1.चीन ने अपना पहला नागरिक ड्रोन बेस खोला :-
चीन के नागरिक उड्डयन प्रशासन ने शंघाई में नागरिकों के लिए देश का पहला ड्रोन बेस खोलने की घोषणा की है।
क़िंगपु जिले में स्थित बेस, देश में हजारों मानवरहित हवाई वाहनों (यूएवी) की सेवा प्रदान करेगा जहां निजी ड्रोन बहुत लोकप्रिय हुए हैं।
चीन में ड्रोनों को 150 मीटर नीचे की ऊंचाई पर उड़ान भरने की आवश्यकता है और सुरक्षा कारणों के लिए सभी परीक्षण उड़ानों की निगरानी की जाती है ताकि वे हवाई संचालन में बाधा न डाल सकें।
यूएवी का उपयोग, शुरू में मनोरंजक उद्देश्यों, सुरक्षा और कृषि कार्यो के विडियोग्राफी के लिए किया जाता था।
China opens its first civilian drone base :-
The Civil Aviation Administration of China announced the opening of the country’s first test-flight base for civilian drones in Shanghai.
The base, located in the district of Qingpu, will provide service to thousands of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) in a country where private drones have become very popular.
Drones in China are required to fly at a height below 150 metres and all test flights to be monitored for safety reasons to avoid obstructing air operations.
The use of UAV, initially used in videography, for recreational purposes, security and agriculture.
2.जुलाई में आठ कोर सेक्टर्स में 2.4% की वृद्धि :-
इस साल जुलाई में देश के आठ बुनियादी ढांचा क्षेत्रों में 2.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई हैं। अवसंरचना क्षेत्र में पिछले साल जुलाई में 3.1 प्रतिशत का विस्तार हुआ था और इस साल जून में इसमें 0.8 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई थी।
जुलाई में कोयला उत्पादन क्षेत्र में 0.7 प्रतिशत, प्राकृतिक गैस के उत्पादन में 6.6 प्रतिशत, इस्पात उत्पादन में 9 .2 प्रतिशत और बिजली उत्पादन में 5.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई।
जुलाई में कच्चे तेल के उत्पादन में 0.5 फीसदी, पेट्रोलियम रिफाइनरी उत्पादन में 2.7 फीसदी, उर्वरक उत्पादन में 0.3 फीसदी और सीमेंट उत्पादन में 2 फीसदी की गिरावट आई।
Eight core sectors growth slips to 2.4% in July :-
The country’s eight infrastructure sectors grew 2.4 per cent in July this year. The infrastructure sector had expanded 3.1 per cent in July last year, and had grown 0.8 per cent in June this year.
Coal production increased 0.7 per cent in July this year, natural gas output grew 6.6 per cent, steel production rose 9.2 per cent, and electricity generation climbed 5.4 per cent.
Crude oil output decreased 0.5 percent in July, petroleum refinery output declined 2.7 per cent, fertilizer production fell 0.3 per cent, and cement production dropped 2 per cent during the month.
3.व्यापार और जलवायु परिवर्तन शिखर सम्मेलन 2017 :-
केन्द्रीय पर्यावरण वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने व्यापार और जलवायु परिवर्तन शिखर सम्मेलन (बीसीएस) 2017 को संबोधित किया।
शिखर सम्मेलन ने 2015 में आपस में मिलकर जलवायु परिवर्तन पर संयुक्त राष्ट्र फ्रेमवर्क सम्मेलन के तहत पेरिस समझौते पर सहमति व्यक्त की थी। यह समझौता नवंबर 2016 में लागू हुआ और आज की तारीख तक 160 पक्षों ने इसकी पुष्टि की है। पेरिस समझौते की एक पार्टी के रूप में भारत इस समझौते के सफल कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
यह बहुत महत्वपूर्ण और आवश्यक है कि विकसित देशों में क्योटो प्रोटोकॉल के तहत प्रि-2020 कार्रवाई के लिए बराबर ध्यान दिया गया है और उन्होंने विकासशील देशों के लिए वित्त, प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण और क्षमता निर्माण के लिए अपनी प्रतिबद्धताओं को पूरा किया है।
प्रि – 2020 कार्रवाई को मजबूत करने और उत्सर्जन के अंतराल को बंद करने के लिए, हमें क्योटो प्रोटोकॉल की दूसरी प्रतिबद्धता अवधि के प्रारंभिक समर्थन के लिए समयसीमा पर सहमत होने की भी जरूरत है।
भारत ने 8 अगस्त, 2017 को क्योटो प्रोटोकॉल के दोहा संशोधन को स्वीकार करने की स्वीकृति दे दी है। यूएनएफसीसीसी को प्रि – 2020 अवधि में अपनी प्रतिबद्धताओं को पूरा करने के लिए विकसित देशों के पक्षों को बढ़ावा देने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।
Business and Climate Change Summit 2017 :-
The Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Dr. Harsh Vardhan, addressed the Business and Climate Summit (BCS) 2017 in New Delhi.
