1.भारतीय इतिहास कांग्रेस का 78वाँ अधिवेशन कोलकाता के जादवपुर विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में शुरू :-
तीन दिवसीय भारतीय इतिहास कांग्रेस कोलकाता के जादवपुर विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में शुरू हो गयी है। इस बार सम्मेलन को छह खंडों- प्राचीन भारत, मध्यकालीन भारत, आधुनिक भारत, भारत के अलावा अन्य देश, पुरातत्व और समकालीन भारत में बांटा गया है।
भारतीय इतिहास कांग्रेस आयोजित करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारतीय इतिहास के वैज्ञानिक अध्ययन, सम्मेलनों का आयोजन,बुलेटिनों, स्मारिकाओं, पत्र-पत्रिकाओं और अन्य कृतियों के प्रकाशन को प्रोत्साहन और बढ़ावा देना है। प्रख्यात इतिहासकार सम्मेलन को संबोधित करेंगे।
78th session of Indian History Congress begins at Jadavpur University campus in Kolkata :-
The three-day Indian History Congress has started in Jadavpur University campus in Kolkata. This time the conference was divided into six volumes – Ancient India , Medieval India , Modern India , Other than India , Archeology and contemporary India.
The main objective of organizing the Indian History Congress scientific study of Indian history , conferences , bulletins , souvenirs , is to encourage the publication of newspapers, magazines and other creations and promote. The eminent historian will address the conference.
2.लोकसभा ने तीन तलाक को अवैध और दंडनीय अपराध बनाने वाले मुस्लिम महिला विवाह अधिकार संरक्षण विधेयक पारित किया :-
लोकसभा ने तीन तलाक को अवैध करार देने वाले मुस्लिम महिला विवाह संरक्षण अधिकार विधेयक को पारित कर दिया है। इसके उल्लंरघन पर शौहर को तीन साल तक की सजा हो सकती है।
गुरुवार को केंद्र सरकार ने तीन तलाक सम्बन्धी मुस्लिम महिला (विवाह अधिकार संरक्षण) विधेयक-2017 को लोकसभा में पेश किया था।
चर्चा का जवाब देते हुए कानून और न्यासय मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने विपक्ष के इस आरोप को खारिज कर दिया कि विधेयक जल्ददबाजी में लाया गया है। उन्होंंने विधेयक के पीछे किसी राजनीतिक हित से भी इंकार किया।
Lok Sabha passes Muslim Women’s Marriage Rights Protection Bill, which commits three Divorce to unlawful and punishable offenses :-
The Lok Sabha has passed the Muslim Women’s Marriage Protection Right Bill, which has declared three divorces illegal. On the violation of this, he can be punished for three years.
On Thursday, the central government had introduced three divorced Muslim women (Marriage rights Protection) Bill-2007 in the Lok Sabha.
Responding to the discussion, Law and Justice Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad dismissed the opposition’s allegation that the bill has been brought in haste. He also denied any political interest behind the bill.
Earlier, presenting the bill, Shri Prasad said that this law is historic and it has become necessary to pass the bill in this regard by the House to get justice for Muslim women after the Supreme Court declaring divorce a rebellion.
3.पर्यावरण मंत्रालय ने पराली जलाने की समस्याi से निपटने और जलवायु संरक्षण की क्षेत्रीय परियोजना को मंजूरी दी :-
पर्यावरण मंत्रालय ने पराली जलाने की समस्या से निपटने और किसानों के लिये जलवायु संरक्षित रखने के अन्य विकल्प तैयार करने की क्षेत्रीय परियोजना को मंजूरी दे दी है। गुरुवार को नई दिल्ली में जलवायु परिवर्तन पर राष्ट्रीय संचालन समिति की बैठक में इस परियोजना को मंजूरी दी गई। परियोजना का पहला चरण पंजाब, हरियाणा, उत्तर प्रदेश और राजस्थान में करीब सौ करोड़ रूपये की लागत से शुरू किया जाएगा। परियोजना के ज़रिये जलवायु परिवर्तन के प्रभावों को कम करने के साथ पराली जलाने से पर्यावरण को होने वाले नुकसान से निपटने के तरीके खोजे जाएंगे।
पर्यावरण और वन मंत्री डा. हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि दिल्ली में धूल, प्रदूषण का मुख्य कारण है और उनका मंत्रालय इसके समाधान के लिए काम कर रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार प्रदूषण को वैज्ञानिक तरीकों से नियंत्रित करने के प्रयास कर रही है।
Environment Ministry has approved the regional project for tackling the problem of burning fire and climate protection :-
The Environment Ministry has approved the regional project to tackle the problem of burning of pollution and other alternatives to keep the climate safe for the farmers. This project was approved in the meeting of National Steering Committee on Climate Change in New Delhi on Thursday.
The first phase of the project will be started at Punjab , Haryana , Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan at a cost of about Rs. 100 crores. By reducing the effects of climate change through the project, combating pollution will find ways to deal with environmental damage.
