1.जीएनएफसी को गोल्डन पीकॉक अवॉर्ड :-
(I)गुजरात नर्मदा वैली फर्टिलाइजर्स एंड केमिकल्स लिमिटेड (जीएनएफसी) ने कैशलेस टाउनशिप ट्रांसफ़ॉर्मेशन मॉडल को अग्रणी बनाने के लिए अभिनव उत्पाद / सेवा की श्रेणी में प्रतिष्ठित गोल्डन पीकॉक अवार्ड जीता है।
2.ब्रह्मोस सुपरसोनिक मिसाइल का सफल परीक्षण :-
(I)भारतीय नौसेना ने ब्रह्मोस सुपरसोनिक क्रूज मिसाइल के जमीन पर मार करने वाले संस्करण का सफल परीक्षण किया।
(II)लैंड रेंज ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल के इस संस्करण का भूमि पर एक लक्ष्य पर भारतीय नौसेना शिप तेग, एक गाइडेड मिसाइल फ्रिगेट से परीक्षण किया गया।
(III)ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल को संयुक्त रूप से भारत और रूस द्वारा विकसित किया गया है, और इसके एंटी शिप संस्करण को पहले से ही भारतीय नौसेना में शामिल कर लिया गया है।
3.चौधरी बिरेंदर सिंह ने ‘इंडिया स्टील 2017’ का उद्घाटन किया :-
(I)केंद्रीय इस्पात मंत्री चौधरी बिरेंद्र सिंह ने मुंबई प्रदर्शनी केंद्र, मुंबई में 3 दिवसिय “इंडिया स्टील 2017”, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रदर्शनी और सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया।
(II)अपने उद्घाटन भाषण में, उन्होंने उद्योग के प्रतिनिधियों को 2016-17 में अच्छे विकास के आंकड़े देने के लिए बधाई दी।
- एयू फाइनेंसर्स एनबीएफसी से लघू वित्त बैंक में परिवर्तित :-
(I)एयू फाइनेंसर्स ने एक गैर-बैंकिंग फाइनेंस कंपनी (एनबीएफसी) से अपने नाम बदलकर एयू स्मॉल फाइनेंस बैंक में परिवर्तित कर दिया है।
(II)एयू ने एनबीएफसी के रूप में कार्य शुरू किया था और वह वाणिज्यिक और व्यक्तिगत वाहन ऋण, सूक्ष्म, लघु और मझौले उद्यम (एमएसएमई) ऋण और एसएमई ऋण के कारोबार में लगे हुए थे।
(III)एनबीएफसी के रूप में, एयू का 10 राज्यों में 300 शाखाओं का नेटवर्क है।
(IV)यह अगले कुछ महीनों में इन सभी स्थानों पर बैंक शाखाएं शुरू करना चाहता है।
- आरबीआई, बैंक ऑफ गुयाना ने सूचना के पर्यवेक्षी आदान-प्रदान के लिए समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किये :-
(I)रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (आरबीआई) ने “सुपरवाइजरी कोऑपरेशन एंड एक्सचेंज ऑफ सुपरवाइजरी इंफॉर्मेशन” पर बैंक ऑफ गुयाना के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर करने की घोषणा की है।
(II)शीर्ष बैंक ने सह-सहकारिता के लिए समझौता पत्र, कुछ देशों के पर्यवेक्षकों के साथ सहयोग का वक्तव्य और अधिक सहयोग और साझा पर्यवेक्षी जानकारी साझा करने के लिए समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए।
(III)भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक की ओर से गवर्नर उर्जित आर पटेल और गुयाना की ओर से गवर्नर डॉ गोबिंद एन गंगा ने हस्ताक्षर किए।
6.आमिर खान और कपिल देव को मिलेगा दीनानाथ मंगेशकर अवार्ड :-
(I)आमिर खान और दिग्गज क्रिकेटर कपिलदेव को 24 अप्रैल को 75वें मास्टर दीनानाथ मंगेशकर पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
(II)आमिर खान को उनकी फिल्म ‘दंगल’ और कपिल देव को क्रिकेट के क्षेत्र में उनके उल्लेखनीय योगदान के लिए इस पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जा रहा है।
7.India-South Korea sign MoU on shipbuilding :-
A MoU has been signed between India and South Korea for defence industry cooperation in shipbuilding. Under the MoU, the two countries would recommend the organisations for collaborating in the implementation of specific projects.
8.China’s first cargo spacecraft successfully docks with the Tiangong-2 space lab:-
China has successfully docked its first cargo spacecraft Tianzhou-1 with the Tiangong-2 space lab. It is hailed as a major step towards China’s ambition of establishing a permanently manned space station by 2022.
9.World Bank approves $375 million loan for National Waterway-1 :-
The World Bank has approved a loan of $375 million (around Rs 2,421 crore) for capacity augmentation of National Waterway-1 (NW-1) between Haldia in West Bengal and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh on the river Ganga under the Jal Marg Vikas Project (JMVP).
10.One crore assets geotagged under GeoMGNREGA initiative :-
MGNREGA has reached a major milestone by geotagging one crore assets created under it. The geotagged assets have been put in public domain.
11.Government approves Guidelines on service charge :-
Ministry of Food and Consumer Affairs has approved the ‘Guidelines on Fair Trade Practices Related to Charging of Service Charge from Consumers by Hotels and Restaurants’. As a part of the guidelines which has been issued in public interest to protect the rights of consumers, the government has said that Service charge on hotel and restaurant bills is “totally voluntary”, adding that mandatory levy of service charge amounts to unfair trade practice.
12.Uttar Pradesh to establish 40 Yoga wellness centres :-
Uttar Pradesh has decided to establish 40 Yoga wellness centres in 40 districts across the state in the present financial year. Out of 40 centres, 23 will be set up at Ayurvedic hospitals, 12 at homeopathic and 7 at Unani hospitals and colleges.
13.Adityanath orders biometric attendance :-
To ensure punctuality in government offices, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed that a biometric attendance system be put in place in offices.
14.Bravo ruled out of IPL :-
Gujarat Lions, which suffered its fifth loss in seven games, was dealt another blow when all-rounder Dwayne Bravo was ruled out of the IPL.
