1.भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने अरूणाचल प्रदेश की दोनों सीटें जीती :-
अरुणाचल प्रदेश विधानसभा उपचुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने दोनों सीटें–पक्के केशंगऔर लिकाबाली जीत ली हैं। पक्के केशंग में पार्टी उम्मीदवार बियूराम वाघे ने कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार और पूर्व उप-मुख्यमंत्री कामेन्ग डोलो को लगभग पांच सौ वोटों से हराया। लिकाबाली में भाजपा के कार्दो निक्योर ने अपने निकटतम प्रतिद्वंदी और पीपल्स पार्टी ऑफ अरुणाचल प्रदेश के गुमके रिबा को लगभग तीन सौ वोटों से पराजित किया।
उधर, पश्चिम बंगाल में सबंग विधानसभा सीट के उपचुनाव में सत्तारूढ़ तृणमूल कांग्रेस ने जीत हासिल की है। पहले यह सीट कांग्रेस के पास थी। तृणमूल कांग्रेस की उम्मीदवार गीता भूनिया ने अपनी निकटतम प्रतिद्वंद्वी माकर्सवादी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी की रीता मंडल को 65 हजार से अधिक वोटों के अंतर से हराया। भारतीय जनता पार्टी की अंतरा भट्टाचार्य तीसरे स्थान पर रहीं। श्रीमती गीता भूनिया कांग्रेस के पूर्व नेता मानस भूनिया की पत्नी है, जो इस साल के शुरू में सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी में शामिल हो गई थीं, जिसकी वजह से यह उपचुनाव कराया गया। श्री मानस भूनिया इस समय राज्यसभा के सदस्य हैं।
Bharatiya Janata Party won both seats in Arunachal Pradesh :-
In Arunachal Pradesh by-election, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has won both seats- Pankey Keeshang and Likabali. In Pekka Keshang, party candidate, Beuram Vaghe defeated Congress candidate and former deputy chief minister Kameng Dolow with nearly five hundred votes. In Likabali, BJP’s Cardo Nikoor defeated his nearest rival and People’s Party of Arunachal Pradesh with Gumke Riba by nearly three hundred votes.
On the other hand , ruling Trinamool Congress has won the by-election of Sabang assembly seat in West Bengal. Earlier this seat was with the Congress. Trinamool Congress candidate Geeta Bhunia defeated Rita Mandal of her closest rival, Marxist Communist Party, with a difference of more than 65 thousand votes. Antara Bhattacharya of Bharatiya Janata Party stood third. Mrs Geeta Bhunia, wife of former Congress leader Manas Bhuiyan , who had joined the ruling party earlier this year , due to which the by- election was made. Mr. Manas Bhuiyan is currently a member of the Rajya Sabha.
2.बिहार सरकार ने राज्य में महत्वपूर्ण सिक्ख धार्मिक स्थलों को जोड़ने के लिए गुरु सर्किट विकसित करने का फैसला किया :-
बिहार सरकार ने राज्य में महत्वपूर्ण सिक्ख धार्मिक स्थलों को जोड़ने के लिए गुरु सर्किट विकसित करने का फैसला किया है। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने कल पटना में दसवें गुरू, गोविन्द सिंह जी के 351वें प्रकाश पर्व के सिलसिले में तीन दिन के शुक्राना समारोह का उद्घाटन करते हुए यह बताया। शुक्राना समारोह कल सम्पन्न होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गुरू सर्किट बनाने से विभिन्न धार्मिक स्थलों के बीच आवाजाही में सुधार होगा, इसके अलावा पर्यटकों के लिए सुविधाएं और अवसर बढ़ने से अधिक संख्या में पर्यटक राज्य में आएंगे।

The Bihar government has decided to develop master circuits to link important Sikh religious places in the state. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar tenth Guru in Patna , Gobind Singh Ji 351 Inaugurating Shukrana ceremony three days in connection with th light Fiesta was told. The gratification ceremony will end tomorrow. The Chief Minister said that due to the formation of Guru Circuit , there will be improvement in the movement of various religious places , apart from increasing tourist facilities and opportunities, more tourists will come to the state.
