1.विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने सोमालिया को पोलियो से मुक्त घोषित किया :-
संयुक्त राष्ट्र विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन (डब्लूएचओ) ने कहा कि उसने पिछले तीन वर्षों में सोमालिया में पोलियो रोग का कोई भी मामला दर्ज नहीं किया है, जिसके कारण देश को पोलियो मुक्त घोषित किया गया है।
विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन के अनुसार 2014 में देश के मध्य भाग में पोलियो का अंतिम मामला दर्ज किया गया था, लेकिन उसके बाद से यह इस रोग से मुक्त रहा है।
हालांकि, संयुक्त राष्ट्र स्वास्थ्य एजेंसी ने चेतावनी दी कि सोमालिया इससे निरंतर भेद्य रहा है अतः उसे निरंतर टीकाकरण अभियान जारी रखना है ।
डब्ल्यूएचओ पूर्वी भूमध्यसागर,जिसमे सोमालिया भी शामिल है,के प्रमुख मोहम्मद फैकी ने कहा कि बड़े पैमाने पर टीकाकरण अभियान तथा सरकार और अंतरराष्ट्रीय एक्टर्स की प्रतिबद्धता ने यह सुनिश्चित किया कि पोलियो वायरस हॉर्न ऑफ़ अफ्रीका देश में वापस नहीं आया।
World Health Organisation declares Somalia free of polio :-
The UN World Health Organisation (WHO) said that it had not recorded any case of polio disease in Somalia in the last three years, declaring the country polio free.
The WHO said the country recorded the last case of polio in 2014 in the central part of the country but has since then remained free of the paralyzing disease.
The UN health agency, however, warned Somalia remained vulnerable, calling for continued vaccination campaign.
The head of the WHO Eastern Mediterranean, which covers Somalia, Mohamed Fiqi said that massive vaccination campaigns and commitment from government and international actors had ensured the polio virus did not recur in the Horn of Africa country.
2.महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री ने ‘नमो युवा रोजगार केंद्र‘ प्रारंभ किया :-
मुख्यमंत्री देवेन्द्र फड़णवीस ने “नमो युवा रोजगार केंद्र” की शुरुआत की है, जो फार्मर्स मार्केट ऑन व्हील्स की संकल्पना पर आधारित है, जिसका उद्देश्य खेतों से ताजा कार्बनिक उत्पादों को उचित मूल्यों पर वितरित करना है।
125 फार्म-टू-होम डिलीवरी वैन, उत्पादों को बेचने के लिए शहर का दौरा करेगी । मोबाइल वैन में बेची जाने वाली सब्जियों की कीमत औसत बाजार दर से 25% कम होगी। इस पहल का उद्देश्य अशिक्षित युवाओं और महिलाओं के लिए रोजगार पैदा करना है।
नमो युवा रोजगार केंद्र,प्रसाद लाड की दिमागी उपज है, जो कि एमआई मुंबई के अभियान-अभिमान और श्री स्वामी समर्थ शेतकारी उत्पादक के अध्यक्ष हैं। श्री लाड ने कहा कि यह पहल अभी तक महाराष्ट्र कृषि और फलों के प्रसंस्करण निगम (माफको) से अलग होगा।
Maharashtra CM launches ‘Namo Yuva Rojgar Kendra’ :-
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has launched Namo Yuva Rojgar Kendra, a farmers’ market on wheels, which aims at delivering farm-fresh organic produce at reasonable prices.
A total of 125 farm-to-home delivery vans will tour the city to sell the product. The vegetables sold in the mobile vans will be priced 25% lower than the average market rate. The initiative aims to generate jobs for uneducated youth and women.
Namo Yuva Rojgar Kendra is the brainchild of Prasad Lad, president of Mi Mumbai Abhiyan-Abhiman and Shri Swami Samarth Shetkari Utpadak. Mr. Lad said the initiative will be different from the now defunct Maharashtra Agro and Fruit Processing Corporation (MAFCO).
3.गृह मंत्री ने ‘भारत के वीर‘ पर लाइव टि्वटर वाल की शुरूआत की :-
भारत के स्वतंत्रता दिवस 2017 की पूर्व संध्या पर भारत के वीर पोर्टल के प्रचार के लिए केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने लाइव ट्वीटर वाल का शुभारंभ किया।
“भारत के वीर” पोर्टल केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री और अभिनेता अक्षय कुमार ने 9 अप्रैल, 2017 को शुरू किया था।
यह पोर्टल सीएपीएफ शहीदों, जिन्होंने 1 जनवरी 2016 से देश के लिए अपनी ज़िंदगी का बलिदान किया है,के परिवारों को ऑनलाइन दान की सुविधा प्रदान करता है ।
यह सोशल मीडिया जागरूकता अभियान, नई दिल्ली में कनॉट प्लेस, सीजीओ परिसर और खान मार्केट जहां बड़े एलईडी डिस्प्ले स्क्रीन स्थापित किए गए हैं, में हैशटैग भारत के वीर (# भारत के वीर) के साथ सभी ट्वीट्स प्रदर्शित करेगा ।
Home Minister launches live twitter wall on ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ :-
The Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh launched the live twitter wall for promoting Bharat Ke Veer portal here on the eve of Independence Day 2017.
