1.SBI will sell eight NPA accounts to recover dues of Rs 3,900 crore :-

State Bank of India (SBI) will sell eight non-executed assets (NPAs) for recovery of dues exceeding Rs 3,900 crore. For this, the bank has floated tenders from property restructuring companies (ARCs) and financial institutions (FIs).

In a tender document on its website, the bank said, “In keeping with the regulatory guidelines, as per the amended policy of the bank about the sale of financial assets, we will sell these accounts to ARC, banks, NBFCs and FIs with the above mentioned terms and conditions. Let’s issue the tender. ”

The largest amount in these accounts is Rs 1,320.37 crore. It is owed at Kolkata-based Rohit Ferro Tech. After this, Indian Steel Corporation Limited has Rs 928.97 crore, Jai Balaji Industries has Rs 859.33 crore, Mahalaxmi TMT Pvt Ltd has Rs 409.78 crore, Impex Ferro Tech with Rs 200.67 crore, Kohinoor Steel Private Limited has Rs 110.17 crore, Modern India Concast has outstanding balance of Rs 71.16 crore and Ballarpur Industries has Rs 47.17 crore.

 

2.After the announcement of the merger, the share of Bank of Baroda rolled 16%, Dena Bank raised 20% :-

In Tuesday’s turnover, shares of Bank of Baroda and Dena Bank increased. Bank of Baroda’s counters dropped 16 per cent and Dena Bank’s up to 20 per cent. It has been seen after the announcement of this sharp merger.

On the BSE, the share of Bank of Baroda rose by 16.03 per cent to 113.45. On the other hand, Vijaya Bank has closed 5.69% down at 56.40 level.

On the BSE, the market valuation of Bank of Baroda decreased by Rs 5726.62 crore to Rs 30013.38 crore. Vijaya Bank’s market cap declined by Rs 442.61 crore to Rs 7355.39 crore. On the other hand, Dena Bank’s shares closed at 19.10 per cent with a rise of 19.10 per cent.

France’s multinational company Alstom has prepared this train. There are several stages of train trials in Germany since March last. French company Alstom’s Yannes Sprote says that the new train makes 60 percent less noise than conventional diesel engines. It is completely emission free. Its speed and ability to carry passengers is also like the diesel train. This train has been prepared for traveling at a lower cost, keeping in mind the environmental problem.

6.Dr. Jitendra Singh inaugurates ‘All India Pension Court’ :-

7.Madan Mohan Jha new President of Bihar Pradesh Congress :-

Congress has appointed former minister Madan Mohan Jha as the new president of the party’s state unit in Bihar and has appointed four acting presidents along with him.

SEBI has said that the review of the existing rules of procurement of shares of the companies from the market by the companies has been done to simplify the public declaration related to it, to remove the discrepancy and to enhance its context according to the new company act. . The new company law is applicable from April 2014.

12.Centers to  be opened in Delhi –

Delhi Transport Department has created special software, with the help of which people can apply online on the department’s website to change the number plate. On the basis of application, token will be given to the concerned person, which will contain information about time and date. All other procedures including fees will be online. For two-wheelers, Rs 67 and Rs 4 for four-wheeler vehicles may have to pay.