3.अमरीकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने दस खरब पचास अरब डॉलर के कर सुधार कानून को मंजूरी दी :-
अमरीकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने अमरीकी टैक्स कोड में व्यापक सुधार संबंधी कानून पर हस्ताक्षर कर दिए हैं। यह कानून साढ़े दस खरब डॉलर के कर सुधार से जुड़ा हुआ है। अमरीकी कांग्रेस ने इसे दो दिन पहले ही मंजूरी दी थी। सत्ता संभालने के बाद श्री ट्रम्प की यह बड़ी विधायी जीत है जिसमें कांग्रेस ने अरबों डॉलर के बड़े कर सुधार को मंजूरी दी है।
US President Donald Trump approves tax tranche of 10 trillion billion dollars :-
US President Donald Trump has signed a comprehensive reform law in the US Tax Code. This law is linked to tax reform of $ 10.5 trillion. The US Congress had approved it two days ago. After assuming office, Mr. Trump has this big legislative victory in which the Congress has approved billions of billions of dollars in tax reforms.
4.धोखाधड़ी के चलते बैंकों को हुआ 17,000 करोड़ रुपये का नुकसान –सरकार :-
बीते फाइनैंशल इयर में बैंकों को धोखाधड़ी के चलते 16,789 करोड़ रुपये की चपत लगी है। वित्त मंत्रालय ने शुक्रवार को लोकसभा में यह जानकारी दी। वित्त राज्य मंत्री शिव प्रताप शुक्ला ने सदन में दिए लिखित जवाब में बताया, ‘फाइनैंशल इयर 2016-17 में बैंकों को 16,789 करोड़ रुपये का नुकसान उठाना पड़ा है।’ उन्होंने कहा कि बैंकिंग सेक्टर में साइबर सिक्योरिटी को लेकर समिति का गठन किया गया है। इसमें आरबीआई के अधिकारी, अकादमिक जगत, फरंसिक, साइबर सिक्यॉरिटी एक्सपर्ट्स और सूचना तकनीक से जुड़े लोगों को शामिल किया गया है।
Rs 17,000 crore loss due to fraud – Government :-
In the last financial year, the banks have been receiving Rs 16,789 crore due to fraud. The finance ministry gave this information in the Lok Sabha on Friday. Finance Minister Shiv Pratap Shukla said in a written reply in the House, “In the financial year 2016-17, the banks have suffered a loss of Rs 16,789 crore.” He said that the committee has been constituted for cyber security in the banking sector. It includes the officials of the RBI, academic world, Farnsik, cyber security experts and information technology people.
5.प्रधानमंत्री 25 दिसम्बर को नई मेट्रो लाइन का उद्घाटन करेंगे, जिससे नोएडा और दक्षिण दिल्ली के बीच यात्रा समय में कमी आएगी :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी 25 दिसम्बर को दिल्ली मेट्रो की नई मेजंटा लाइन के एक हिस्से का उद्घाटन करेंगे। यह लाइन नोएडा में बोटोनिकल गार्डन को दिल्ली के कालका जी मंदिर से जोड़ेगी। इससे नोएडा और दक्षिण दिल्ली के बीच यात्रा में लगने वाले समय में महत्वपूर्ण कमी आएगी। इस अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री नोएडा में एक जनसभा को भी संबोधित करेंगे।
2017 में यह तीसरी मेट्रो लाइन है जिसका उद्घाटन प्रधानमंत्री करेंगे, इससे पहले उन्होंने जून में कोच्चि मेट्रो और नवम्बर में हैदराबाद मेट्रो राष्ट्र को समर्पित की थी। इन दोनों अवसरों पर प्रधानमंत्री ने जनसभा के स्थल पर पहुंचने से पहले नई मेट्रो लाइनों से कुछ दूरी तक यात्रा की थी।
The Prime Minister will inaugurate the new metro line on December 25, which will reduce travel time between Noida and South Delhi :-
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will inaugurate a part of the new colony of Delhi Metro on December 25. This line connects the Botanical Gardens in Noida to the Kalka ji temple of Delhi. This will lead to a significant reduction in travel time between Noida and South Delhi. On this occasion Prime Minister will address a public meeting in Noida.
