1.Shri Shaktikant Das appointed Governor of Reserve Bank :-

The Central Government has appointed the former Secretary and the retired officer of the Indian Administrative Service in the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Mr. Shaktikant Das as Governor of the Reserve Bank of India. His appointment will be for three years.

2.Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Congress, Telangana Nation Committee and Mizo National Front:-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated the Congress for winning the Assembly elections. Mr. Modi also congratulated the Mizo National Front for the impressive victory of Telangana Rashtra Samiti Chairman K Chandrasekhar Rao and Mizoram for his tremendous victory in Telangana. The Prime Minister said that the Bhartiya Janta Party accepts mandate with humility.

3.Uttar Pradesh government decided to set up a university for the control of all dental colleges and nursing institutes:-

The Uttar Pradesh government has decided to set up a university for the control of all dental colleges and nursing institutes in the state. This university will be named after former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee. This decision was taken at Lucknow in the meeting of the State Cabinet under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

4.Prime Minister will inaugurate Fourth Partnership Forum in New Delhi promote efforts of maternal and child health:-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Fourth Partnership Forum in New Delhi. The objective of this conference is to increase information and accountability to speedily implement health related programs of women , children and adolescents. According to the information, the Partners Forum, which started in September 2005, is the medium of global healthcare partnership. Its aim is to reduce maternal and infant mortality and to improve adolescents , children , newborns and maternal health. The two-day International Conference is being organized by the Health Ministry in collaboration with the mother-parent and infantry-sharing partnership PM NCH. In this, about one thousand five hundred representatives from 85 countries will participate. India is organizing this conference for the second time.

5.India ready to give support to countries to implement health programs of women, children and adolescents – Prime Minister Narendra Modi:-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India , is ready to support them fully in order to achieve the development goals of our partners. This goal will be achieved through skill development and training programs , providing medicines and vaccines at affordable rates and cooperation in information exchange programs. Inaugurating the fourth Partnership Forum in New Delhi, Shri Modi said that India is among the first countries , has placed special emphasis on implementing healthcare programs who teenagers. The Prime Minister said that there is a need to change thinking in order to allocate big budget funds and monitor it to achieve better results. Shri Modi said that if the mother is healthy then the child will also be healthy and the child’s health will determine his future.The Prime Minister said that under the Rainbow Mission, 3 million 28 lakh children and 84 lakh pregnant women have been vaccinated in the last three years .Nepal’s Deputy Prime Minister Upendra Yadav , Inter-Parliamentary Union President Gabrela Cuevas Bars ( Gabriela Cuevas Barron) and Union Health Minister JP Nadda addressed the inaugural session. The objective of this conference is to ensure all efforts to speedily implement the health related programs of women , children and adolescents.

6.Wedding Panchami is being celebrated in the historic city of Janakpur in Nepal:-

Wedding Panchami is being celebrated in the historic city of Janakpur in Nepal. According to Hindu Calendar, Panchami of Shukla Paksha was married to Lord Rama and Goddess Sita in Margashirsha. On this occasion lakhs of pilgrims from India and Nepal are reaching Janakpur. For the Maha Parva of Lord Rama and Sita’s marriage, the entire Janakpur Dham is decorated like a bride. The entrances have been made for the welcome of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. After reaching Janakpur, they will go straight to the famous Janki temple and worship the puja. At the same time they will join the matha cultural program and feast with the sadhus. In the afternoon, Yogi Adityanath will attend the Sita Swayam and the wedding ceremony in the Twelve Bigha Ground. The festival of Vive Panchami further strengthens the old social and cultural ties between the people of India and Nepal.

  1. Argentina’s match of the World Cup quarter-finals, England will face England and France from France:-

quarter-final matches will be played in the Hockey World Cup in Bhubaneswar. Argentina will face England at four o’clock in the evening. Australia will match France India will play from the Netherlands on four o’clock in the evening for forty five minutes. Germany will face Belgium

8.India to fly to Holland in semi-finals:-

India, dreaming of becoming world champions on the domestic ground, will break into the quarter-finals of the quarter-finals on Monday, breaking the best form of Holland, the FIH men will go with the goal of making the World Cup semi-finals.Holland made its place in the quarter-final on Tuesday with a one-sided win of 5-0 in a cross-over match against Canada, thanks to his stormy display . At the same time, the Indian team has reached the quarter-finals due to their top position in Pool C. With India hoping to win the title after long 43 years, now Holland will endeavor to break the challenge.

9.West Indies win first win in Bangladesh:-

Opener Shaun Hope was unbeaten on 146 not out, the West Indies beat Bangladesh by four wickets in the second one-day international, to level the three-match series 1-1.

This is the first win on this tour of the West Indies. Earlier, the team was badly beaten in two Test matches and first one-dayers. Bangladesh scored 255 runs for seven wickets in 50 overs. West Indies achieved this target by scoring 256 runs at the loss of six wickets with two balls remaining.Wicketkeeper Hopper hit 12 fours and three sixes in 144 balls. They found useful useful contributions from Darren Bravo (27) , Marlon Samuels (26) and Chemo Paul (18 not out). West Indies were struggling in difficult conditions after losing six wickets for 185 runs in the 39th over but Hope gave the team victory with a unbroken partnership of 71 runs for the seventh wicket with Keymo Paul.

10.Google plans to launch China’s search engine: Puchai:-

 

Google Chief Executive Sunder Pichai said that the alphabet unit currently has “no plans” to launch a search engine in China, although they did not rule out its launch in the future. Pichai had told American lawmakers in a letter to the House of Representatives Committee in August that the search engine would get “a wider benefit” to China, but suspected of starting a service from Google. Pichai told the committee that with policy makers it would be “completely transparent” if the company brings a search product in China. Pichai said, “There is no plan to launch search in China right now.” “Information is an essential human right, so we always work hard to give that information.”

MPs and hundreds of Google employees have pointed to the fact that Google will follow China’s Internet censorship and monitoring policies if it enters into the Chinese market again.
