1.श्री नितिन गडकरी ने कोचीन शिपयार्ड की 970 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से निर्मित होनेवाली अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जहाज मरम्मत सुविधा की आधारशिला रखी :-
केंद्रीय जहाजरानी, सड़क परिवहन व राजमार्ग तथा जल संसाधन एवं नदी विकास तथा गंगा संरक्षण मंत्री श्री नितिन गडकरी ने कहा है कि कोचीन, वैश्विक जहाज मरम्मत का केन्द्र बनने के लिए तैयार है। कोचीन शिपयार्ड लिमिटेड की 970 करोड रूपये की लागत से निर्मित होने वाली अंतर्राष्ट्रीय जहाज मरम्मत सुविधा की आधारशिला रखने के बाद वे कोचीन में इस अवसर पर उपस्थित जन-समुदाय को संबोधित कर रहे थे। यह सुविधा कोचीन पोर्ट ट्रस्ट में निर्मित की जा रही है, जहां सीएसएल ने 40 एकड़ भूमि पट्टे पर दी है।
Shri Nitin Gadkari laid the foundation stone of international ship repair facility to be constructed at a cost of Rs 970 crores of Cochin Shipyard :-
Union Shipping, Road Transport and Highways and Water Resources and River Development and Ganga Conservation Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari have said that Cochin is ready to be a center for global ship repair. After laying the foundation stone of International Ship Repair Facility, built at a cost of 970 crores of Cochin Shipyard Limited, he was addressing the people present on this occasion in Cochin. This facility is being built in Cochin Port trust, where CSL has leased 40 acres of land.
2.दक्षिण एशिया क्षेत्रीय प्रशिक्षण और तकनीकी सहायता केन्द्र की संचालन समिति की आज बैठक, बैठक मंद इसके कार्य की सराहना; एसएआरटीटीएसी के वित्तीय वर्ष 2018 की कार्य योजना को मंजूरी :-
अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मुद्रा कोष (आईएमएफ) के दक्षिण एशिया क्षेत्रीय प्रशिक्षण और तकनीकी सहायता केन्द्र (एसएआरटीटीएसी) की संचालन समिति की अंतरिम बैठकनई दिल्ली में हुई। बैठक में फरवरी, 2017 में इसके उद्घाटन के बाद से इसकी गतिविधियों का जायजा लिया गया और वित्त वर्ष 2018 की कार्य योजना की समीक्षा की गई। एसएआरटीटीएसी के उद्घाटन के बाद समिति की 13 फरवरी, 2017 को बैठक हुई थी। सभी 6 सदस्य देशों के अधिकारियों ने विकास साझेदार प्रतिनिधियों (यूरोपीय संघ, ब्रिटेन, ऑस्ट्रेलिया और यूएसऐड) और आईएमएफ स्टॉफ के साथ बैठक में हिस्सा लिया।
Meeting of the Steering Committee of South Asia Regional Training and Technical Support Center today, appreciation of its work in the meeting; Approval of the work plan of Financial Year 2018 of SARTTAAC :-
Interim meeting of the Steering Committee of the South Asia Regional Training and Technical Support Center (SERTAC) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) was held in New Delhi today. After its inauguration in February, 2017, its activities were reviewed and the work plan of the financial year 2018 was reviewed. After the inauguration of SARTTAAC, the meeting was held on February 13, 2017. Officials of all the 6 member countries participated in the meeting with development partner representatives (EU, UK, Australia and USAAD) and IMF Staff.
3.श्री रामविलास पासवान ने जीएसटी दरों में कमी के कारण संशोधित खुदरा मूल्य 31 दिसंबर, 2017 तक प्रदर्शित करने की अनुमति प्रदान की :-
01 जुलाई, 2017 से लागू वस्तु एवं सेवाकर के कारण कुछ ऐसे उदाहरण मिले हैं जहां पैकेजिंग पूर्व वस्तुओं के खुदरा मूल्य में बदलाव की जरूरत महसूस हुई थी। इस संबंध में उपभोक्ता मामलों, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्री श्री रामविलास पासवान ने निर्माताओं या पैकेज करने वालों या आयातकों को यह अनुमति दे दी थी कि वे पैकेट-बंद वस्तुओं की संशोधित खुदरा कीमत घोषित करें। यह मौजूदा खुदरा बिक्री मूल्य के अतिरिक्त होगा और इसकी अवधि 01 जुलाई, 2017 से प्रभावी होकर 30 सितंबर, 2017 तक तय की गयी थी। यह अनुमति दी गई थी कि संशोधित खुदरा बिक्री मूल्य को पैकटों पर मुहर लगाकर या स्टीकर द्वारा प्रदर्शित किया जाए। आगे चलकर इस अवधि को बढ़ाने का आग्रह किया गया था, जिसे 31 दिसंबर, 2017 तक बढ़ा दिया गया।
Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan allowed the revised retail price to be displayed on December 31, 2017 due to a reduction in GST rates :-
Due to the goods and services tax implemented from 01 July, 2017, some examples were found where the need for change was felt in the retail price of packaging ex-commodities. In this regard, the Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Mr. Ram Vilas Paswan, had given permission to the manufacturers or the package makers or importers to declare the revised retail prices of packet-locked items. This will be in addition to the existing retail sale price and its period was effective from 01 July, 2017 till 30 September 2017. It was allowed that the revised retail sale price should be stamped on the packets or displayed by the sticker. Further, this period was requested to increase, which was extended till 31 December 2017.
