1. The old Parliament House will be known as Constitution House

 Before shifting the proceedings to  the new Parliament House, all the MPs  gathered for  a group photograph  in the courtyard of the Old Parliament House . A joint group photograph was taken of MPs of Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha. After this, group photograph of Rajya Sabha MPs and group photograph of Lok Sabha MPs were also taken.  A program was organized in the Central Hall of the Parliament in celebration of the rich heritage of the Indian Parliament and  the resolve to make India a developed nation by the year 2047 . Addressing the program, Prime Minister  Narendra Modi  said that the country is moving towards the beginning of a new future in the new Parliament House. He said that when we are moving towards the new Parliament House, we should not let the dignity of the old Parliament House go down. Mr Modi announced that The old Parliament House will be known as Constitution House .

2. Women’s Reservation Bill introduced in Lok Sabha, named Nari Shakti Vandan Act

The government   introduced the historic Women’s Reservation Bill  in the Lok Sabha to provide  one-third reservation to women in the Lok Sabha, state assemblies and the Delhi Assembly. On the first day of proceedings in the new Parliament House, Union Law Minister  Arjun Ram Meghwal  introduced the 128th Amendment Bill, 2023  in this regard  . Introducing the bill, he said that its objective   is to provide 33 percent reservation to women in Parliament and Assemblies . The Law Minister said that this will enable greater participation of women as public representatives in policy making at the state and national level. He said that after this law is made,  the number of seats for women in the Lok Sabha  will increase from 82 to 181. Shri Arjun Meghwal introduced this bill  Said Nari Shakti Vandan Act .

3 Center launches three transformative schemes for farmers on agri-credit and crop insurance

The Central Government has   taken three historic measures related to agricultural credit and crop insurance for farmers . Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman  launched   the Kisan Loan PortalDoor-to-Door Kisan Credit Card  and  Weather Information Network Data System in New Delhi  . Kisan Loan Portal is a digital platform that provides a comprehensive view of farmer data, loan disbursement specifications, interest subvention claims and efficient agricultural loans. The Ghar Ghar Kisan Credit Card campaign aims to achieve universal financial inclusion and ensure that every farmer gets uninterrupted access to credit facilities. The Weather Information Network data system leverages advanced weather data analysis to provide actionable insights on weather to stakeholders.

4 Astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi returned home after completing a historic 186-day mission at the space station.

UAE  astronaut  Sultan Al Neyadi   returned home after completing a historic six-month mission  at  the International Space Station . He was given a grand welcome at Abu Dhabi International Airport.  He was received and met at the airport by President  Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan , Vice President and Prime Minister  Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and other senior officials. Alneyadi   has become the first Arab astronaut to spend the most days on the International Space Station . He stayed in the center for 186 days. Neyadi  first Arab astronaut to walk in space Are. He also took part in scientific experiments and educational activities. Alneyadi   also explained the benefits of yoga by sharing his picture on social media while doing Padmasana at the Space Center  on  International Yoga Day this year.

5 India expels senior Canadian diplomat

India has  expelled a senior Canadian diplomat  citing  interference in India’s internal affairs  by  Canadian diplomats  . The Ministry of External Affairs has said in a statement that the concerned diplomat has been asked to leave India within five days.  The ministry summoned Canada’s High Commissioner to India  Cameron McCay to South Block in New Delhi. The statement said the decision reflects India’s growing concerns over Canada’s involvement in anti-India activities.

6 Arunachal Pradesh launches Chief Minister Workers Welfare Scheme

Arunachal Pradesh  Chief Minister  Pema Khandu  launched  the Chief Minister Shramik Kalyan Yojana (MMSKY)  as part of  the National Labor Day celebrations. Has announced to start. The MMSKY scheme aims to enhance the welfare of the labor force of the state and provides various incentives and benefits for the registered workers. Additionally, Chief Minister Khandu announced an increase in wages of both unskilled and skilled workers by Rs 1000 and addressed other demands related to job regularization and pension schemes for workers. MMSKY is a welfare scheme launched by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh to enhance the welfare of the labor force of the state. Under this scheme, there has been a significant increase in benefits like maternity benefit, natural death compensation, accidental death compensation, funeral assistance, medical assistance and more. The scheme encourages sports participation among children of workers by offering cash incentives for achievements in state and national level tournaments.

7 London’s India Club closed permanently

London’s iconic India Club , which   serves as  a cultural and culinary hub  for the Indian community in  the UK ,  was permanently closed on September 17, 2023 . The club has been a venue for discussions, social gatherings and authentic Indian cuisine.  It has also hosted prominent personalities such as India’s first President  Dr. Rajendra Prasad  and  Lord Mountbatten . The club faced threats of demolition and rent increases in recent years, and the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic made its operations unsustainable. 8 Himachal Pradesh launches ‘Mobile Van Programme’ to promote natural farming

Himachal Pradesh Agriculture Department  has  launched a ‘ Mobile Van Programme ‘ as part of ‘ Prakriti Kheti Khushhal Kisan Yojana ‘  to pursue eco-friendly and natural farming practices . Launched in Shimla, this initiative  focuses on  promoting  organic and chemical-free farming and delivering fresh, organic produce directly to consumers. Is. The five-year plan of this scheme aims to reduce the cost of farming, increase income and protect human health and environment. With efforts to expand its reach and create farmer-produce enterprises, more than 89,000 natural farming farmers have already been registered under the scheme. The ‘Mobile Van Programme’ aims to promote natural farming and eco-friendly practices by delivering fresh, organic produce to consumers and encouraging them to adopt chemical-free farming practices. Natural farming avoids chemical inputs such as pesticides and fertilizers, relying instead on techniques such as crop rotation, green manures, and biological pest control.

9 Maharashtra issued official notification on changing the names of Aurangabad, Osmanabad.

Eknath Shinde government  of   Maharashtra  has  changed the names of Aurangabad  and  Osmanabad districts. Now both the districts   will be known as Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar  and  Dharashiv respectively. The government has also issued a notification in this regard giving this information. Earlier in July last year, the Shinde government had given cabinet approval to change the names of both Aurangabad and Osmanabad cities to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Dharashiv respectively.

10 Haryana government started cashless facility for government employees and pensioners of the state.

Haryana Government  has taken a big decision in the interest of the government employees of the state. Government employees  will  now  be able to get  four major  health services without taking cash in the district hospitals  running in  Public Private Partnership – PPP mode . The state health department has issued an order to this effect. Haryana Government has started cashless facility for employees and pensioners. The Health Department has said in the orders issued to all civil surgeons that the service providers should provide cashless payment to the state government employees for all the services provided under PPP mode (CT Scan, MRI, Dialysis and Cath Lab) in the district hospitals. 14 Formation of Cyber ​​Security Committee of IRDAI
