1.ग्रामीण डाक घरों को डिजिटल प्रणाली से जोड़ने की योजना दर्पण का संचार मंत्री ने किया शुभारंभ :-
संचार मंत्री मनोज सिन्हा ने नये भारत के लिए ग्रामीण डाक घरों को डिजिटल प्रणाली से जोड़ने की योजना दर्पण का शुभारंभ किया। सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के माध्यम आधुनिकीकरण की इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य डाक रहित ग्रामीण जनता को वित्तीय समावेश के दायरे में लाना है। 14 सौ करोड़ रूपये की लागत की इस परियोजना से प्रत्येक शाखा डाकपाल को टेक्नॉलाजी प्रदान की जाएगी। डाक विभाग की विज्ञप्ति में बताया गया है कि इससे करीब एक लाख 29 हजार डाक घरों को अपनी सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने में मदद मिलेगी।
श्री सिन्हा ने बताया कि मार्च 2018 तक इस परियोजना को पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।
The Minister of Communications inaugurated the plan to connect rural post houses with digital system :-
Communications Minister Manoj Sinha launched a mirror scheme for connecting rural post houses with digital systems to new India. The aim of this project of modernization through Information Technology is to bring the post-free rural population to the realm of financial inclusion. The project costing Rs. 100 crores will be provided to each branch postmaster with technology. It has been informed in the postal department that it will help about one lakh 29 thousand post offices to improve their services.
Shri Sinha said that the target was to complete the project by March 2018.
2.बंबई उच्च न्यायालय ने महाराष्ट्र में होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टरों को एलोपैथी इलाज करने की अनुमति संबंधी अधिसूचना पर लगाई रोक :-
बंबई उच्च न्यायालय ने महाराष्ट्र में होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टरों को एलोपैथी इलाज करने की अनुमति संबंधी अधिसूचना पर रोक लगा दी है। 27 सितंबर 2017 को जारी महाराष्ट्र चिकित्सा और औषधि विभाग की अधिसूचना को इंडियन मेडिकल एसोसिएशन (आईएमए) ने चुनौती दी थी। न्यायमूर्ति शांतनू केमकर और न्यायमूर्ति राजेश केतकर की पीठ ने इस स्थिति में मरीज के जीवन को जोखिम पर चिंता व्यक्त की।
अधिसूचना के अनुसार 1951 से 1982 के बीच होम्योपैथी डिग्री के बाद महाराष्ट्र मेडिकल कांउसिल के साथ पंजीकृत डॉक्टरों को आधुनिक एलोपैथिक इलाज की अनुमति दी गई थी।
Bombay High Court stays imposing a notification on the permission of homeopathic doctors to treat allopathy in Maharashtra :-
The Bombay High Court has prohibited the notification regarding the permission to treat allopathy for homeopathic doctors in Maharashtra. The Indian Medical Association (IMA) challenged the notification of the Maharashtra Medical and Drugs Department, issued on September 27, 2017. The bench of Justice Shantanu Kamkar and Justice Rajesh Ketkar expressed concern over the risk of the patient in this situation.
According to the notification, after the Homeopathy degree between 1951 and 1982, the doctors registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council were given permission for modern allopathic treatment.
3.भारत और चीन के बीच विशेष प्रतिनिधि स्तर की 20वीं वार्ता संपन्न :-
भारत और चीन के बीच विशेष प्रतिनिधि स्तर की 20वीं वार्ता शुक्रवार को नई दिल्ली में संपन्न हुई। भारत की ओर से राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार और विशेष प्रतिनिधि अजित डोवाल और चीन की ओर से विशेष प्रतिनिधि यांग जिइची ने सीमा संबंधी मुद्दे पर बातचीत में हिस्सा लिया। हाल में डोकलाम मुद्दे को लेकर दोनों देशों के बीच गतिरोध समाप्त होने के बाद आयोजित इस वार्ता का महत्व और भी बढ़ गया है।
India and China concluded 20th Delegation of Special Representative Level :-
20th of the special representative level between India and China was concluded in New Delhi on Friday. On behalf of India, National Security Advisor and Special Representative Ajit Doval and Special Representative on behalf of China Yang Ziechi took part in the discussion on border issue. The importance of this dialogue has increased even after the closure of the deadlock between the two countries recently.