Environment and Forests Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said dust in Delhi , the main reason and the Ministry of pollution is working to resolve it. He said that the government is trying to control pollution through scientific methods
4.निर्वाचन आयोग ने लोकसभा की तीन और राजस्थाvन तथा पश्चिम बंगाल विधानसभा की दो सीटों के लिए उपचुनाव की घोषणा की :-
निर्वाचन आयोग ने गुरुवार को तीन संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए उपचुनाव कराए जाने की घोषणा की है। राजस्थानन में अलवर और अजमेर तथा पश्चिम बंगाल में उलुबेरिया निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में अगले महीने की 29 तारीख को उप चुनाव कराए जाएंगे।
राजस्थाोन में मंडलगढ और पश्चिम बंगाल में नौपारा विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए भी इसी दिन उपचुनाव कराए जाएंगे।
चुनावों के लिए अधिसूचना अगले महीने की 3 तारीख को जारी की जाएगी और 10 तारीख से नामांकन भरे जा सकेंगे। पहली फरवरी को मतगणना होगी। इन निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में वर्तमान सदस्योंो के निधन के कारण उप चुनाव कराए जा रहा है।
Election Commission announces by-election for three Lok Sabha seats and two seats for Rajasthan and West Bengal Assembly :-
The Election Commission has announced the by-election for three parliamentary constituencies on Thursday. In Alwar and Ajmer in Rajasthan and in Uluberia constituencies in West Bengal, sub-elections will be held on the 29th of next month.
The elections will be held in Mandalgarh in Rajasthan and also for Naupara assembly constituencies in West Bengal.
Notification for the elections will be issued on the 3rd of next month and the nominations will be filled up by 10th. There will be counting on February 1. Due to the demise of present members in these constituencies, sub-election is being done.
5.भारत ने काबुल में आत्मiघाती आतंकी हमले की कड़ी निंदा की :-
भारत ने गुरुवार को अफगानिस्तामन की राजधानी काबुल में एक समाचार एजेंसी और सांस्कृhतिक केन्द्रं पर हुए आत्मगघाती हमले की कड़ी निंदा की है। विदेश मंत्रालय की विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि भारत, इस दु:ख की घड़ी में अफगानिस्ताहन सरकार और वहां के लोगों के साथ है।
भारत आतंकवाद के विरूद्ध लडा़ई और अफगानिस्तांन में शांति तथा सुरक्षा के प्रयासों के लिए हर संभव सहायता के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। आतंकी गुट इस्लािमिक स्टेंट के आत्मषघाती हमलावर ने गुरुवार को काबुल में शिया सांस्कृुतिक केन्द्र को निशाना बनाया था। हमले में 41 लोग मारे गये थे।
India strongly condemns suicide terror attack in Kabul :-
India has strongly condemned the suicide attack on a news agency and cultural center in Kabul, Afghanistan’s capital on Thursday. Said Foreign Ministry statement that India , the grief of the clock with the Afghan government and people.
India is committed to the fight against terrorism and for all possible assistance for peace and security efforts in Afghanistan. The militant group Islamic State’s suicide bomber targeted the Shia Cultural Center in Kabul on Thursday. 41 people were killed in the attack.
6.ईरान की राजधानी तेहरान में पुलिस ने कहा- पहनावे से जुड़े इस्लानमिक नियमों के उल्लंलघन पर महिलाओं की गिरफ्तारी न करने का फैसला :-
ईरान की राजधानी तेहरान में पुलिस ने महिलाओं के पहनावे से जुड़े इस्लामी नियमों में ढील देने का फैसला किया है। तेहरान पुलिस ने बताया कि अब इस्लामी पहनावे की कट्टरवादी व्याख्या के नाम पर महिलाओं को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जाएगा।
अभी तक ईरान में महिलाओं को नाखून पॉलिश लगाने, ज़्यादा मेक-अप करने और ढीले ढाले हिजाब पहनने पर पाबंदी है। वॉल स्ट्रीट जर्नल के अनुसार ईरान के युवा और सुधारवादी लोग लम्बे समय से इन पाबंदियों से छूट देने की मांग कर रहे थे और इसी एजेंडे ने उदारवादी माने जाने वाले राष्ट्रपति हसन रूहानी को इस साल दोबारा पद पर चुने जाने में मदद की।
दूसरी ओर कट्टरवादी अब भी नियमों में ढील देने का विरोध कर रहे हैं। पिछले 40 वर्षों से ईरान में महिलाओं को अपने बाल ढककर रखने पड़ते हैं और ढीले वस्त्र पहनने पड़ते हैं”।
Police in Tehran, Iran – said that the decision to not arrest women on the violation of Islamic law :-
In Tehran, the capital of Iran, the police has decided to relax the Islamic rules related to the wearing of women. Tehran Police told that women will not be arrested now in the name of the radical interpretation of Islamic dress.
So far, women in Iran are prohibited from wearing nails , making more make-up and wearing loose fitting hijab. According to the Wall Street Journal, the young and reforming people of Iran had been demanding exemption from these restrictions for a long time and this agenda helped President Hassan Rouhani, who is considered liberal, to be re-elected this year.
On the other hand, the fundamentalists are still opposed to easing the rules. For the past 40 years, women have to cover their hair and wear loose clothes in Iran ”