4.स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय ने तपेदिक (टीबी) के इलाज के लिए दवा की दैनिक खुराक व्यवस्था लागू की :-
स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ने संशोधित राष्ट्रीय टीबी नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम (आरएनटीसीपी) के अन्तर्गत हाल में पूरे देश में तपेदिक रोग पीडितों के लिए दवा की दैनिक खुराक व्यवस्था लागू करने की घोषणा की है। मंत्रालय ने पहले तपेदिक बीमारी के इलाज के लिए दवा की खुराक सप्ताह में तीन बार लेने को कहा था लेकिन अब टीबी रोगियों के लिए इलाज में बदलाव करने का निर्णय लिया गया है और इलाज के लिए मिश्रित दवाओं की तय खुराक का इस्तेमाल करते हुए सप्ताह में तीन बार के स्थान पर दैनिक खुराक की व्यवस्था की गई है। इस परिवर्तन से तपेदिक बीमारी से लडने के दृष्टिकोण में बदलाव आयेगा। तपेदिक के कारण प्रत्येक वर्ष 4.2 लाख लोग मर जाते हैं।
Ministry of Health has implemented the daily dose of medicine for the treatment of tuberculosis (TB) :-
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has recently announced to implement the daily dose of medicine for the tuberculosis sufferers throughout the country under the revised National TB Control Program (RNTCP). The ministry had earlier asked to take the drug supplements three times a week for the treatment of tuberculosis, but now it has been decided to change the treatment for TB patients, and in the weeks of using the prescribed dosage of mixed medicines for treatment Daily dosage has been arranged in place of three bars. This change will change the attitude of fighting against tuberculosis. Due to tuberculosis, 4.2 million people die every year.
5.मूडीज ने भारत की स्वायत्त क्रेडिट रेटिंग को बढ़ाकर बा3 से बा2 किया :-
मूडीज इनवेस्ट र्स सर्विस (मूडीज) ने भारत सरकार की स्थानीय और विदेशी मुद्रा जारीकर्ता रेटिंग को उन्नत करते हुए बा3 से बा2 किया है और रेटिंग के आउटलुक को बदलते हुए सकारात्मक से स्थिर की श्रेणी में कर दिया है। भारत की क्रेडिट रेटिंग में 13 साल बाद यह सुधार हुआ है। भारत की स्वायत्त क्रेडिट रेटिंग में अंतिम सुधार जनवरी 2004 में बा3 (बा1 से) किया गया था।
Moody’s boosted India’s autonomous credit rating from 3 to 2 :-
Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) has upgraded the local and foreign currency issuers rating of the Government of India from 3 to 2 and changed the outlook of the rating to positive category from positive. It has improved in India’s credit rating 13 years later. The final correction in India’s autonomous credit rating was finalized in January 2004 from B3 (B1).
6.वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री रूस में शंघाई सहयोग संगठन की बैठक में भाग लेंगे, रूस के राजनेताओं और उद्योग प्रमुखों से द्विपक्षीय परिचर्चा करेंगे :-
केंद्रीय वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभु शंघाई सहयोग संगठन बैठक में भाग लेने 15 से 17 नवंबर, 2017 तक रूस की यात्रा पर हैं। इस बैठक में सदस्य देशों के आर्थिक और विदेश व्यापार मंत्री भाग लेते हैं। जून 2017 में भारत शंघाई सहयोग संगठन का पूर्ण सदस्य बना है। पूर्ण सदस्य बनने के बाद व्यापार पर आयोजित होने वाला मंत्रियों का यह पहला सम्मेलन है। व्यापार और उद्योग मंत्री के रूप में श्री सुरेश प्रभु की यह पहली रूस यात्रा है।
Minister of Commerce and Industry will participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in Russia, bilateral discussions with Russian politicians and industry heads :-
Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shri Suresh Prabhu is on a trip to Russia from 15 to 17 November 2017 to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting. In this meeting, members of the economic and foreign trade of member countries participate. India became a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in June 2017. This is the first conference of ministers to be held on business after becoming a full member. This is the first Russia visit of Mr. Suresh Prabhu as Minister of Trade and Industry.
7.डोकलाम के बाद भारत, चीन के बीच सीमा मुद्दे पर पहली बातचीत :-
डोकलाम गतिरोध समाप्त होने के बाद भारत और चीन ने पहली बार सीमा से संबंधित मुद्दे पर बातचीत की। दोनों देशों ने अपनी सीमा के सभी सेक्टरों में स्थिति की समीक्षा की। सीबीएम और सैन्य संपर्क बढ़ाने पर विचारों का आदान-प्रदान भी किया।
भारत-चीन सीमा पर संपर्क एवं समन्वय के लिए संचालन तंत्र (डब्ल्यूएमसीसी) के 10वें राउंड की बैठक बीजिंग में हुई। भारतीय दूतावास की ओर से शुक्रवार को जारी एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में इस आशय की जानकारी दी गई है। भारत-चीन सीमा पर शांति बनाए रखने के उद्देश्य से संपर्क एवं समन्वय के लिए संस्थागत तंत्र के रूप में 2012 में डब्ल्यूएमसीसी की स्थापना की गई थी।
First conversation on the boundary issue between India and China after the Docklam :-
India and China negotiated the issue for the first time after the deadlock ended. Both countries reviewed the situation in all sectors of their border. CBM also exchanged views on enhancing military contacts.
The 10th Round of the Operating Mechanism (WMCC) for contact and coordination on the Indo-China border took place in Beijing. In a press release issued on Friday by the Indian Embassy, information has been given to this effect. WMCC was established in 2012 as an institutional mechanism for contact and coordination with the aim of maintaining peace on the Indo-China border. It was established on the border to deal with the tension that was caused by repeated encroachment.
