This platform, developed by researchers at University College of London (UCL) and Francis Crick Institute, based in the UK, has been named ‘Hermann’. This is an open source, which can be used very easily. This platform has the ability to detect the date of transition of various types of microbes.
In the journal Eilife, Herman has been told in detail. Researchers say that the Ai platform developed by them can prove to be extremely useful in the medical field. With the help of this, it can be ascertained how a germ spreads its infection. Knowing this, it will be easier to find effective medicines or treatments to eliminate that particular germ and prevent its infection from spreading. These are the investigation system portal for sexual offenses and the safe city surveillance portal.

5.RBI will give interim dividend of Rs 28 thousand crore to the government :-
The interim dividend of Rs 28,000 crore will be given to the RBI government. In the current financial year, the RBI has already transferred 40,000 crore rupees. In this way, the government will get a dividend of Rs 68,000 crore from the RBI. The financial year of the RBI is from July to June.
RBI has given interim dividend for the second consecutive year. Its amount is very important for the government. Because, because of the election year, the government needs more funds for various schemes. The government had demanded Rs 28,000 from the RBI, which has been completed. With the dividend amount, the government will also be able to keep the fiscal deficit target at 3.4% of GDP in the current fiscal year.
6.RBI will deposit Rs 12,500 crore in the system through OMOs on February 21:-
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has informed that on Thursday, it will make cash of Rs 12,500 crore in the system through the purchase of government securities, to increase liquidity (Liquidity). This purchase process will be done through free market operations (OMOs).
“After the assessment of the present situation of liquidity, the central bank has decided to purchase government securities worth Rs. 12,500 crore under OMO on February 21, 2019,” said the release released by the RBI.
Interested candidates can submit their offer in electronic format on that day (February 21) RBI Core Banking Solution (E-Kuber) system. The results of this auction will be announced on the same day and successful partners will also be paid on their next day.
For information, let us know that OMOs are such financial tools that are used to cash in and down the system. When liquidity conditions are strict then money is put into the market through the purchase of government securities. At the same time, the surplus cash is withdrawn from the system through the sale of government bonds.