4.प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण के तहत दो साल में 59 लाख लाभार्थियों को मिली आवास निर्माण की स्वीकृति :-
प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना-ग्रामीण के तहत 2016 से 2018 की अवधि के दौरान करीब 59 लाख लाभार्थियों को आवास निर्माण की स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी गई है। इनमें से 53 लाख से अधिक लाभार्थियों को पहली किस्त की राशि मिल चुकी है, जबकि साढ़े 34 लाख लाभार्थियों को इस महीने की 14 तारीख को आवास निर्माण के लिए दूसरी किस्त की राशि जारी कर दी गई।
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- Approval for housing construction of 59 lakh beneficiaries in two years under Rural :-
During the period from 2016 to 2018 under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna (Rural housing scheme), about 59 lakh beneficiaries have been granted accommodation. Out of these, more than 53 lakh beneficiaries have got the amount of the first installment, while the remaining 34 lakh beneficiaries were released on the 14th of this month for the second installment.
5.सरकार ने चना और मसूर के आयात पर तत्काल प्रभाव से 30 प्रतिशत आयात शुल्क लागू करने का लिया निर्णय :-
सरकार ने चना और मसूर के आयात पर तत्काल प्रभाव से 30 प्रतिशत आयात शुल्क लागू करने का निर्णय लिया है। वित्त मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि आगामी रबी के मौसम के दौरान चने और मसूर के उत्पादन में बढ़ोतरी की संभवना है और अगर इनके सस्ते आयात पर नियंत्रण नहीं किया गया तो इससे किसानों के हित प्रभावित होंगे।
फिलहाल तुअर यानी अरहर पर दस प्रतिशत आयात शुल्क लगा हुआ है। इसके अलावा सरकार ने हाल ही में पीली मटर पर 50 प्रतिशत आयात शुल्क लागू कर दिया है। अन्य दालों पर कोई आयात शुल्क नहीं है।

The government has decided to impose 30% import duty with immediate effect on the import of gram and lentil. The Ministry of Finance has said that there is a possibility of increase in the production of gram and lentil during the upcoming Rabi season and if the cheap imports are not controlled, it will affect the interests of the farmers.
At present, ten percent import duty has been imposed on Tuar ie Arhar. Apart from this, the government has recently imposed 50 percent import duty on yellow peas. There is no import duty on other pulses.
6.रोहित की कप्तानी में भारत ने 88 रन से जीता दूसरा टी20, सीरीज पर किया कब्जा :-
भारत और श्रीलंका के बीच तीन टी20 मैचों की सीरीज का दूसरा मुकाबला खेला गया। इस मुकाबले में भारत ने श्रीलंका को 88 रनों के हरा दिया। इस मैच में श्रीलंका ने टॉस जीतकर भारत को पहले बल्लेबाजी का न्योता दिया। पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए भारतीय टीम ने 20 ओवर में 5 विकेट पर 260 रन बनाए। ये टी20 मैच में भारत का सबसे बड़ा स्कोर था।
इसके बाद जीत के लक्ष्य का पीछा करने उतरी श्रीलंका की टीम चहल और कुलदीप की फिरकी के आगे टिक नहीं पाई और पूरी टीम 17.2 ओवर में 9 विकेट पर 172 रन ही बना पाई।
एंजेलो मैथ्यूज चोटिल होने की वजह से बल्लेबाजी के लिए नहीं आ पाए। तीन टी 20 मैचों की सीरीज में अब भारत ने 2-0 की अपराजेय बढ़त हासिल कर ली है साथ ही टी20 सीरीज भी भारत के नाम हो गया है।
Rohit captained India by 88 runs, second T20, captained by the series :-
The second match of the three T20 matches was played between India and Sri Lanka. In this match, India defeated Sri Lanka by 88 runs. In this match, Sri Lanka won the toss and invited India to bat first. While batting first, the Indian team scored 260 runs in 5/20 in 20 overs. It was India’s biggest score in the T20 match. After that, the Sri Lankan team could not stay ahead of Chil and Kuldeep’s spin, and the whole team could score 172 runs in 9.2 overs. Angelo Mathews could not come for batting due to injury. In the series of three T20 matches, India now has achieved an unbeatable 2-0 lead and T20 series has also become India’s name.
