1.आईबीबीआई ने आईबीबीआई (सूचना उपयोगिता) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 अधिसूचित किया :-
आईबीबीआई ने 31 मार्च, 2017 को आईबीबीआई (सूचना उपयोगिता) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2017 अधिसूचित किया। इस अधिनियम में व्यवस्था की गई है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति किसी सूचना उपयोगिता की प्रदत्त इक्विटी शेयर पूंजी का 10 प्रतिशत से अधिक अथवा इसमें मतदान का अधिकार नहीं रख सकता, जबकि कुछ विशेष व्यक्तियों को 25 प्रतिशत तक की इजाजत दी गई है।
IBBI notifies the IBBI (Information Utilities) (Amendment) Regulations, 2017 :-
IBBI had notified the IBBI (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017 on 31st March, 2017.
These regulations provided that ordinarily a person should not hold more than 10% of paid up equity share capital or voting power of an information utility, while allowing certain specified persons to hold up to 25%.
2.राष्ट्रपति भवन में रस्मी गार्ड अदला-बदली का सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शन 8 अक्टूबर, 2017 से रविवार शाम को भी किया जाएगा :-
राष्ट्रपति भवन में रस्मी गार्ड अदला-बदली का सार्वजनिक प्रदर्शन अब 8 अक्टूबर, 2017 से रविवार शाम को भी किया जाएगा। हालांकि इस समारोह का आयोजन शनिवार को अपने निर्धारित समय पर जारी रहेगा। रविवार को यह समारोह सांय 16:30 बजे आयोजित किया जाएगा। अगर शनिवार या रविवार को सार्वजनिक अवकाश है और राष्ट्रपति भवन आगंतुकों के लिए बंद है, तो इन दिनों गार्ड अदला-बदली का समारोह आयोजित नहीं किया जाएगा
Public display of Ceremonial Change of Guard will also take place on Sundays in the evening from October 8, 2017 :-
The public display of the Ceremonial Change of Guard at Rashtrapati Bhavan will now also take place on Sundays w.e.f. October 8, 2017.
While the ceremony will continue to be held at its scheduled time in the morning on Saturdays, it will take place on Sundays in the evening at 16:30 hrs.
In case Saturday or Sunday is a Gazetted holiday and Rashtrapati Bhavan is closed for visitors, the Change of Guard Ceremony will not be carried out on those days.
3.श्री मुख्तार अब्बास नकवी ने हैदराबाद में “प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना” के प्रोत्साहन कैंप को सम्बोधित किया :-
केंद्रीय अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्री, श्री मुख्तार अब्बास नकवी ने यहाँ कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ने 8 अप्रैल 2015 को शुरू “प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना” के तहत अभी तक 9 करोड़ 13 लाख ऋण स्वीकृत किये गए हैं।
हैदराबाद में “प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना” के प्रोत्साहन कैंप में आम जनता, कारोबारियों, उद्योग जगत के प्रतिनिधियों, सामाजिक क्षेत्र के लोगों को सम्बोधित करते हुए श्री नकवी ने कहा कि कहा कि इस योजना के तहत लाभ पाने वालों में लगभग 76 प्रतिशत महिलाएं हैं।
लाभार्थियों में लगभग 55 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, पिछड़े वर्ग, अल्पसंख्यक वर्ग के लोग शामिल हैं। लाभार्थियों में 3 लाख 96 हजार करोड़ रुपए के ऋण स्वीकृत किये गए हैं।
Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi addresses “Pradhanmantri Mudra Yojna” promotion camp in Hyderabad :-
Union Minority Affairs Minister Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said here that under the “Mudra Yojna”, launched on 08th April 2015, the Centre has approved about 9.13 crore loans.
Addressing the common people, traders, industries’ representatives and people from social sector in Hyderabad during “Pradhanmantri Mudra Yojna” promotion camp, Shri Naqvi said that there are about 76 percent women in these beneficiaries of “Mudra Yojna”.
More than 55 percent of the beneficiaries are SC/ST/OBCs and Minorities.
4.सीसीआई ने पॉली एल्यूमीनियम क्लोराइड की आपूर्ति के लिए दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के टेंडरों की बोली के भाव बढ़ाने के लिए ग्रासिम इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड, आदित्य बिरला कैमिकल्स (इंडिया) लिमिटेड और गुजरात ऐल्कलीज एंड कैमिकल्स लिमिटेड के खिलाफ आदेश जारी किया, प्रतिस्पर्धा रोधी आचरण के लिए जीआईएल, एबीसीआईएल और जीएसीएल पर क्रमशः 2.30 करोड़ रुपये, 2.09 करोड़ रुपये और 1.88 करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना लगाया :-
भारतीय प्रतिस्पर्धा आयोग (सीसीआई) ने पाया कि ग्रासिम इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड (जीआईएल), आदित्य बिरला कैमिकल्स (इंडिया) लिमिटेड (एबीसीआईएल) और गुजरात ऐल्कलीज एंड कैमिकल्स लिमिटेड (जीएसीएल) ने दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के टेंडरों के भाव बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिस्पर्धा कानून 2002 के अनुच्छेद (1) पढ़ें अनुच्छेद 3(3)(डी) के प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन किया, जिन्हें पॉली एल्यूमीनियम क्लोराइड (पीएसी) की खरीद के लिए जारी किया गया था।
पॉली एल्यूमीनियम क्लोराइड का इस्तेमाल पानी के शुद्धिकरण के लिए किया जाता है। दिल्ली जल बोर्ड (डीजेबी) द्वारा दायर संदर्भ पर आज अंतिम आदेश पारित किया गया।
जीआईएल और एबीसीआईएल की इस दलील को अस्वीकार करते हुए कि वे एकल आर्थिक कंपनियां हैं, सीसीआई ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि ये दोनों कंपनियां न केवल कानूनी तौर पर अलग-अलग कंपनियां है बल्कि इन्होंने इन टेंडरों में व्यक्तिगत हैसियत और अलग-अलग रूप से भाग लिया है।
CCI issues order against Grasim Industries Limited, Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd. and Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd. for bid rigging Delhi Jal Board tenders for supply of Poly Aluminium Chloride;Imposes penalty of Rs. 2.30 crore, Rs. 2.09 crore and Rs. 1.88 crore upon GIL, ABCIL and GACL for the anti-competitive conduct :-
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has found Grasim Industries Limited (GIL), Aditya Birla Chemicals (India) Ltd. (ABCIL) and Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd. (GACL)to be in contravention of the provisions of Section 3(1) read with Section 3(3)(d) of the Competition Act, 2002 for rigging Delhi Jal Board tenders which were floated for procurement of Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) which is used for purification of water.