Summit has brought the world came together in 2015 and agreed upon the Paris Agreement under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
It came into force in November 2016 and till date, 160 Parties have ratified the agreement. India as a party to the Paris Agreement is committed towards its successful implementation.
It is also however, critical and necessary that equal focus is given to Pre-2020 actions by developed countries under Kyoto Protocol and that they fulfil their commitments of providing effective finance, technology transfer and capacity-building support to developing countries.
4.प्रधान मंत्री मोदी ने किया ‘राजस्व ज्ञान संगम’ सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन :-
प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने वार्षिक ‘राजस्व ज्ञान संगम 2017’ सम्मेलन का नई दिल्ली में उद्घाटन किया।
सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य राजस्व संग्रह को बढ़ाने और महत्वपूर्ण परिणाम क्षेत्रों में कानून और नीतियों के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन की सुविधा के साथ क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों में नीति निर्माताओं और वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के बीच दो-तरफा संवाद संचार करना है।
मुख्य कार्यात्मक क्षेत्रों में लक्ष्य हासिल करने के लिए नीतियों और रणनीतियों के कार्यान्वयन में होने वाले मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा की जाएगी। कर चोरी, जीएसटी, सीमा शुल्क सुधार और आधुनिकीकरण जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा किये जायेंगे।
PM Modi inaugurates annual conference ‘Rajaswa Gyan Sangam’ :-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the annual conference – Rajaswa Gyan Sangam, 2017 in New Delhi.
The objective of the Conference is to enable a two-way communication between the policy-makers and the senior officers in the field offices with a view to increase revenue collection and facilitate effective implementation of law and policies in key result areas.
Issues arising in implementation of policies and strategies to achieve targets in core functional areas will also be discussed. Crucial issues like Tax Evasion, GST, Customs Reforms and Modernisation will also come up for discussion.
5.राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद का तिरूपति में नागरिक अभिनंदन किया गया :-
राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद ने आज 01 सितम्बर, 2017 को एसवी आर्ट्स कॉलेज परिसर में उनके सम्मान में दिए गए नागरिक अभिनंदन समारोह में जनसमुदाय को संबोधित किया।
उन्होंने बी. आर. अम्बेडकर कौशल विकास अकादमी की आधारशिला रखी और स्टैंडअप इंडिया पहल के लाभार्थियों को स्वीकृति पत्र भी प्रदान किए।
राष्ट्रपति ने आंध्र प्रदेश अनुसूचित जाति कॉपरेटिव वित्त निगम के लिए भूमि खरीद योजना का शुभारंभ किया।
Civic reception hosted in honour of the President in Tirupati :-
The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind addressed a civic reception hosted for him at SV Arts College Ground, Tirupati today (September 1, 2017).
He also laid the foundation stone for BR Ambedkar Skill Training Academy and gave sanction letters to beneficiaries of the Stand up India initiative and the Land Purchase Scheme of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Castes Co-operative Finance Corporation.
6.उत्तर प्रदेश के शहरी क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक शौचालय बनाने के लिए 12,000/- रूपये की अतिरिक्त सहायता दी जाएगी :-
उत्तर प्रदेश के शहरी क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक आवास में शौचालय बनाने के लिए 12,000/- रुपये की अतिरिक्त सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।
इससे राज्य के 655 शहरों और कस्बों को खुले में शौच (ओडीएफ) से मुक्त किया जा सकेगा। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा 02 अक्टूबर, 2014 को स्वच्छ भारत मिशन (शहरी) की शुरूआत की थी।
इसके अंतर्गत 2022 अक्टूबर तक देश को खुले में शौच से मुक्त किए जाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। यह योजना इसी मिशन के अंतर्गत चलायी गई है।
Additional assistance of Rs.12,000 per each toilet to be given in urban areas of Uttar Pradesh :-
City governments in Uttar Pradesh will provide an additional assistance of Rs.12,000 per each individual household toilet to be built in the urban areas of Uttar Pradesh to enable all the 655 statutory cities and towns in the State become ‘Open Defecation Free (ODF)’ by October, 2022, under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban), launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on October 2, 2014.
