1.विश्व बैंक का अनुमान- अगले वित्त वर्ष में 7.3 फीसदी रहेगी भारत की जीडीपी वृद्धि दर :-
विश्व बैंक ने अगले वित्त वर्ष में भारत के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद यानि जीडीपी की वृद्धि दर 7 दशमलव 3 प्रतिशत और 2019-20 में साढ़े सात प्रतिशत होने का अनुमान लगाया है। विश्व बैंक की द्विवार्षिक रिपोर्ट में आशा व्यक्त की गई है कि 31 मार्च को समाप्त चालू वित्त वर्ष में अर्थव्यवस्था 6 दशमलव 7 प्रतिशत की विकास दर हासिल कर लेगी। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि आठ प्रतिशत से ज्यादा वृद्धि दर हासिल करने के लिए सुधार जारी रखने होंगे और ऋण तथा निवेश संबंधी मुद्दे सुलझाने होंगे।
World Bank estimates – India’s GDP growth rate will be 7.3 percent in the next financial year :-
World Bank next year, India’s gross domestic product, ie GDP growth rate of 7 decimal 3 percent and 2019-20 is estimated at seven percent and a half. The World Bank’s biennial report has expressed hope that the economy will achieve 6 decimal 7 percent growth in the current financial year ending March 31 . It has been said in the report that to achieve the growth rate of more than eight percent, reforms must be continued and issues related to debt and investment will be resolved.
2.प्रधानमंत्री मोदी 25 मार्च को रेडियो के माध्यम से साझा करेंगे ‘मन की बात’ :-
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी इस महीने की 25 तारीख को ऑल इंडिया रेडियो पर मन की बात कार्यक्रम में भारत और विदेश के लोगों के साथ अपने विचार साझा करेंगे। लोग नरेंद्र मोदी ऐप, माई गाव ओपन फोरम पर अपने विचार और सुझाव साझा कर सकते हैं और हिंदी या अंग्रेजी में अपने संदेश रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर 1800-11-7800 डायल कर सकते हैं। रिकॉर्ड किए गए कुछ संदेश प्रसारण का हिस्सा बन सकते हैं। लोग 1 9 22 के नंबर पर एक मिस्ड कॉल भी दे सकते हैं और सीधे प्रधानमंत्री को सुझाव देने के लिए एसएमएस में प्राप्त लिंक का पालन कर सकते हैं।
Prime Minister Modi will share on March 25 through radio ‘Mana ki baat’ :-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will share his views with the people of India and abroad in the discussion on mind on All India Radio on 25th of this month . People can share their thoughts and suggestions on the Narendra Modi App , My Village Open Forum and can dial toll free numbers 1800-11-7800 to record their message in Hindi or English . Some recorded messages can become part of the broadcast. People can also give a missed call at the number 1922 and they can follow the link received in SMS directly to give suggestions to the Prime Minister.
3.मेडागास्कर को कृषि और मशीनीकरण के लिए 80 मिलियन डॉलर देगा भारत- राष्ट्रपति कोविंद :-
राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने कहा है कि भारत ने मेडागास्कर को कृषि और मशीनीकरण में विकास के लिए 80 मिलियन डॉलर की सहायता देने का निर्णय लिया है। राष्ट्रपति कोविंद ने मॉरीशस के बाद मेडागास्कर के दौरे में ये बातें कहीं। उन्होंने कहा कि हम भारत के एलओसी (लेटर ऑफ क्रेडिट) वित्तपोषण के माध्यम से अन्य अफ्रीकी देशों की बुनियादी ढांचे में विकास लाना चाहते हैं। यह भी कहा कि भारत मेडागास्कर के साथ अपनी भागीदारी को बढ़ाने और मजबूत करने के लिए उत्सुक है। राष्ट्रपति कोविंद ने आगे कहा कि भारत मेडागास्कर के साथ अपने विकासात्मक अनुभव को बांट रहा है और स्वास्थ्य, विकास, शिक्षा और स्वच्छता जैसे मानव विकास के क्षेत्रों में सहयोग करने के लिए उत्सुक है। राष्ट्रपति कोविन्द ने मेडागास्कर के राष्ट्रपति और प्रधानमंत्री के साथ दोनों देशों के बीच द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को और अधिक बढ़ाने के मुद्दे पर चर्चा की।
Madagascar will give $ 80 million for agriculture and mechanization India – President Covind :-
President Ramnath Kovind has said that India has decided to give 80 million dollar aid to Madagascar for development in agriculture and mechanization . President Covind said these things in Mauragas after Madagascar’s visit. He said that we want to bring development in the infrastructure of other African countries through the LoC of India, funding. It also said that India is eager to increase and strengthen its partnership with Madagascar. President Kovind further said that India is distributing its developmental experience with Madagascar and is focusing on health , development ,Eager to cooperate in areas of human development such as education and sanitation. President Koovind discussed the issue of further enhancing bilateral relations between the two countries with the President and Prime Minister of Madagascar.