The final order has been passed today on a reference filed by Delhi Jal Board (DJB).
While rejecting the plea of being single economic entity taken by GIL and ABCIL, CCI noted in the order that these two companies are not only separate legal entities but also have participated in these tenders individually and separately.
5.पवन ऊर्जा की दर घटकर 2.64 रू यूनिट के रिकार्ड निचले स्तर पर पहुंची :-
देश में पवन ऊर्जा की दर घटकर 2.64 रू यूनिट के रिकार्ड निचले स्तर पर पहुंच गई है। नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा मंत्रालय की ओर से भारतीय सौर ऊर्जा निगम लिमिटेड (एसईसीआई) द्वारा दूसरी पवन ऊर्जा बोली में यह दर लगाई गई है।
इस वर्ष फऱवरी में पहली पवन ऊर्जा बोली में लगाई गई 3.64 प्रति यूनिट की दर से यह काफी कम है।
India gets Lowest Wind Tariff of Rs. 2.64 per kWh in second Wind Auction of 1000 MW :-
The wind tariff in India touched lowest level of Rs.2.64 per kWh in the second wind auction conducted by the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) on behalf of Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, Government of India.
The tariff discovered is much lower than first wind auction concluded at Rs. 3.46 per kWh in February this year.
6.बंगलोर मेट्रो परियोजना चरण-II लाइन आर 6 के लिए भारत ने यूरोपीयन इवेस्टमेंट बैंक (ईआईबी) से 300 मिलियन यूरो का वित्तीय समझौता किया :-
भारत सरकार और यूरोपीयन इंवेस्टlमेंट बैंक (ईआईबी) ने बंगलोर मेट्रो रेल परियोजना चरण-II लाइन आर 6 के लिए 300 मिलियन यूरो के ऋण समझौते पर हस्तारक्षर किया। समझौते पर भारत सरकार की ओर से वित्तए मंत्रालय के आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग के संयुक्त सचिव (बीसी) श्री सेलवाकुमार और ईआईबी की ओर से ईआईबी के वाइसप्रेसिडेंट श्री एण्ड्र यूस मेक्डेीवैल ने हस्ताेक्षर किया।
बंगलोर मेट्रो परियोजना चरण-II का वित्तू पोषण संयुक्तन रूप से यूरोपीयन इंवेस्टसमेंट बैंक (500 मिलियन यूरो) तथा एशियन इंफ्रास्ट्रIक्च्र इवेस्टणमेंट बैंक (300 मिलियन यूरो) द्वारा किया जाएगा।
India signs €300 million Finance Contract with European Investment Bank (EIB) for financing Bangalore Metro Rail Project Phase II- Line R6 :-
Government of India and European Investment Bank (EIB) today signed the Finance Contract for lending of € 300 million for Bangalore Metro Rail Project Phase II Line R6.
The agreement was signed by Shri S. Selvakumar, Joint Secretary (BC), Department of Economic Affairs (DEA), Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Government of India and Mr. Andrew McDowell, Vice President, EIB, on behalf of the EIB.
Bangalore Metro Rail Project Phase II is to be jointly financed by the European Investment Bank (€500 million) and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (€300 million).
7.राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर पौधा रोपण अभियान :-
भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (एनएचएआई) ने इस बार मानसून में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर करीब दस लाख पौधे लगाए। इनमें छायादार मार्ग पर करीब चार लाख पौधे लगाए गए और करीब छह लाख पौधे राजमार्ग के बीचों-बीच लगाए गए।
पौधे लगाने का यह अभियान स्वच्छ, हरित और प्रदूषण मुक्त राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्रदान करते हुए स्वच्छ भारत मिशन को आगे बढ़ाने की दिशा में एनएचएआई के क्रियाकलापों का हिस्सा है।
Plantation drive along National Highways :-
National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has so far planted about 10 lakh plants along national highways in this monsoon season.
This includes about 4 lakh avenue plants and about 6 lakh plants on the highway medians. The plantation drive is part of NHAI’s activity towards ensuring and upholding the cause of Swachh Bharat Mission in providing clean, green and pollution free National Highways.
