1.भारत और फ्रांस के बीच द्विपक्षीय व्यापार क्षमता से कम: राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद :-
राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने कहा कि भारत और फ्रांस के बीच 11 अरब डालर का द्विपक्षीय कारोबार क्षमता से बहुत कम है। उन्होंने कहा कि दोनों देशों के बीच व्यापार के क्षेत्र में विविधता लाई जा सकती है और नई संभावनाएं तलाशी जा सकती हैं। फ्रांस के राष्ट्रपति एमैनुएल मैक्रों का स्वागत करते हुए श्री कोविंद ने कहा कि फ्रांस के साथ भारत के रणनीतिक संबंधों का न केवल रक्षा, अंतरिक्ष और असैन्य परमाणु ऊर्जा के पारंपरिक क्षेत्रों में बल्कि आतंकवाद रोधी तथा समुद्री एवं साइबर सुरक्षा जैसे उभरते क्षेत्रों में भी विस्तार हो रहा है। राष्ट्रपति भवन के बयान के अनुसार, राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि करीब एक हजार फ्रांसीसी कंपनियों ने भारत में निवेश किया है।

2.उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार में लोकसभा की तीन और विधानसभा की दो सीटों पर उप-चुनाव में अब तक सामान्य गति से मतदान :-
उत्तरप्रदेश और बिहार में लोकसभा की तीन और विधानसभा की दो सीटों के उपचुनाव के लिए शांतिपूर्ण मतदान जारी है। मतदान शाम पांच बजे तक चलेगा। उत्तरप्रदेश में गोरखपुर और फूलपुर तथा बिहार में अररिया लोकसभा सीटों के लिए वोट डाले जा रहे हैं। बिहार में जहानाबाद और भभुआ विधानसभा सीटों के लिए भी मतदान हो रहा है। बिहार में दिन में एक बजे तक 30 से 35 प्रतिशत मतदान की खबर है। उत्तर प्रदेश में 24 प्रतिशत तक मतदान हो चुका है।

In many places people have been registering complaints about their names disappeared from the voters list. Voting has been affected due to technical disturbances in electronic voting machines at some polling booths. Webcasting of the voting process is being done from almost a hundred sensitive polling stations. Extensive arrangements have been made for security. 32 candidates, including three women, are in the fray.

राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद आज सुबह मॉरिशस और मैडागास्कर की पांच दिन की यात्रा पर हैं। राष्ट्रपति का इन अफ्रीकी देशों की यात्रा का सामरिक दृष्टि से बहुत महत्व है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि यह देश हर समय भारत के साथ खड़े रहते हैं। श्री कोविंद ने पिछले साल राष्ट्रपति का पदभार संभालने के बाद इथोपिया और जिभूति की यात्रा की थी और अब उन्होंने मॉरीशस और मेडागास्कर को चुना है। इन देशों के साथ सम्बन्धों को और मजबूत करना भारतीय विदेश नीति की प्राथमिकता है। भारत के मॉरीशस के साथ विशेष सम्बन्ध रहे हैं। क्योंकि यहां के निवासियों की एक तिहाई आबादी भारतीय मूल के लोगों की है।

It is believed that these countries stand with India all the time. Mr. Kovind had visited Ethiopia and Jigthi after assuming office last year and now he has chosen Mauritius and Madagascar. Strengthening the relations with these countries is the priority of Indian foreign policy. India has special relations with Mauritius. Because one-third of the population here is of the people of Indian origin.
4.अंडमान में विभिन्न देशों का नौसेना अभ्यास शुरू, किसी सागर में बहुराष्ट्रीय देशों का यह पहला नौसैनिक अभ्यास :-
अंडमान सागर में विभिन्न देशों का नौसेना अभ्यास माइल्स-एटीन आज से शुरू हो गया। किसी सागर में यह पहला बहुराष्ट्रीय नौसेना अभ्यास है। हमारे संवाददाता ने बताया कि यह अभ्यास पोर्टब्लेयर में जारी अभ्यास मिलन का हिस्सा है। 13 मार्च तक चलने वाले इस अभ्यास में ऑस्ट्रेलिया, बंगलादेश, इंडोनेशिया, मलेशिया, सिंगापुर, म्यामार, श्रीलंका और थाइलैंड के 11 युद्धपोतों के साथ भारतीय नौसेना के नौ युद्धपोत भाग ले रहे हैं। मिलन की समाप्ति पर मित्र देशों की नौसेनाएं अपने-अपने देश वापस लौट जाएंगी, जबकि म्यांमार के दो नौसैनिक जहाज भारत-म्यांमार समन्वय गश्ती अभ्यास में भाग लेने के लिए पोर्टब्लेयर आएंगे। इसका समापन 18 मार्च को म्यांमार में होगा।

