1.’Ma sa sajgamya’ secular prayer comes from the large Sanskrit cultural tradition of cultural heritage:-In the 1,125 central schools across the country, for the students of all religions, the Sanskrit verse ‘Maa Sadgamya’ is a violation of the fundamental rights, whether it is a violation of fundamental rights or not, a lawyer from Jabalpur challenged the Supreme Court last year. It has been said in the petition that part of the prayer in central schools is that this verse is a religious message associated with a particular religion. According to Article 28 (1) of the Constitution, education of any particular religion can not be given in any school or institution run by the government; Therefore, it should be banned. It has also been said in the petition that instead of prayer, scientific thinking should be developed in children, which in turn develops a trend of practical approach towards obstacles and challenges in students. During the debate, it also arose that the controversial Sanskrit stanza has been taken from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad associated with Hinduism and hence it is related to a particular religion. The bench of two Supreme Court judges has now handed the matter to the Constitution Bench.

The famous American political scientist Samuel Huntington had said in the Clash of Civilizations about two and a half decades ago that cultural and religious identity of the people after the Cold War would be the main reason for conflicts in the world. In the global perspective, Huntington’s theory has its limitations, but the point of cultural conflicts in the context of India is true to a degree. Although it was started very long before Huntington’s announcement. Especially after India’s independence, it can be underlined well, The real nature of which can be seen clearly in our intellectual and academic discussions. On the one hand, the leftist and the so-called liberal intellectuals affected by the West, on the other hand, those people who wanted to make their identity through the soil and culture of this country. In this side, the intellectuals of various other streams were included in the tradition of Gandhiji’s tradition. Actually, the debate over the prayer in central schools is a new trend associated with this cultural-intellectual struggle. In this dispute, the question of violation of the constitutional right of the Constitution has been raised. By the way, there are some other issues related to the relationship between prayer and spirituality and scientific thinking as well as the direction of the intellectual discussion of this country. It is true that according to Article 28 (1), any institute run by the government can not teach any specific religion, but ‘Maa Maa Sadgamya, Tamoso Maa Jyotigamayam, Jeyyaramamrta Ghami’, meaning ‘I have the truth from falsehood Take me towards darkness, take me from the darkness to light; Let me lead you from death to immortality. ‘Only because it becomes religious is quoted from the Upanishad of the Hindus. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, right in the court, said that ‘Ma Sa Sadgamya’ is secular. These are the words of universal truth that apply to all religions. Mehta also argued that on the epitome of the Supreme Court, there is also written ‘Yato dharmasto jai’ in Sanskrit which is quoted from Shrimadabhagagita. This does not mean that the Supreme Court is religious.Mehta’s argument is correct, otherwise the national motto of India Satyamev Jayate will also be a religious sentence, because it has been taken from Mundkopanishad. And then our national symbol-symbol Ashoka pillar will also become religious, because Satyamev Jayate Ashok is under the pillar. It is known that this motto is not basically in this lion pillar made by Emperor Ashoka. This sentence was added separately in national symbol. It was accepted by Pandit Nehru, Dr. Ambedkar and other leaders on January 26, 1950. Then the scriptural prayer which is being debated is not religious education and it was started during the Congress government.

2.LPG gas, according to the money given to the customer in the pocket, the option given by the government:-Prime Minister Ujjwala Yojana brought LPG connection to the home of most of the poor in the country, but paying Rs 800-900 for an LPG cylinder for these poor ones remains a major problem. To solve this problem, the government has talked to many agencies and recently Tata Innovation has presented its best option to the government which can bring revolution in LPG business in the coming days. The suggestion is that the customer will be given LPG according to his pocket.

Now customers have to take a small cylinder of 14.2 kg or 5 kg of cylinders but if everything is okay then the customer will want as much as it means if he wants five kilos for 5 kg and 7 kg, then seven kilogram lpg will be given.

This information was given by the Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Mr. Dharmendra Pradhan on the occasion of issuing a study report on Ujjwala on Monday. He said that with the encouragement of Tata Innovation, a student studying at Bhutaneshwar’s IIT has developed such a technology, so that it can be possible to give as much gas as you want.

Now it is up to the oil companies that adopt this technology and make arrangements for its large scale use. He said that this could be the next step of the Ujjwala scheme. Although he did not explicitly tell whether the existing cylinders would have a system of filling gas or some other system.

But he said that the system would be such that oil companies do not need to prepare new gas cylinders. After the announcement of the Prime Minister, the officials of oil companies said that technically, the technology would have to be used on a large scale to implement this system.

Petroleum Minister Pradhan gave another signal that in the coming days, biomass can be used in the country to fill gas in the gas cylinder given under Ujjwala scheme. It will not only be cheap but it will also reduce the cost of oil companies. Actually, Pradhan Ujjwala was telling about the future plans and thinking of the government about the next phase of the plan.

In that context, he told that after reaching LPG village and village house, a large number of women are spending extra time. Oil companies should make big plans for the use of these women’s labor force. On this occasion, Pradhan presented his study to the Principal, Ujjwala, former director of IIM (Ahmedabad) SK Barua.