4.नीरव मोदी और मेहुल चोकसी के नाम इंटरपोल का रेडकार्नर नोटिस जारी कराने की प्रक्रिया शुरू :-
प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने एक खरब छब्बीस अरब छत्तीस करोड़ रुपए के पंजाब नेशनल बैंक घोटाले के संबंध में हीरा व्यापारी नीरव मोदी और मेहुल चोकसी के खिलाफ रेड कॉनर नोटिस जारी करवाने के लिए इंटरपोल से सम्पर्क किया है। इन दोनों पर धन शोधन के आरोप हैं और आपराधिक कार्रवाई शुरू होने से पहले ही ये भारत से फरार हो गए। हीरा व्यापारी नीरव मोदी और मेहुल चोकसी के खिलाफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में जारी गैर जमानती वॉरंट के आधार पर प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने इंटरपोल वॉरंट जारी करने का अनुरोध सी.बी.आई. से किया है। यह वॉरंट जारी किये जाने के बाद इंटरपोल दुनिया के किसी भी हिस्से से इन दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर आगे की कार्रवाई के लिए उन्हें हिरासत में लेने के बारे में भारत को सूचित करेगी। मुम्बई की एक विशेष अदालत ने इस महीने की शुरूआत में दोनों के खिलाफ गैर-जमानती वॉरंट जारी कर दिया था। सीबीआई भी इस मामले की जांच कर रही है।
Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi, Interpol’s Red Corner Notice :-
Enforcement Directorate has contacted Interpol for issuing red corner notice against diamond merchant Neerav Modi and Mehul Choksi in connection with a trash of Twenty-six billion billion rupees in connection with the Punjab National Bank scam. Both of these are allegations of money laundering and they escaped from India even before criminal proceedings started. Based on the non-bailable warrant issued in connection with diamond merchant Nirv Modi and Mehul Choksi in the money laundering case, the Enforcement Directorate has requested the CBI to issue an Interpol warrant. Is done from After issuing this warrant, Interpol will inform India of arresting both of them from any part of the world and taking them into custody for further action. A special court in Mumbai had issued non-bailable warrant against the two at the beginning of this month. The CBI is also investigating this matter.
5.बिना चर्चा के ही लोकसभा से पारित हुआ वित्त और विनियोग विधेयक :-
लोकसभा ने विपक्ष के शोरगुल के बीच बिना चर्चा के ही वित्त विधेयक 2018 और विनियोग विधेयक पारित करते हुए वर्ष 2018-19 के केन्द्रीय बजट पर अपनी मुहर लगा दी है। कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व में विपक्ष द्वारा लगातार आठवें दिन सदन की कार्यवाही ठप्प किए जाने के बाद बिना चर्चा के ही बजट पारित किया गया। राज्यसभा में भी विपक्ष के हंगामें के बीच ही वित्त विधेयक की एक प्रति सदन के पटल रखी गई।
Finance and Appropriation Bill passed from the Lok Sabha only without discussion :-
The Lok Sabha passed the Finance Bill 2018 and the Appropriation Bill without discussion in the midst of the noise of the Opposition and has put its stamp on the Union Budget 2018-19 . After the opposition’s stand was stopped by the opposition by the opposition on the eighth day, the budget was passed without discussion. In the Rajya Sabha, a copy of the Finance Bill was kept in the House during the Opposition.
6.यूरिया सब्सिडी योजना को 2020 तक जारी रखने को मंजूरी :-
मंत्रिमंडल की आर्थिक मामलों की समिति ने यूरिया सब्सिडी योजना को 2020 तक जारी रखने को मंजूरी दे दी है। इस पर करीब एक लाख 65 हजार करोड़ रुपये की अनुमानित लागत आयेगी। मंत्रिमंडल ने उर्वरक सब्सिडी के वितरण के लिए प्रत्यक्ष लाभ अंतरण को भी लागू करने को मंजूरी दे दी है। मंत्रिमंडल ने कृषि और इससे संबद्ध क्षेत्रों में सहयोग के लिए भारत और ईरान के बीच हुए समझौता ज्ञापन को पिछली तारीख से मंजूरी दी है।
UREA Subsidy Scheme to be approved by 2020 :-
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the Urea Subsidy Scheme to continue till 2020 . An estimated cost of close to one lakh 65 thousand crore rupees will come to this. The Cabinet has also approved the implementation of direct benefit transfer for distribution of fertilizer subsidy. The Cabinet has approved the Memorandum of Understanding between India and Iran for cooperation in agriculture and allied sectors, from the previous date.
7.सरकारी बैंकों में धोखाधड़ी से निपटने के लिए रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर ने मांगे ज्यादा अधिकार :-
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर उर्जित पटेल ने सरकारी बैंकों में पंजाब नेशनल बैंक जैसे धोखाधड़ी से निपटने के लिए ज्यादा अधिकार मांगे हैं। गांधी नगर में गुजरात राष्ट्रीय विधि विश्वविद्यालय में उन्होंने कहा कि निजी क्षेत्र के बैंकों की तुलना में सरकारी बैंकों पर रिजर्व बैंक के कम अधिकार हैं। रिजर्व बैंक के सीमित अधिकारों का उल्लेख करते हुए डॉ. पटेल ने कहा कि रिजर्व बैंक सरकारी बैंकों के निवेशकों और प्रबंधकों को हटा नहीं सकता। उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा प्रणाली से धोखाधड़ी की गतिविधियों को रोका नहीं जा सकता।
Reserve Bank of India has more rights to deal with fraud in government banks :-
Reserve Bank of India Governor Urjit Patel has demanded more powers to deal with fraud like Punjab National Bank in government banks. At the Gujarat National Law University in Gandhi Nagar, he said that compared to private sector banks, the Reserve Bank has lesser powers on government banks. Referring to the limited rights of the Reserve Bank, Dr. Patel said that the Reserve Bank can not remove the investors and managers of government banks. He said that the activities of the fraud can not be stopped by the existing system.
