1.फुटबॉल एशिया कप क्वालीफायर में भारत ने मकाऊ को हराया :-
मकाऊ में आयोजित एशिया कप फुटबॉल के क्वालीफाइंग मुकाबले में में भारत ने ग्रुप लीग मैच में मेजबान मकाऊ को 2-0 से हराया।
दोनों गोल स्थानापन्न स्ट्राइकर बलवंत सिंह ने किये।
यह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फुटबॉल मैचों में भारत के लिए लगातार ग्यारहवीं जीत है।
India Beat Macau in Football Asia Cup Qualifier :-
India beat host Macau by 2-0 in a group league match in the qualifying round of the Asian Cup Football played at Macau.
Both the goals were scored by substitute striker Balwant Singh.
It is eleventh consecutive victory for India in the international football matches
2.ब्रिक्स घोषणापत्र आतंकवाद की कठोर निंदा :-
चीन के ज़ियामेन शहर में आयोजित 9 वें ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन में अपने सभी रूपों और अभिव्यक्तियों में आतंकवाद की निंदा की गयी है।
संयुक्त घोषणा में ब्राजील, रूस, भारत, चीन और दक्षिण अफ्रीका ने सदस्य राज्यों सहित दुनिया भर के सभी आतंकवादी हमलों की निंदा की है।
देशों ने सुरक्षा की स्थिति एवं तालिबान, इस्लामिक स्टेट्स, अल-कायदा तथा उसके सहयोगियों द्वारा फैलाए जा रहे हिंसा पर चिंता व्यक्त की है।
घोषणापत्र में ने शांति और राष्ट्रीय सामंजस्य को हासिल करने के लिए कार्यरत अफगानिस्तान के लोगों को ब्रिक्स के समर्थन की पुष्टि भी की गयी है।
बढ़ते अंतरराष्ट्रीय दबावों के बावजूद, पाकिस्तान ने ब्रिक्स घोषणापत्र को खारिज कर दिया है।
BRICS Declaration Strongly Condemns Terrorism :-
Terrorism in all its forms and manifestations is strongly deplored in the 9th BRICS summitheld in Xiamen city of China.
Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa in a joint declaration condemned all terror attacks worldwide, including those in the member states.
The countries expressed concern at the security situation and violence caused by the Taliban, Islamic state, Al-Qaida and its affiliates.
The declaration also reaffirmed BRICS support to the people of Afghanistan to achieve peace and national reconciliation.
In spite of the increasing international pressures, Pakistan has rejected BRICS Declaration.
3.केनेथ इयान जस्टर भारत में अमेरिकी राजदूत नामित :-
राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने केनेथ इयान जस्टर को भारत में अगले अमेरिकी राजदूत के रूप में नामित किया है।
बुश प्रशासन के तहत भारत-अमेरिका संबंधों में जस्टर ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाया है। उन्होंने 2001 से 2005 तक बुश शासन के दौरान उद्योग और सुरक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत वाणिज्य अवर सचिव के रूप में कार्य किया है।
वे रिचर्ड वर्मा की जगह लेंगे। यह पद 20 जनवरी के बाद से खाली है क्योंकि रिचर्ड वर्मा ने उस दिन ट्रम्प के अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति के रूप में पदभार संभालाने के बाद त्यागपत्र सौंप दिया था।
Kenneth Ian Juster Nominated as American Ambassador to India :-
President Donald Trump has nominated Kenneth Ian Juster as the next American ambassador to India.
Juster plays a key role in the Indo-US ties under the Bush Administration. He served as the Under Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Security from 2001 to 2005.
Juster would replace Richard Verma the position has been vacant since 20th of January after Mr Verma submitted his resignation as Trump took over as the US President.
4.व्लादिवोस्तोक में पूर्वी आर्थिक मंच की बैठक प्रारंभ :-
पूर्वी आर्थिक मंच की तीसरी बैठक व्लादिवोस्तोक, रूस में प्रारंभ हुई है और विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज फोरम में भारत के प्रतिनिधि के तौर पर उपस्थित रहेंगी।
बैठक में वैश्विक व्यापार से संबंधित मुख्य और महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर चर्चा की जाएगी।
श्रीमती स्वराज अपने रूसी समकक्ष सर्गेई लावरोव के साथ द्विपक्षीय वार्ता भी करेंगी, जिसके दौरान व्यापार, निवेश और रक्षा सहयोग से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर चर्चा होगी।
Eastern Economic Forum Meet Begins in Vladivostok :-
Third meeting of Eastern Economic Forum has started in Vladivostok, Russia and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will attend the Forum as India’s representative.
In the forum, there will be discussion on the prime and important issues relating to global trade.
She will also hold bilateral talks with her Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov during which there will be discussion on various issues relating to trade, investment and defence cooperation.
