1.अब क्रिकेटरों का भी होगा डोप टेस्ट, खेल मंत्रालय ने दिया निर्देश :-
बीसीसीआईके लिए अब क्रिकेटरों का डोप टेस्ट कराना जरूरी होगा।
खेल मंत्रालय ने राष्ट्रीय डोपिंग रोधी एजेंसी (नाडा) को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वह भारतीय क्रिकेटरों के डोप टेस्ट सुनिश्चित करे।
ये टेस्ट टूर्नामेंट के दौरान और उनके अलावा भी लिए जाएंगे। इससे पहले डोप टेस्ट से बचने के लिए बीसीसीआई की दलील रही है कि वह सरकार से आर्थिक सहायता नहीं लेता है। इसलिए वह विश्व डोपिंग रोधी एजेंसी (वाडा) के नियम मानने को बाध्य नहीं है।
Now the cricketers will be given the Dope Test, Ministry of Sports :-
It is necessary for cricketers to do dope test for BCCI now. The Sports Ministry has instructed National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) to ensure the dope test of Indian cricketers.
These tests will also be done during and during the tournament. Earlier, to avoid the Dope Test, the BCCI has argued that it does not seek financial assistance from the government.
Therefore, he is not bound to adhere to the rules of World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
2.उपराष्ट्रपति ने सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताह, 2017 का उद्घाटन किया :-
उपराष्ट्रपपति श्री एम.वेंकैया नायडू ने यहां सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्तांह, 2017 का उद्घाटन किया।
उपराष्ट्रपपति श्री एम. वेंकैया नायडू ने कहा कि हमें यह सुनिश्चि्त करना चाहिए कि लोकतांत्रिक शासन का लाभ देश के प्रत्येरक नागरिक तक पहुंचे।
वे सतर्कता जागरूकता सप्ताेह, 2017 का उद्घाटन करने के बाद उपस्थिीत जन समुदाय को संबोधित कर रहे थे।

3.भारत सरकार और विश्वg बैंक के बीच असम के कृषि व्याhपार और ग्रामीण रूपांतरण परियोजना के लिए 200 मिलियन डॉलर का ऋण समझौता हुआ :-
सरकार और विश्व बैंक ने असम के कृषि व्याकपार और ग्रामीण रूपांतरण परियोजना के लिए 200 मिलियन डॉलर के ऋण समझौते पर हस्तासक्षर किए।
यह परियोजना असम सरकार को कृषि व्याकपार निवेश व कृषि पैदावर बढ़ाने, बाजार तक पहुंच बढ़ाने तथा छोटे किसानों को बाढ़ और सूखे को सहन करने वाले फसलों की खेती के लिए प्रोत्सापहन प्रदान करने हेतु सहायता प्रदान करेगी।
A $ 200 million loan agreement was signed between the Government of India and the World Bank for Assam Agricultural Trade and Rural Transformation Project :-
The Government and World Bank today signed a $ 200 million loan agreement for the Assam Agricultural Trade and Rural Transformation Project.
This project will help the Assam government to increase agricultural trade and agricultural production, increase access to the market and encourage small farmers to cultivate crops that bear flood and drought.
4.गृह केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्री गिरिराज सिंह नें भुगतान पोर्टल- एमएसएमई समाधान का उद्घाटन किया :-
केंद्रीय राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्री गिरिराज सिंह नें सूक्ष्म, लघु और मझौले उद्यम विलंब भुगतान पोर्टल- एमएसएमई समाधान का उद्घाटन किया।
इस पोर्टल से देश भर के छोटे उद्यमियों को फायदा होगा।
इस पोर्टल पर ये उद्यमी केंद्र सरकार के मंत्रालयों/विभागों/राज्य सरकारों से अपने भुगतान में देरी के मामलों को दर्ज करा सकेंगे।
इस अवसर पर सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मझौले उद्यम मंत्रालय के सचिव श्री अरूण कुमार पांडा और मंत्रालय के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Shri Giriraj Singh inaugurated Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Delay Payment Portal- MSME Solution. This portal will benefit small entrepreneurs across the country.
On this portal, these entrepreneurs will be able to register cases of delays in payment of their central government ministries / departments / state governments.
On this occasion, Secretary, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Shri Arun Kumar Panda and other senior officials of the Ministry were present.
5.उप-राष्ट्रपति ने रेल मंत्रालय को निविदा और अनुबंध मामले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी आधारित विभाग के गठन के लिए पुरस्कृत किया :-
उप-राष्ट्रपति श्री एम. वेंकैया नायडू ने (30 अक्टूबर, 2017) को विज्ञान भवन में रेल मंत्रालय को निविदा और अनुबंध मामलों में पारदर्शिता हेतु सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग व अव-संरचना विकास के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट योगदान के लिए पुरस्कृत किया।
केंद्रीय पूर्वोत्तर विकास, प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय, लोक शिकायत व पेंशन, परमाणु ऊर्जा और अंतरिक्ष विभाग राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार), कैबिनेट सचिव श्री पी.के सिन्हा, मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त श्री के.वी चौधरी और अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति इस अवसर पर उपस्थित थे।

6.सिंगापुर के विदेश मंत्री विवियन बालाकृष्णन का दो दिवसीय भारत दौरा आज :-
सिंगापुर और भारत के बीच रिश्तों को आगे बढ़ाने और मज़बूती देने के लिए सिंगापुर के विदेश मंत्री विवियन बालाकृष्णन दो दिन की भारत यात्रा पर मंगलवार सुबह दिल्ली पहुंचेंगे। वो 31 अक्टूबर से 1 नवम्बर तक (दो दिन) भारत में रहेंगे। इस दौरान वो दिल्ली के आलावा गुवाहाटी भी जायेंगे।
विवियन बालकृष्णन दोपहर को विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज से मुलाक़ात करेंगे। दोनों देशो के मंत्रियों के बीच मुलाक़ात जवाहर लाल नेहरू भवन में होगी। शाम को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से उनके निवास स्थान सात लोक कल्याण मार्ग पर मुलाक़ात करेंगे।
Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan’s two-day visit to India today :-
To further strengthen the relationship between Singapore and India, Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan will arrive in Delhi on Tuesday for a two-day visit to India. They will stay in India from October 31 to November (two days).
During this time they will go to Guwahati besides Delhi. Vivian Balakrishnan will meet Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj at noon.
Meetings between the two countries will be held in Jawahar Lal Nehru Bhawan. In the evening, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet his residence on seven Lok Kalyan Marg.
