1.Hoysala temples of Karnataka included in the World Heritage List for inscription

Construction never seen before. Hoysala architecture is an architectural style developed under the Hoysala Empire between the 11th and 14th centuries, mostly concentrated in the southern Karnataka region . The Hoysalas fall under the temple, hybrid or besara style because of their unique style.It is neither completely Dravidian nor Nagara . Hoysala temples consist of several temples grouped around a central pillared hall rather than a simple inner chamber with pillared halls, and the entire structure is in the shape of an intricately designed star. Hoysaleshwara Temple in Halebid, Karnataka, was built in 1150 AD by the Hoysala king out of dark schist stone. Chennakeshava Temple at Somanathapura, Karnataka which was built around 1268 AD under the supervision of Narasimha III. Kesava Temple at Belur in Hassan district of Karnataka was built by Vishnuvardhana.

4.GAIL launches India’s first Hydrogen blending project in CGD network

Gas Authority of India Limited (GAIL) has taken up India’s first of its kind project of hydrogen blending in natural gas system at Indore Madhya Pradesh . Hydrogen blended natural gas will be supplied to Avantika Gas Limited , a joint venture (JV) company of GAIL with HPCL operating in Indore . In line with the National Hydrogen Mission , GAIL has launched City Gas Distribution (CGD) network.Hydrogen blending has been started as a pilot project to establish the techno-commercial feasibility of hydrogen blending in the The project is an important step in India’s journey towards a hydrogen based and carbon neutral future. GAIL has started Gray Hydrogen Injection i.e. filling at City Gate Station (CGS), Indore. This gray hydrogen will later be replaced by green hydrogen. GAIL has already obtained the necessary regulatory approvals to start the project. GAIL has also engaged experts in this field to assess the impact of hydrogen blending in natural gas.

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) has launched a home delivery service of medicines to provide services to retired soldiers and service personnel through an online medical consultation platform called Services e-Health Assistance and Teleconsultation (SeHAT) .has started. Sehat Pahal is a teleconsultation service of the three wings of the Ministry of Defense designed for all eligible servicemen and their families. As part of the Government’s commitment to Digital India and e-Governance, Defense Minister Shri Rajnath Singh launched Sehat on May 27, 2021. Its objective is to provide health services to the patients at their homes. Sehat Stay Home OPD is based on a free OPD service run by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) for all citizens on the lines of e-Sanjeevani. Sehat Stay Home OPD (SeHATOPD) is a patient to doctor system where patient can consult doctor remotely through internet.

13.SBI lists first issue of $300 million Formosa bonds on India INX

State Bank of India (SBI) has issued Formosa bonds worth $300 million and is listed on the India INX GIFT IFSC . The lender is the first Indian entity to raise funds through Formosa Bonds, a bond issued in Taiwan . SBI was the first issuer, whose green bonds were listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in November 2021 through a Memorandum of Understanding that has been entered into by both the exchanges. This first successful issuance of Formosa Bonds by any Indian commercial bank is a testament to India’s growth story by foreign investors and the confidence shown in SBI as well.