This is the third metro line in 2017, which will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister, before that he had dedicated the Kochi Metro in June and the Hyderabad metro nation in November. On both of these occasions, the Prime Minister had traveled some distance from new metro lines before reaching the venue of the public meeting.
6.चीन में शुरू हुआ दुनिया का सबसे लंबा शीशे का ब्रिज :-
चीन में जमीन से 218 मीटर ऊपर बना कांच का ब्रिज रविवार को आम लोगों के लिए खोल दिया। यह ब्रिज हेबेई प्रांत के शिजियाझुआंग शहर में है। इसे दुनिया का सबसे लंबा शीशे का ब्रिज बताया जा रहा है।
दो चट्टानों के बीच लटके इस ब्रिज की चौ़़डाई दो मीटर है। इसमें 1077 पारदर्शी शीशे लगे हैं, जो चार सेंटीमीटर मोटे हैं। शीशे का कुल वजन करीब 70 हजार किलो है।
World’s longest glass bridge begins in China :-
The glass bridge, opened 218 meters above ground in China, opened to the public on Sunday. This bridge is in Shijiazhuang city of Hebei Province. It is being described as the world’s longest glass bridge.
The bridges between this two rocks are two meters wide. There are 1077 transparent glasses, which are four centimeters thick. The total weight of the glass is about 70 thousand kg.
7.रूस में राष्ट्रपति चुनाव में पुतिन को चुनौती देंगे नेवलनी :-
अलेक्साई नेवलनी को रूस के राष्ट्रपति चुनाव में मौजूदा राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन को चुनौती देने वाले एकमात्र विपक्षी नेता के रूप में देखा जा रहा है। नेवलनी ने मार्च में होने वाले चुनाव में खुद को प्रत्याशी बनाए जाने की मांग की है। पूरे रूस में उनके इस फैसले के समर्थन में लोग जुट रहे हैं।
चुनाव अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में रूस के 20 शहरों में 41 वर्षीय वकील नेवलनी के समर्थन में हजारों लोग बैठक कर रहे हैं।

8.सीधे खाते में जमा होगी खाद सब्सिडी, जनवरी से पूरे देश में लागू होगी योजना :-
नये वर्ष में पूरे देश में किसानों को खाद की सब्सिडी अब सीधे उनके बैंक खाते में दी जाएगी। सभी राज्यों में इसकी तैयारियां अंतिम चरण में हैं। केंद्र सरकार पिछले साल भर से राज्यों के सहयोग से इसे पूरा करने की कवायद में जुटी है। उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, हरियाणा, पंजाब, मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ समेत सभी खाद्यान्न उत्पादक राज्यों में इसे लागू करने के लिए पहले ही टाइम टेबल जारी कर दिया गया था।
फर्टिलाइजर पर किसानों को मिलने वाली सब्सिडी में चोरी को लेकर लगातार शिकायतें आती रही हैं। इससे निपटने के लिए सरकार ने सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग का फैसला लेते हुए पहले चरण में 4 राज्यों के 7 जिलों में इसे लागू किया था।
Fertilizer subsidy will be directly deposited in the account, plan will be implemented throughout the country from January :-
In the new year, the fertilizer subsidy will be given directly to the bank account of the farmers across the country. In all the states, its preparations are in the final stages. The central government is engaged in the exercise of fulfilling this with the help of states from last year. In all the food producing states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, a time table was already issued to implement it.