7.ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने 103 साल बाद खोजी प्रथम विश्वयुद्ध में लापता पनडुब्बी :-
ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने अपने नौसेना इतिहास की सबसे ब़़डी गुत्थी सुलझा ली है। ऑस्ट्रेलिया ने प्रथम विश्वयुद्ध के दौरान समुद्र में लापता अपनी पनडुब्बी को 103 साल बाद खोज निकाला है। पनडुब्बी की खोज का यह 13वां अभियान था, जिसमें ऑस्ट्रेलिया को सफलता हाथ लगी।
जर्मनी के युद्धपोत के लिए समुद्र में गश्त कर रही एचएमएएस एई1 पनडुब्बी 14 सितंबर, 1914 को उत्तर–पूर्वी पापुआ न्यू गिनी स्थित न्यू ब्रिटेन द्वीप समूह और न्यू आयरलैंड के बीच अचानक लापता हो गई थी। पनडुब्बी पर उस वक्त ऑस्ट्रेलियाई नौसेना के 35 सदस्य सवार थे। तब पनडुब्बी की काफी खोजबीन की गई थी लेकिन उसका कुछ पता नहीं चला था। अब सर्वेक्षण जहाज फगरो इक्वेटर ने इसे पापुआ न्यूगिनी तट के करीब ‘द ड्यूक ऑफ यॉर्क आइसलैंड्स‘ में 300 मीटर गहरे पानी में खोज निकाला है।
Australia discovered 103 years after missing submarine in World War :-
Australia has solved the biggest knife in its naval history. Australia has discovered its missing submarine in the sea during the first world war 103 years later. This was the 13th mission of submarine inventions, in which Australia was successful.
- टीसीएस-नील्सन के बीच हुआ बड़ा सौदा, भारतीय कंपनी की अब तक की सबसे बड़ी आईटी आउटसोर्सिंग डील :-
किसी भारतीय आईटी कंपनी ने आउटसोर्सिंग के पैमाने पर अब तक की सबसे बड़ी डील की है। टाटा कंसल्टेंसी सर्विस (टीसीएस) ने टेलिविजन रेटिंग प्रबंधन एजेंसी के साथ 2.25 बिलियन डॉलर (144.1 अरब रुपए) में एक डील की है। इस डील को टीसीएस के नए प्रमुख राजेश गोपीनाथन के कार्यकाल का पहला मील का पत्थर माना जा सकता है। राजेश गोपीनाथन ने फरवरी महीने में ही एन चंद्रशेखरन की जगह ली है।
क्या हुई डील –इस डील के अंतर्गत टीसीएस अगले तीन सालों तक यानी कि साल 2020 तक नीलसन के सभी आउटसोर्सिंग से जुड़े कामों को पूरा करेगी। टीसीएस इस डील के जरिए नील्सन तीन साल तक (2017-2020) 320 मिलियन डॉलर का कारोबार उपलब्ध करवाएगी। 2021 से 2024 तक कंपननी के संभावित वार्षिक राजस्व को 186 मिलियन डॉलर और 2025 में 139.5 मिलियन डॉलर के स्तर पर देखा जा रहा है।
Big deal between TCS-Nielsen, India’s largest IT outsourcing deal till date :-
Any Indian IT company has made the biggest deal till now on the scale of outsourcing. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has a deal with the Television Rating Management Agency at $ 2.25 billion (144.1 billion). This deal can be considered as the first milestone of TCS’s new chief Rajesh Gopinathan’s tenure. Rajesh Gopinathan took the place of N Chandrasekharan in February only.
What happened Deal: Under this deal, TCS will complete all the work related to Nielsen’s outsourcing for the next three years i.e. by 2020. Through this deal, TCS will make Nielsen a three-year (2017-2020) $ 320 million business turnover. From 2021 to 2024, the potential annual revenue of the company is being seen at $ 186 million and in 2025 at $ 139.5 million.
