1. Congress is looking for a strong ally :-

The Congress, which is aiming to reach its three-digit number in the next Lok Sabha elections, is particularly looking for a partner in a strong alliance in those states where it is the third or fourth party of the party. 3. Landless farmers will also get agricultural loans from banks, will be allocated 11 lakh crore :-

Landless farmers who cultivate overtures and leaseholding will also now open the way for getting agricultural loans from banks and cooperative societies. This provision will be made in the General Budget for the coming financial year. All necessary legal steps will be taken for this. Such farmers have to depend on the usurers for the cultivation right now. Land Licensed Cultivator Act is proposed to be passed in the general budget.
In order to deal with the challenges of agriculture, the government is in the process of making some concrete arrangements in the general budget. The biggest difficulty of most farmers is agriculture loan, for which it has to rely on Rahamokaram of the moneylenders.

4. Provision of Rs 10 lakh crore in the current financial year :-

According to a data from the Ministry of Agriculture, in the year 2016-17, only 46 percent of the farmers got credit for farming from banks and cooperatives. In this also there is a short-term or crop loan of 80 thousand rupees per farmer. According to this, most farmers do not get loans for farming from government or institutional financial institutions.

5. Farmers will get access to common budgetary provisions :-

According to a senior official of the Ministry, all the farmers will have to make some legal provisions in order to provide agricultural loans according to their needs. In this regard, a model law has been recommended to improve the coverage of all categories of farmers. This law will have to be passed by every state government, under which landless farmers will be able to get agricultural loans from banks and financial institutions. For this, the law has already been improved in some states for the lesser and lesser farmers. But most states have a lot to do in this direction. With the provisions made in the general budget, farmers in troubled areas in the agriculture sector will get lot of comfort.

6. Cheteshwar Pujara to be run for the third Test: –
