1.प्रवासी सम्मेलन में बोले प्रधानमंत्री मोदी- ‘कुछ बदलेगा नहीं’ की सोच से काफी आगे निकल चुका है देश :-
प्रवासी सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि भारत उस सोच से काफी आगे निकल चुका है जिसमें कहा जाता था कि जैसा पहले था वैसा चलता रहेगा, कुछ बदलेगा नहीं। देश के लोगों का लक्ष्य और आकांक्षाएं अपने ऊंचे स्तर पर हैं और यही कारण है कि देश एक बड़े बदलाव से गुजर रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि पिछले 3-4 वर्षों में लोगों का नजरिया भारत के प्रति बदला है। भारत अब आगे बढ़ रहा है। लोगों की अपेक्षाएं चरम पर हैं। भारतीय प्रवासी सांसदों को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि जब भी मैं यह खबर सुनता कि जहां आप लोग रहते हैं वहां किस प्रकार आप अपनी नीतियों से राजनीति और सिस्टम को प्रभावित करते हैं, तो मुझे गर्व महसूस होता है।
Prime Minister Modi speaks at the Expatriate Conference – India has gone far beyond the thought of ‘Will not change anything’ :-
In addressing the Expatriate Conference, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India has gone far beyond the thought which said that as it was , it will continue , nothing will change. The aims and aspirations of the people of the country are at their highest level and this is the reason that the country is passing through a major change. Prime Minister Modi said that in the last 3-4 years, the perspectives of people have changed towards India. India is moving forward now. People’s expectations are at peak How Indian diaspora MPs addressed, he said that whenever I hear news where you live, you affect the political system and its policies , so I feel proud.
2.इटली की अदालत ने फिनमेकेनिका के पूर्व कार्यकारी अधिकारी को हेलिकॉप्टर सौदे में रिश्वत के आरोपों से बरी किया :-
इटली की एक अपीलीय अदालत ने रक्षा और विमानन कंपनी फिनमेकेनिका के पूर्व अध्यक्ष ज्यूसैपी ओरसी को तीन हजार छह सौ करोड़ रुपये के बारह अगुस्ता वेस्टलैंड हेलिकॉप्टर सौदे में रिश्वत के आरोपों से बरी कर दिया है। ये हेलिकॉप्टर वीवीआईपी लोगों के उपयोग के लिए भारत को बेचे जाने थे। अदालत ने फिनमेकेनिका की सहयोगी कंपनी अगुस्ता वेस्टलैंड के पूर्व मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ब्रूनो स्पौंगनोलिनी को भी बरी कर दिया है। बरी होने के बाद ओरसी के वकील ने कहा है कि अदालत को इस मामले में रिश्वत, पैसे के लेनदेन या भारतीय अधिकारियों के निविदा प्रक्रिया में हस्तक्षेप करने के कोई सबूत नहीं मिले।
Italian court acquits former executive of Finmeccanica acquitted of bribe charges in helicopter deal :-
An Appellate court in Italy has acquitted former President of Defense and Aviation Company Finmeccanica from charges of bribe in the twelve Augustus Westland helicopter deal of Rs 3,600 crore. These helicopters were to be sold to India for the use of VVIP people. The court has acquitted Bruno Sponganolini, former chief executive of AgustaWestland, a partner of Finmeccanica. After the acquittal, Orissa’s lawyer has said that the court did not find any evidence of bribery , money transactions or Indian officials intervening in the tender process. Investigation of alleged corruption and money laundering in this deal in India is still continuing separately.
3.उच्चतम न्यायालय ने कहा, स्वैच्छिक है सिनेमाघरों में राष्ट्रगान बजाना :-
उच्चतम न्यायालय ने अपने 2016 के आदेश में सुधार करते हुये सिनेमाघरों में फिल्म के प्रदर्शन से पहले राष्ट्रगान बजाने को अब स्वैच्छिक कर दिया है। शीर्ष अदालत ने 30 नवंबर, 2016 के अपने आदेश में संशोधन करते हुये राष्ट्रगान बजाने को स्वैच्छिक कर दिया। इससे पहले, न्यायालय ने अपने आदेश में फिल्म के प्रदर्शन से पहले सिनेमाघरों के लिये राष्ट्रगान बजाना अनिवार्य बना दिया था। प्रधान न्यायाधीश दीपक मिश्रा, न्यायमूर्ति एएम खानविलकर और न्यायमूर्ति धनंजय वाई चन्द्रचूड की तीन सदस्यीय खंडपीठ ने कहा कि केन्द्र द्वारा गठित 12 सदस्यीय अंतर-मंत्रालयी समिति सिनेमाघरों में राष्ट्रगान बजाने के बारे में अंतिम निर्णय लेगी। पीठ ने कहा कि समिति राष्ट्रगान बजाने से संबंधित सारे पहलुओं पर विस्तार से विचार करेगी।
The Supreme Court said, it is voluntary to play the national anthem in cinemas :-
The Supreme Court has now made voluntary to play the national anthem before the film’s performance in cinemas, while improving its 2016 order. The Supreme Court revised their order of November 30 , 2016 , making the national anthem voluntary. Earlier , the court made it mandatory for cinemas to play the national anthem before the film’s performance in its order. A three-member bench of Chief Justice Deepak Mishra , Justice AM Khanvilkar and Justice Dhananjay Y Chandrachud said that 12The member inter-ministerial committee will take a final decision about the national anthem in cinemas. The bench said that the committee will consider all aspects related to playing the national anthem in detail.
