1.The Prime Minister launched the National Rural Swaraj Campaign; Roadmap unveiled for all development of tribes :-
Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today launched the National Rural Swaraj campaign in a public meeting in Madhya Pradesh Mandla. During the next five years, he unveiled a roadmap for the entire development of the tribes.
The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone of an LPG bottling plant of Indian Railway Corporation in Maneri of Mandla district. He also launched a local government directory.
The Prime Minister welcomed the Sarpanchs of the villages, who have achieved 100% non-smokeless cooks, 100% electrification under Mission Rainbow, 100% vaccination and good luck scheme.
2.CBSE paper leak: Today will be the test of economics, 4000 examination centers created across the country :-
Under the Board Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on April 25, a total of six lakh students of the 12th class will be given the examination of economics. For this, four thousand examination centers have been set up in the country. It is known that after the question papers leaked, the examination of this subject was canceled by the CBSE.
Through this examination, CBSE has relaxed students of affiliated schools abroad. According to the CBSE, this examination will be conducted from 10:30 to 1:30 in the morning according to the pre-determined time.
3.ED imposes a property worth Rs 1122 crore on the seizing firm :-
The ED has seized properties worth Rs 1122 crore today by the directors and company of Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd. caught on charges of making a scam involving a loan of Rs 2654 crore from the banks.
ED has seized assets of Diamond Power and its promoter in Vadodara, together with MyFire, MyFire Atrium, Hotel, Duplex, Bungalows and Flats, seized assets worth Rs.11,200 crore. All three were absconding after having lime of 2654 crore for 19 different banks. Diamond Power Chairman and promoter SN Bhatnagar and his son and company’s director Sumit Bhatnagar, Amit Bhatnagar were brought in by the CBI and ATS by a joint operation in Udaipur of Rajasthan. Since the CBI’s action, three accused Udaipur’s hotels were hidden in the Paras palace.
4.Modi-chinfying talks agenda not fixed; PM will be welcomed in China :-
Three days later, the final meeting of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Chenfing in Wuhan, a central Chinese industrial city, is being finalized. But it has been decided that this meeting between the two leaders will be completely informal. In this, it will be necessary to understand each other’s stand on issues related to an immediate solution to the issues that are sticking to the relations between the two countries. If everything is fine, then both countries can continue the process of such a meeting informally.
5.Kim Jong to reach war break village on Friday for summit :-
North Korean leader Kim Jong has given hope to peace in the region after his historic decision to join the Korean summit. For a summit with South Korean President Moon Je-in, Kim Jong will arrive in Panamunjom, a war-break village in the unauthorized area on Friday. For the first time, after 65 years of Korea war, the ruler of North Korea will keep a foot in the South.
6.Third phase of sale of Electoral Bond will soon be started, 11 branches of SBI will be able to buy :-
The third phase of the Electoral Bond, introduced with the intention of bringing transparency in political circles, is going to start soon. These bonds will be valid only for the next 15 days from the date of issue of bonds. The electoral bonds deposited on behalf of a party will be transferred to his account on the same day.
SBI has been authorized to issue and sell the electronic bond for the third phase sale. These bonds can be purchased only from the authorized 11 branches of SBI. You can buy these bonds from May 1, 2018 to May 10, 2018.
7.Google CEO Sundar Pichai will get Rs 2500 crore this week, what is the reason :-
Google CEO Sunder Pichai is reported to receive 2,524 crores cash this Wednesday. According to media reports, after his promotion in 2014, he was given a 3,53,939 restricting share award. Let us know, the restructured shares are those shares which can be sold only after some time. Since these shares were in Google’s CEO, the price of these shares has risen up to 90%. Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Mumbai Indians by 31 runs in the 23rd edition of IPL 11. Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first. Earlier, losing the toss, the Hyderabad team, batting first, finished all out with 118 runs in 18.4 overs.
9.Financial assistance of Rs. One thousand seven hundred crore from the Asian Development Bank for structural development for Uttarakhand :-
Asian Development Bank (ADB) has agreed in principle on granting 17 billion rupees to Uttarakhand to provide sewage facility in infrastructure development and urban areas. Kennichi Yokoyama, director of ADB’s India Regiment Mission, gave this information to Chief Minister Trivandrum Singh Rawat in Dehradun on Monday in a meeting. The Chief Minister said that the infrastructure development in urban areas is in their high priority and 100% of the bank’s subsidy will be used for this purpose.
10.Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes Community will be started for students Welfare organizations and hostels plans: Union Food and Public Distribution Minister :-
Union Minister for Food and Public Distribution Ram Vilas Paswan has said that all the students staying in those hostels will be entitled to 15 kg of grains per month at concessional rates, where two-thirds of the students belong to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other Backward Classes. He said that the welfare institution and hostel scheme will be started soon.
Given the number of hostels in the country whether it is government or private, and the two-third schedule cost, schedule tribs, backworld and miniaturization are given to people at the rate of BPL. In the same way those who are girls hostels will also apply.