5.आधार नामांकन केंद्र विहीन बैंकों पर रूपए 20 हज़ार जुर्माना :-
बैंकों को आधार नामांकन केन्द्र खोलने के लिए एक महीना का अतिरिक्त समय दिया गया है। चूँकि कई बैंकों ने अपने परिसर में ऐसी सुविधा स्थापित करने के लिए अतिरिक्त समय मांगा था, इसलिए यह अतिरिक्त समय प्रदान किया गया है।
इससे पहले जुलाई में, भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण (यूआईडीएआई) ने निजी और सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों को अगस्त 2017 के अंत तक अपनी कुल शाखाओं की 10 प्रतिशत में आधार नामांकन और अद्यतन सुविधा केंद्र खोलने को कहा था।
आधार नामांकन और अद्यतन सुविधा केंद्र नहीं खोलने पर 20000 रूपए प्रति माह प्रति शाखाके दर से जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा और इसकी गणना न्यूनतम निर्धारित शाखाओं के संख्या के आधार पर की जाएगी।
Rs. 20K Penalty on Banks without Aadhar Centres :-
One additional month has been given to banks to open Aadhar enrolment centres. The extra time has been granted as many banks sought additional time for setting up such facility on their premises.
Earlier in July, The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) had asked private as well as public banks to open Aadhaar enrolment and updation facility in 10 percent of their total number of branches by the end of August 2017.
Non opening of Aadhar Centres will attract a fine of Rs. 20000 per branch per monthand is calculated on the minimum stipulated number of branches.
6.राष्ट्रीय पोषण रणनीति का शुभारंभ :-
राष्ट्रीय पोषण रणनीति जो कि लक्षित क्रियाकलापों को संबोधित करने के लिए योजनाबद्ध रूपरेखा उपलब्ध कराती है, का शुभारम्भ हरित क्रांति के जनक डॉ एम एस स्वामीनाथन एवं नीति आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष डॉ राजीव कुमार ने नई दिल्ली में किया। अब राष्ट्रीय विकास कार्यसूची (नेशनल डेवलपमेंट एजेंडा) में पोषण केंद्रबिंदु पर रहेगा अर्थात इसपर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा।
रणनीति पोषण के चार निर्धारकों – भोजन, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, आय और पानी के बीच अभिसरण के विषय में कहता है। वर्तमान में, इन निर्धारकों के वास्तविक समय मापक की भी, जिससे कि सबसे कमजोर माताओं और बच्चों में लक्षित एवं वंचित कार्रवाई की क्षमता कम हो जाती है।
इस रणनीति के तहत स्वच्छ भारत और स्वास्थ्य भारत पर आधारित कुपोषण मुक्त भारत की चाहत रखी गयी है।
National Nutrition Strategy Launched :-
National Nutrition Strategy that lays the roadmap for targeted action to address India’s nutritional needs has been launched in New Delhi by Leader of the Green Revolution, Dr M S Swaminathan and Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog Dr Rajiv Kumar. Now, nutrition will come at the centre-stage of the National Development Agenda.
The strategy calls for convergence between four proximate determinants of nutrition – food, health services, income and water. Currently, there is also a lack of real time measurement of these determinants, which reduces the capacity for targeted action among the most vulnerable mothers and children.
Kuposhan Mukt Bharat – linked to Swachh Bharat and Swasth Bharat is sought through the Nutrition Strategy framework.
7.भारत–नेपाल सैन्याभ्यास ‘सूर्य किरण’ प्रारंभ :-
भारत और नेपाल ने अपने संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास ‘सूर्य किरण’ को नेपाल में प्रारंभ कर दिया है। यह नेपाल-भारत संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास ‘सूर्य किरण’ का 12 वां संस्करण है जिसमें प्रत्येक पक्ष से लगभग 300-300 सैनिक भाग ले रहे हैं।
दोनों सेनाओं के बीच बटालियन स्तरीय संयुक्त प्रशिक्षण अंतर-क्षेत्रीय सुविधा के जरिए पहाड़ी इलाके में आतंकवाद-विरोधी अभियानों पर केंद्रित होगा। आपदा प्रबंधन और आपदा राहत के लिए संयुक्त संचालन भी इस अभ्यास का एक हिस्सा होगा।
सूर्य किरण सैन्याभ्यास श्रृंखला सालाना, वैकल्पिक रूप से नेपाल और भारत में आयोजित की जाती है।
उत्तराखंड के पिथौरागढ़ में संयुक्त अभ्यास का 11 वां संस्करण आयोजित किया गया था।
India-Nepal Military Exercise Surya Kiran Begins :-
India and Nepal have begun their joint military exercise Surya Kiran in Nepal. This is the12th edition of Nepal-India joint military exercise. The exercise Surya Kiran is being participated by around 300 troops each side.
The battalion-level joint training between the two armies will focus on counter-terror operations in mountainous terrain by facilitating interoperability. Disaster management and joint operations for disaster relief will also be a part of the exercise.
The Surya Kiran series of Exercises are being conducted annually, alternatively in Nepal and India.
The 11th edition of the joint exercise was held in Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand.