4.पाकिस्तान को आतंकवादियों का सुरक्षित पनाहगाह बनने से रोकने के लिए अब कुछ अलग करने की जरूरत- ट्रम्प प्रशासन :-
अमरीकी प्रशासन का मानना है कि पाकिस्तान को आतंकवादियों के लिए सुरक्षित पनाहगाह बनने से रोकने के लिए अब पहले से कुछ अलग करने की जरूरत है। इससे पहले ट्रंप प्रशासन ने पाकिस्तान को सुरक्षा सहायता के रूप में दी जाने वाले दो अरब डॉलर की राशि रोक दी थी। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि धैर्य बनाए रखने या पाकिस्तान को प्रलोभन देने की नीति क्षेत्र की स्थिरता पर खतरे की समस्या से निपटने में विफल रही है। अधिकारियों ने कहा कि अमरीका में नौ-ग्यारह के आतंकी हमले के बाद पाकिस्तान के प्रति तत्कालीन अमरीकी प्रशासन की नीति कारगर नहीं रही है।
Need to isolate Pakistan now to prevent Pakistan from becoming a safe haven for terrorists – Trump Administration :-
The US administration believes that to prevent Pakistan from becoming a safe haven for terrorists, there is now a need to separate something different from the past. Earlier, the Trump Administration had stopped the amount of $ 2 billion given to Pakistan as security assistance. Officials said that the policy of maintaining patience or temptation to Pakistan has failed to deal with the problem of threat to the stability of the region. Officials said that the policy of the then US administration towards Pakistan after the nine-eleven terrorist attack in USA has not been effective.
5.विदेशमंत्री सुषमा स्वराज ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को दिया विश्व में भारत के बढ़ते प्रभुत्व का श्रेय :-
विश्व में भारत का प्रभुत्व बढ़ने का श्रेय प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को देते हुए विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज ने कहा कि कालाधन, नोटबंदी, जीएसटी, आतंकवाद के खिलाफ कदम, गरीबी उन्मूलन की पहल, अंतरराष्ट्रीय सौर गठबंधन, अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस जैसी प्रधानमंत्री की पहल यह दर्शाती है कि हम जो कहते हैं, वह करते हैं। प्रथम प्रवासी सांसद सम्मेलन को संबोधित करते हुए श्रीमती स्वराज ने कहा कि विश्व में भारत का प्रभुत्व बढ़ रहा है और इसका श्रेय सीधे तौर पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को जाता है।
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj gave Prime Minister Modi credit to India’s growing dominance in the world :-

6.उच्चतम न्यायालय ने धारा 377 के अंतर्गत समलैंगिकता को अपराध न मानने की मांग संबंधी याचिका बड़ी पीठ को सौंपी :-
उच्चतम न्यायालय ने परस्पर सहमति से दो वयस्कों के बीच समलैंगिक संबंधों को अपराध न मानने की मांग संबंधी याचिका बड़ी पीठ को सौंप दी है। प्रधान न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति दीपक मिश्रा और न्यायमूर्ति एएम खानविलकर और न्यायमूर्ति डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ की पीठ ने कहा कि भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 377 के तहत उठे इस मामले पर बड़ी पीठ में विचार किए जाने की जरूरत है। पीठ ने धारा 377 को गैर-संवैधानिक घोषित करने की मांग संबंधी एक याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान यह बात कही।
The Supreme Court has submitted a petition seeking a plea for homosexuality not committing under Section 377 :-
The Supreme Court has handed over a petition seeking a plea for non-denial of homosexual relations between two adults with mutual consent. A bench of Chief Justice Justice Deepak Mishra and Justice AM Khanvilkar and Justice D.V. Chandrachud said that the matter under section 377 of Indian Penal Code needs to be considered in the larger bench. The bench said this during a hearing on a petition demanding declaration of section 377 as non-constitutional.
7.केन्द्रीय मंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी उत्तर प्रदेश से राज्यसभा के लिए निर्वाचित, आम आदमी पार्टी के तीनों उम्मीदवार भी दिल्ली से निर्वाचित घोषित :-
केन्द्रीय मंत्री और भारतीय जनता पार्टी के उम्मीदवार हरदीप सिंह पुरी को उत्तर प्रदेश से राज्यसभा की सीट से निर्विरोध विजयी घोषित किया गया है। इस सीट से वे एकमात्र उम्मीदवार थे। यह सीट पूर्व रक्षामंत्री मनोहर पर्रिकर के इस्तीफे के कारण खाली हुई थी। साथ ही आम आदमी पार्टी के तीनों उम्मीदवारों संजय सिंह, सुशील गुप्ता और एनडी गुप्ता को भी राज्यसभा के लिये निर्विरोध निर्वाचित घोषित किया गया है। दिल्ली की तीनों राज्यसभा सीटों के लिये सिर्फ तीन उम्मीदवारों ने पर्चे भरे थे। निर्वाचन आयोग ने आम आदमी पार्टी द्वारा प्रस्तावित तीनों ही नामों को विजेता घोषित कर दिया है।
Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, elected for Rajya Sabha from Uttar Pradesh, three candidates of Aam Aadmi Party also declared elected from Delhi :-
Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Hardeep Singh Puri has been declared uncontested from the Rajya Sabha seat from Uttar Pradesh. He was the only candidate from this seat. This seat was vacant due to the resignation of former Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar. Also, three candidates of Aam Aadmi Party, Sanjay Singh , Sushil Gupta and ND Gupta have also been declared unopposed for the Rajya Sabha. Only three candidates were filled with pamphlets for all the three Rajya Sabha seats in Delhi. The Election Commission has declared the three names proposed by Aam Aadmi Party to be the winners.