Bharat Ke Veer portal was launched by the Union Home Minister and actor Shri Akshay Kumar on April 9, 2017.
This portal facilitates online donation directly to the families of CAPF Martyrs who have sacrificed their lives for the country in line of duty from January 1, 2016.
This social media awareness campaign will display all tweets with hashtag Bharat Ke Veer (#BharatKeVeer), at Connaught Place, CGO complex and Khan Market in New Delhi where huge LED display screens have been installed.
- “फेटे डी पुडुचेरी” प्रारंभ :-
सरकार द्वारा आयोजित तीन दिवसीय वार्षिक सांस्कृतिक त्यौहार ‘फेटे डी पुडुचेरी‘ में 11 राज्यों और संघ शासित प्रदेश पुडुचेरी के कलाकारों ने भाग लिया।
कला और संस्कृति विभाग ने कहा कि राज्यों के छोटे छोटे दल तीन दिनों के दौरान शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में कार्यक्रम पेश करेंगे।
यह त्यौहार प्रत्येक वर्ष दक्षिण क्षेत्र सांस्कृतिक केंद्र तंजावुर (तमिलनाडु) के सह-प्रयोज्य से विभिन्न राज्यों के बहुआयामी सांस्कृतिक सुविधाओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के लिए आयोजित किया जाता है।
स्वतंत्रता दिवस का जश्न मनाने और पुडुचेरी की मुक्ति दिवस (16 अगस्त) के रूप में पुडुचेरी सरकार 1985 से यह त्योहार आयोजित कर रही है।
“Fete de Puducherry” Begins :-
Artistes from 11 states and the union territory of Puducherry took part in ‘Fete de Puducherry,’ a three-day annual cultural festival organised by the government.
Department of Art and Culture said that troupes from the states would present programmes in urban and rural areas during the three days.
The festival is held in association with the South Zone Cultural Centre Thanjavur (Tamil Nadu) every year to bring to focus the multi-faceted cultural features of various states.
The Puducherry government has been holding the festival since 1985 as part of celebrating Independence Day and also Liberation Day of Puducherry (August 16).

प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आजादी के बाद से वीरता पुरस्कार प्राप्त करने वाले सभी विजेताओं का सम्मान करने के लिए एक वेबसाइट प्रारंभ की।
वेबसाइट http://gallantryawards.gov.in के लॉन्च की घोषणा करते हुए श्री मोदी ने कहा, “पोर्टल हमारे वीर पुरुषों और महिलाओं, नागरिकों और सशस्त्र बल कर्मियों की कहानियों को संरक्षित करेगा तथा बताएगा।“
प्रधान मंत्री ने कहा, “यदि आपके पास कोई जानकारी/फोटो है जो पोर्टल में शामिल नहीं है और जोड़ा जा सकता है, तो कृपया इसे साइट पर फ़ीडबैक लिंक के माध्यम से साझा करें”।
PM launches website to honour gallantry award winners :-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a website to honour all the gallantry award winners since Independence.
Announcing the launch of the website http://gallantryawards.gov.in Mr. Modi said “the portal will preserve and tell the stories of our bravest men and women, civilians as well as armed forces personnel.”
PM Said “If you have any information/photo that is missing and can be added to the portal, please share it through the feedback link on the site”.
- इन्फ्यूजन थेरेपी पर भारत का पहला ऑनलाइन कोर्स प्रारंभ :-
इन्फ्यूजन नर्स सोसाइटी (आईएनएस), इन्फ्यूजन चिकित्सा में एक वैश्विक प्राधिकरण, ने नर्सों के लिए इन्फ्यूजन थेरेपी पर भारत का पहला ऑनलाइन कोर्स शुरू किया, जिसके तहत इस महत्वपूर्ण चिकित्सा प्रक्रिया में 3,000 से अधिक नर्सों को प्रशिक्षित करना इसका लक्ष्य है।
भारत के ग्रामीण इलाकों में भी नर्सों को बढ़ावा देने वाली पहल की घोषणा करते हुए, आईएनएस ने कहा कि डिजिटल प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की पहुंच से,यह पाठ्यक्रम सदस्यों को वेबसाइट के माध्यम से विभिन्न इन्फ्यूजन चिकित्सा मॉड्यूल और प्रस्तुतियों तक पहुंचने में सक्षम करेगा।
आईएनएस इंडिया के अध्यक्ष बिनू शर्मा के अनुसार “ऐसी पहल के पीछे यह सोच है कि पूरे देश में इन्फ्यूजन प्रबंधन में सर्वोत्तम सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता को बढ़ाने के लिए स्वास्थ्य पेशेवरों को शामिल करना” है।
India’s first online course on Infusion Therapy launched :-
Infusion Nurses Society (INS), a global authority in infusion therapy ,launched India’s first online course on Infusion Therapy for nurses, under which it aims to train over 3,000 nurses in the vital medical procedure.
Announcing the initiative, which will boost nurses even in rural parts of India, INS said that utilising the reach and ease of the digital platform, the course will enable members to access the various infusion therapy modules and presentations through its website.
According to President of INS India Binu Sharma “The thinking behind such initiatives is to engage healthcare professionals to intensify the best safety and quality practices in infusion management across the country”.
