1.भारत और एशियाई विकास बैंक के बीच पश्चिम बंगाल में वित्तीय सुधारों के लिए 300 मिलियन डॉलर के ऋण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर :-
भारत सरकार और एशियाई विकास बैंक (एडीबी) ने पश्चिम बंगाल में वित्तीय सुधारों के लिए 300 मिलियन डॉलर के एक ऋण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए हैं ताकि राज्य में सार्वजनिक सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता में सुधार किया जा सके।
दूसरे पश्चिम बंगाल विकास वित्त कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य अनुत्पादक व्यय को कम करके और राजस्व संग्रह में बढ़ोत्तरी के माध्यम से सार्वजनिक निवेश को बढ़ाना है। कार्यक्रम के पहले चरण में 400 मिलियन डॉलर का व्यय हुआ था।
Government of India and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Sign $300 Million Loan to Promote Further Fiscal Reforms in West Bengal :-
The Asian Development Bank and the Government of India signed a $300 million loan today to continue a series of fiscal reforms in the State of West Bengal to improve the quality of public service delivery.
The Second West Bengal Development Finance Program targets a further increase in public investment through reduction of unproductive expenditure, and savings from efficiencies in revenue collections.
The Program will build on earlier intervention under Phase I of the project through the $400 million Program that targeted a comprehensive fiscal consolidation program in the state.
2.कपड़ा मंत्रालय एवं बिजली मंत्रालय ने एक नई पहल ‘साथी’ (लघु उद्योगों की सहायता के लिए प्रभावी कपड़ा प्रौद्योगिकियों का टिकाऊ एवं त्वरित अंगीकरण) के लिए हाथ मिलाया :-
कपड़ा मंत्रालय एवं बिजली मंत्रालय ने एक नई पहल ‘साथी’ (लघु उद्योगों की सहायता के लिए प्रभावी कपड़ा प्रौद्योगिकियों का टिकाऊ एवं त्वरित अंगीकरण) के लिए हाथ मिलाया है।
इस पहल के अंतर्गत, बिजली मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के तहत सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की एक कंपनी एनर्जी एफिशिएंसी सर्विसेज लिमिटेड (ईईएसएस) थोक में ऊर्जा दक्ष बिजली से चलने वाले करघे (पावरलूम), मोटर एवं रेपियर किट की खरीद करेगी एवं उन्हें बिना किसी अग्रिम लागत के लघु एवं मझोली इकाइयों को उपलब्ध कराएगी।
Ministries of Power & Textiles join hands under new initiative SAATHI (Sustainable and Accelerated Adoption of efficient Textile technologies to Help small Industries) :-
Ministries of Power and Textiles have joined hands under a new initiative SAATHI (Sustainable and Accelerated Adoption of efficient Textile technologies to Help small Industries).
Under this initiative, Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), a public sector entity under the administrative control of Ministry of Power, would procure energy efficient Powerlooms, motors and Rapier kits in bulk and provide them to the small and medium Powerloom units at no upfront cost.
3.अफगानिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति ने राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद से मुलाकात की :-
अफगानिस्तान इस्लामिक गणराज्य के राष्ट्रपति महामहिम श्री अशरफ गनी ने (24 अक्टूबर, 2017) राष्ट्रपति भवन में राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद से मुलाकात की।
राष्ट्रपति श्री कोविंद ने अफगनिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति का स्वागत किया और उनकी सराहना करते हुए कहा कि श्री गनी ने कठिन समय में अफगानिस्तान का कुशल नेतृत्व किया।
President of Afghanistan calls on the President :-
His Excellency Mr Ashraf Ghani, the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, called on the President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (October 24, 2017).
Welcoming the Afghan President to India, the President expressed admiration for the astute leadership that he has provided to Afghanistan through difficult times.
4.वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभु ने सीआईपीएएम की वेबसाइट का शुभारंभ किया :-
वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभु ने यहां औद्योगिक नीति तथा संवर्धन विभाग (डीआईपीपी) के आईपीआर संवर्धन और प्रबंधन सेल (सीआईपीएएम) की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट का शुभारंभ किया।
राष्ट्रीय बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार (आईपीआर) नीति के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन के लिए डीआईपीपी के अंतर्गत सीआईपीएएम का गठन किया गया है। इस अवसर पर डीआईपीपी में सचिव श्री रमेश अभिषेक भी उपस्थित थे।
Commerce and Industry Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu launches CIPAM’s Website :-
The Minister for Commerce and Industry, Shri Suresh Prabhu launched the official website for the Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM) of the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) here today.
CIPAM has been set up under the aegis of DIPP with a mandate to effectively implement the National Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy. Secretary DIPP, Shri Ramesh Abhishek was also present.
5.23 अक्टूबर, 2017 तक जीएसटी राजस्व संग्रह राशि 92,150 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंची :-
सितंबर, 2017 महीने के दौरान विभिन्न शीर्षों (23 अक्टूबर, 2017) के तहत भुगतान किये गये जीएसटी के कुल राजस्व की राशि 92,150 करोड़ रुपये रही है।
सीजीएसटी के कुल राजस्व की राशि 14,042 करोड़ रुपये, एसजीएसटी के राजस्व की राशि 21,172 करोड़ रुपये, आईजीएसटी के राजस्व की राशि 48, 948 करोड़ रुपये (जिसमें से सितंबर, 2017 में आयातों से आईजीएसटी 23,951 करोड़ रुपये रहा) और क्षतिपूर्ति सेस 7988 करोड़ रुपये (जिसमें से सितंबर, 2017 आयातों से क्षतिपूर्ति सेस 722 करोड़ रुपये रहा)।
GST Revenue Collection Figures stand at Rs.92,150 crore as on 23rd October, 2017 :-
The total revenue of GST paid under different heads (upto 23rd October, 2017) for the month of September 2017 is Rs. 92,150/- crore.
The total CGST revenue is Rs. 14,042 crore, SGST revenue is Rs. 21,172 crore, IGST revenue is Rs. 48,948 crore (of which IGST from imports in September 2017 is Rs. 23,951 crore) and Compensation Cess is Rs. 7,988/- crore (of which Rs. 722 crore is Compensation Cess from imports in September 2017).
6.भारतीय टी-20 टीम का हिस्सा बनेंगे श्रेयस और सिराज :-
हैदराबाद के तेज गेंदबाज मोहम्मद सिराज और मुंबई के बल्लेबाज श्रेयस अयर को न्यूजीलैंड के साथ एक नवंबर से शुरू हो रही तीन मैचों की टी-ट्वेंटी क्रिकेट श्रृंखला के लिये भारतीय टीम में शामिल किया गया है।
कप्तान विराट कोहली ट्वेंटी-ट्वेंटी श्रृंखला और श्रीलंका के साथ 16 नवम्बर से शुरू हो रही टेस्ट मैचों की श्रृंखला के पहले दो टेस्ट मैच में भारतीय टीम का हिस्सा रहेंगे।
पहले दो टेस्ट कोलकाता और नागपुर में खेले जायेंगे। टेस्ट टीम में कोई नया चेहरा नहीं है।
Shreyas and Siraj will be part of Indian T20 team :-
Hyderabad pace bowler Mohammad Siraj and Mumbai batsman Shreyas Aayar have been included in the Indian squad for the three-match T-20 cricket series with New Zealand starting November 1. Captain Virat Kohli will be part of the Indian team in the first two Test matches of the Twenty-Twenty Series and Sri Lanka series starting from November 16 .
The first two Tests will be played in Kolkata and Nagpur. There is no new face in the Test team.
