1.रेल मंत्रालय ने विलंब से चलने वाली ट्रेनों के बारे में एसएमएस के ज़रिए जानकारी देने की सुविधा शुरू की :-
रेल मंत्रालय ने एक घंटे से अधिक की देरी से चल रही ट्रेनों की स्थिति के बारे में यात्रियों को जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने के लिए एसएमएस सेवा शुरू की है।
यह सुविधा 3 नवंबर 2017 से प्रारंभ हो चुकी है। शुरूआती चरण में यह सुविधा सभी राजधानी, शताब्दी, तेजस और गतिमान ट्रेनों के लिए शुरू की गई है।
The Ministry of Railways has started facilitating information about delayed trains through SMS :-
Ministry of Railways has started the SMS service to provide information to the passengers about the status of delayed trains more than one hour. This facility has started from 3 November 2017. In the initial phase, this facility has been started for all the capital, centenary, Tejas and moving trains.
2.लातविया के प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व वाले प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने जवाहर लाल नेहरू पोर्ट ट्रस्ट का दौरा किया :-
लातविया के प्रधानमंत्री श्री मारिस कुसिन्किस के नेतृत्व वाले एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने 4 नवंबर 2017 को मुंबई स्थित जवाहर लाल नेहरू पोर्ट ट्रस्ट का दौरा किया। यह प्रतिनिधिमंडल 5 दिवसीय भारत दौरे पर 2 नवंबर 2017 को भारत दौरे पर पहुंचा। इस दौरान लातविया के प्रधानमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी से भी मुलाकात की।

A delegation led by Latvia’s Prime Minister Mr. Maris Kusinkis visited the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust in Mumbai on November 4, 2017. This delegation reached India on 2 November 2017 on a 5-day tour of India. Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of Latvia also met the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.
3.ब्रिटेन के राज्य मंत्री (अप्रवासन) श्री ब्रेंडन लुईस की श्री किरेन रिजीजू के साथ शिष्टमंडल स्तर की वार्ता :-
ब्रिटेन के अप्रवासन राज्य मंत्री श्री ब्रेंडन लुईस के नेतृत्व में एक शिष्टमंडल ने यहां केन्द्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री श्री किरेन रिजीजू के साथ चर्चा की। इस दौरान अप्रवासन, उग्रवाद से निपटने, प्रत्यर्पण, साइबर अपराध, आपराधिक आंकड़े साझा करने और ब्रिटेन से लौटने वाले भारतीय कामगारों की सामाजिक सुरक्षा के मुद्दों पर बातचीत की गई।
श्री किरेन रिजीजू ने भारत और ब्रिटेन के बीच प्रवासन के मुद्दे पर भारत सरकार के पक्ष के बारे में विस्तार से बताया और भारतीयों विशेष रूप से भारतीय छात्रों के लिए अधिक अनुकूल वीजा पर ब्रिटेन से सहयोग भी मांगा।
भारत की ओर से 13 प्रत्यर्पण अनुरोधों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई में ब्रिटेन सरकार का सहयोग मांगते हुए गृह राज्य मंत्री ने हत्या के आरोप में ब्रिटेन में वांछित मोहम्मद अब्दुल शकूर के प्रत्यर्पण के लिए भारत सरकार की ओर से पूरे सहयोग का आश्वासन भी दिया। इस दौरान श्री रिजीजू ने ब्रिटेन में कश्मीरी और सिख उग्रवादियों द्वारा भारत विरोधी प्रचार पर चिंता व्यक्त की।
Delegation level talks with Mr Kiren Rijiju of the British Minister of State (Immigration) Mr. Brendan Lewis :-
A delegation led by the Minister of State for Immigration, Mr Brendan Lewis, discussed with the Minister of State for Home, Mr. Kiren Rijiju, here. In the meantime, issues related to social security of Indian workers, who were involved in immigration, extremism, extradition, cyber crime, sharing criminal data and returning from Britain were discussed.
Mr. Kiren Rijiju explained in detail about the Indian Government’s stand on the issue of migration between India and Britain and sought cooperation from the British on a more favorable visa for Indians, especially Indian students.
Seeking the UK government’s help in urgent action on extradition requests from India, the Minister of State of Maharashtra assurred full cooperation from the Indian Government for the extradition of Mohammed Abdul Shakoor, desired in Britain on the charge of murder. During this time Mr. Rijiju expressed concern over anti-India propaganda by Kashmiri and Sikh militants in Britain.
