10.China’s Trade Surplus Record with America:-

Despite the US imposed imposition on China’s imports, its trade is not taking the name of the surplus. China’s trade surplus with the US reached record level of $ 35.6 billion. In the past month, China’s exports remained strong throughout the Pacific, while imports remained sluggish. Compared to imports, its trade surplus has increased. Despite the agreement to end trade war between U.S. President Donald Trump and China’s President Xi Chunfing, there is a tension between the two top economies of the world. Trump and officials of his administration have said that China will start buying large amounts of American goods. But Beijing did not confirm these claims. With the unilateral increase in the trade of commodities between the two countries, the danger for negotiating business negotiations has increased in 90 days.Trade with the United States in trade with China can be difficult for Trump and the deficit increases. He is continuously campaigning to bridge this deficit. But it does not seem to have any result. According to China’s Custom Department data, China’s exports to the US increased 9.8 percent in November, while imports from the US dropped 25 percent.

Business tension is especially affecting American farmers. Trump had tweeted last week that China will start buying production from American farmers immediately. Usually Chinese buyers buy American soybeans in the last months of the year, because in these months America’s crop reaches the market, while competitive Brazil’s supply decreases. But statistics show that China’s soybean imports in November dropped 38 percent to 54 lakh tonnes from last year. China’s trade surplus with the US increased to $ 293.5 billion during January to November, compared to $ 251.3 billion in the same period last year.

Increased surplus in business with all countries : China’s total trade surplus with all countries has increased to $ 44.7 billion, compared to $ 35 billion in the same period last year. However, the growth in China’s exports and imports slowed in November compared to October. Its export growth slipped from 5.4 per cent to 9.4 per cent last year.
