाकघर की शाखाओं को आईपीपीबी की 650 शाखाओं के नेटवर्क से जोड़ दिया जाएगा। बयान में कहा गया है कि एक बार प्रस्तावित विस्तार का काम पूरा हो जाए तो उसके बाद आईपीपीबी देश वित्तीय सेवा उपलब्ध कराने वाला सबसे बड़ा नेटवर्क होगा।
डाकियों और ग्रामीण डाक सेवकों की मदद से यह लोगों को उनके घर तक वित्तीय सेवाएं और डिजिटल भुगतान सेवाएं पहुंचाने में सक्षम होगा। यह दूरदराज ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों आबादी को वित्तीय सेवाएं देगा। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने 2015 में 11 उद्यमों को पेमेंट्स बैंक खोलने की मंजूरी दी थी।

6.कॉरपोरेट बांड से 25% पूंजी जुटाने के संबंध में सितंबर तक बनेंगे नियम: सेबी :-
बाजार नियामक भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड (सेबी) के चेयरमैन अजय त्यागी ने कॉरपोरेट बांड बाजार को बेहतर समर्थन मिलने की उम्मीद जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि सूचीबद्ध कंपनियों के लिए बॉड के जरिए अनिवार्य रूप से 25 प्रतिशत पूंजी जुटाने के बारे में नियमों को सितंबर तक जारी कर दिया जाएगा।
वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली द्वारा सेबी निदेशक मंडल और शीर्ष अधिकारियों को संबोधित किए जाने के बाद संवाददाताओं से बात करते हुए त्यागी ने कहा कि छोटे निवेशकों को बाजार की गिरावट से घबराना नहीं चाहिए क्योंकि वे म्यूचुअल फंड के जरिए निवेश कर सही कर रहे हैं।
हालांकि, उन्होंने यह जरूर कहा कि म्यूचुअल फंड के जरिए किया गया निवेश बैंक जमा की तरह जोखिम से पूरी तरह मुक्त नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय बाजार में वैश्विक कारणों से कुछ समय तक उथल-पुथल की स्थिति रह सकती है लेकिन निवेशकों के लिए भारतीय बाजार को लेकर सुरक्षा के संदर्भ में कोई आशंका नहीं होनी चाहिए।