4.‘पैराडाइज पेपर्स’ के मामलों की जांच पर पुनर्गठित बहु-एजेंसी समूह के जरिये नजर रखी जाएगी :-
‘पैराडाइज पेपर्स’ (खोजी पत्रकारों के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कंसोर्टियम यानी आईसीआईजे द्वारा किये गये खुलासे पर आधारित) नाम के तहत मीडिया में हुए खुलासे से पता चला है कि विभिन्न देशों के लोगों से जुड़े विदेशी निकायों के डेटा में 180 देशों के नाम हैं, जिनमें से भारत नामों की संख्या की दृष्टि से 19वें स्थान पर है। इस सूची में कथित तौर पर 714 भारतीयों के नाम हैं।
पैराडाइज पेपर्स में तकरीबन 50 वर्षों के दौरान हुए लगभग 7 मिलियन ऋण समझौते, वित्तीय विवरण, ईमेल, ट्रस्ट संबंधी दस्तावेज एवं अन्य कागजात शामिल हैं। यह एक प्रतिष्ठित लॉ फर्म एपलबाई की ओर से संभव हुआ है, जिसके कार्यालय बरमूडा एवं अन्य स्थानों पर अवस्थित हैं।
लीक हुए दस्तावेजों में छोटी एवं परिवार के स्वामित्व वाली ट्रस्ट कंपनी एशियासिटी (सिंगापुर) और 19 गोपनीय क्षेत्राधिकारों में अवस्थित विभिन्न कंपनी रजिस्ट्री से प्राप्त फाइलें शामिल हैं।
Investigation of cases of ‘Paradise Papers’ will be monitored through a reconstituted multi-agency group :-
‘Paradise Papers ‘The disclosures made in the media under the name (based on the disclosures made by ICIJ, International Consortium of Investigative Journalists) have revealed that the data of foreign bodies connected with the people of different countries has the names of 180 countries, of which the names of India The number is in the 19th position.
There are 714 Indians reportedly on this list. Paradise papers include approximately 7 million loan agreements, financial statements, emails, trust related documents and other papers that took place during the nearly 50 years.
This has been possible on behalf of a prestigious law firm Appleby, whose office is located at Bermuda and other places. Leaked documents contain files from small and family-owned trust company AsiaCity (Singapore) and 19 different corporate registry located in 19 secret jurisdictions.
5.स्टाफ समिति प्रमुख और नौसेना प्रमुख, अध्यक्ष एडमिरल सुनिल लांबा का फ्रांस दौरा :-
स्टाफ समिति प्रमुख और नौसेना प्रमुख, अध्यक्ष एडमिरल सुनिल लांबा 5 से 10 नवंबर 2017 तक फ्रांस के द्विपक्षीय दौरे पर रहेंगे। उनके इस दौरे का उद्देश्य भारत और फ्रांस के सशस्त्र बलों के बीच सहयोग को सुदृढ़ करना और रक्षा सहयोग के नए अवसरों की खोज करना है।

Visit to France Staff and Chief of the Navy Chief, President Admiral Sunil Lamba :-
Staff Committee Chief and Naval Chief, Chairman Admiral Sunil Lamba will be on the bilateral visit to France from November 5 to 10, 2017. The purpose of his visit is to strengthen cooperation between the Armed Forces of India and France and to explore new opportunities for defense cooperation.
During his visit, Chairman, Staff Committee Chief and Naval Chief, His Excellency Ms. Florence Parlie, Defense Minister of France, General Francois Lacontrere, Defense Staff Chief, Admiral Christophe Pajuk, France Navy Chief, General Jol, Director General Armed Forces and Vice Admiral Harvard Bonaventour, bilateral talks with the Director General of International Relations and Strategy.
6.सऊदी अरब के प्रिंस की यमन सीमा के पास हेलीकॉप्टर हादसे में मौत :-
सऊदी अरब के प्रिंस मंसूर बिन मोकरिन की एक हेलीकॉप्टर हादसे में मौत हो गई। गृह मंत्रालय ने आज सुबह इसकी पुष्टि की। हादसा रविवार को यमन सीमा के पास सऊदी अरब के असीर प्रांत में हुआ। हेलीकाॅप्टर में प्रिंस मंसूर के साथ कई उच्च स्तर के सरकारी अधिकारी मौजूद थे। यमन सीमा से 160 किमी की दूरी पर आभा शहर के पास उनका हेलीकॉप्टर दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया।
पूर्व क्राउन प्रिंस के थे बेटे –प्रिंस मंसूर असीर प्रांत के डिप्टी गवर्नर और पूर्व क्राउन प्रिंस मुकरिन अल सऊद के बेटे थे। प्रिंस मंसूर के पिता को उनके सौतेले भाई किंग सलमान ने वर्ष 2015 में सत्ता संभालने के कुछ महीने बाद ही अलग–थलग कर दिया था। प्रिंस मंसूर के पिता खुफिया सेवा निदेशक भी रहे थे।
Prince of Saudi Arabia dies in helicopter accident near Yemen border :-
A helicopter crash in Saudi Arabia’s Prince Mansur bin Mokrun died in the accident. The Home Ministry confirmed this morning. Incident happened in the Asir province of Saudi Arabia near the Yemen border on Sunday. Many high-level government officials were present along with Prince Mansoor in the helicopter. His helicopter crashed near Aura city, 160 km from the Yemen border.
Former crown prince’s son -Prince Mansur was the deputy governor of Asir province and the son of former Crown Prince Mukerin al-Saud. Prince Mansur’s father was isolated after his half-brother, King Salman, a few months after assuming power in 2015. Prince Mansur’s father was also a director of intelligence service.