5.एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य के बीच माल की आवाजाही के लिए ई-वे बिल व्यवस्था पहली अप्रैल से लागू करने का जीएसटी परिषद का निर्णय :-
वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने कहा है एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य के बीच माल की आवाजाही के लिए इलैक्ट्रॉनिक बिल यानी ई-बिल की व्यवस्था पहली अप्रैल से लागू कर दी जाएगी। शनिवार को नई दिल्ली में जीएसटी परिषद की 26वीं बैठक के बाद श्री जेटली ने कहा कि यह प्रणाली इस वर्ष पहली जून तक सभी राज्यों में लागू हो जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा- “फर्स्ट अप्रैल 2018 से इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसपोर्टेशन ऑफ गुड्स में ई-वे बिल लागू होगा। उसके बाद पूरे देश को स्टेट्स को चार हिस्सों में केटेग्राइस किया गया है। एक-एक सप्ताह के बाद जो इंट्रास्टेट ई-वे बिल होगा उन रिज़नस में लागू होता जायेगा फेज्ड मैनर के अंदर।”
GST Council’s decision to implement e-pay system for movement of goods between one state and another from April 1 :-
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said that the electronic bill i.e. e-bill system for the movement of goods between one state and another state will be implemented from 1st April. After the 26th meeting of the GST Council in New Delhi on Saturday, Mr. Jaitley said that this system will be implemented in all the states till 1st June this year. They said – “E-way bill will be applicable in the Inter State Transportation of Goods from 1st April 2018. After that the state has been whitewashed in four parts of the state. After one week, the intravert e-bill will be applicable in those reasons, inside the Fjud Manor. “
6.मैक्सिको में अंतरराष्ट्रीय निशानेबाजी खेल परिसंघ के विश्व कप में अखिल शेरॉन ने 50 मीटर राइफल स्पर्धा में स्वर्ण जीता :-
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय निशानेबाजी खेल परिसंघ की विश्व कप निशानेबाजी प्रतियोगिता में भारत के अखिल श्योरान ने मैक्सिको में पुरुषों की 50 मीटर राइफल थ्री-पोजीशन स्पर्धा में स्वर्ण पदक जीत लिया है। इससे पहले, भारत के मनु भाकर, ओम प्रकाश मिथरवाल और शहजर रिज़वी स्वर्ण पदक जीत चुके हैं।भारत अब नौ पदकों के साथ पदक तालिका में शीर्ष पर है।

7.RBI ने शुरू किया सरकारी बैंकों का स्पेशल ऑडिट, ट्रेड फाइनेंस पर होगा फोकस :-
बैंकिंग धोखाधड़ी से परेशान भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने सरकारी बैंकों की विशेष ऑडिट प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी है। आरबीआई की इस ऑडिट प्रक्रिया में मुख्य ध्यान ट्रेड फाइनैंसिंग गतिविधियों, विशेषकर बैंक की ओर से जारी किए जाने वाले गारंटी पत्र (एलओयू) पर दिया जाएगा। यह जानकारी एक बैंकिंग सूत्र के जरिए सामने आई है।
इसके अलावा आरबीआई ने सभी बैंकों से उन एलओयू के संबंध में विवरण देने को कहा है जो उनकी ओर से उपलब्ध करवाए गए थे, इसके अलावा इसमें बैंकों को बकाया राशि की जानकारी भी देनी होगी। साथ ही केंद्रीय बैंक ने पूछा है कि क्या बैंकों के पास पूर्व अनुमोदित क्रेडिट सीमा थी और क्या गारंटी पत्र जारी करने से पहले बैंकों के पास पर्याप्त नकद मार्जिन उपलब्ध था या नहीं। हाल ही के दिनों में जिन बड़े बैंकिंग धोखाधड़ियों का पता चला था, इनमें नीरव मोदी और उनके सहयोगियों की ओर से किया गया फ्रॉड का मामला भी शामिल है, जो उनके व्यापार से संबंधित था। इसके अलावा कई विलफुल डिफॉल्टर्स के मामले भी सामने आए हैं।
RBI launches special audit of government banks, focus on trade finance :-
Bothered by banking fraud, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has started the special audit process of government banks. The main focus of this audit process in the RBI will be on trade financing activities, especially the Guarantee Letter (LOU) issued by the bank. This information came out through a banking source.
Apart from this, the RBI has asked all the banks to provide details regarding those LOUs which were made available on their behalf, apart from this, banks will also have to furnish the balance amount. Also, the central bank has asked whether banks had pre-approved credit limit and whether adequate cash margin was available to the banks before issuing the guarantee letter. The major banking frauds that were detected in recent times include the case of Fraud from Neerav Modi and his colleagues who were related to their business. Apart from this, cases of many willful defaulters have also emerged.
