1.कर्नाटक ने माइक्रोसॉफ्ट के साथ भारत की पहली फार्म मूल्य पूर्वानुमान मॉडल विकसित करने के लिए समझौता किया :-
कर्नाटक सरकार के कृषि विभाग ने किसानों, प्रशासकों और अन्य हितधारकों को बाजार व्यवहार को समझने में मदद करने के लिए नवीनतम आईटी टूल का उपयोग करके एक अद्वितीय ‘कृषि मूल्य पूर्वानुमान मॉडल’ विकसित करने के लिए माइक्रोसॉफ्ट इंडिया के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किया है।
इस प्रस्तावित पहल को देश में अपनी तरह का पहला पहल माना जा रहा है, क्योंकि यह परंपरागत आपूर्ति-मांग समीकरण से परे विभिन्न कारकों को भी ध्यान में रखता है। यह मौसम, वर्षा और बाहरी कारकों सहित कई संबंधित कारकों की भी जांच करेगा, जो बाजार व्यवहार पर प्रभाव डालते हैं ।
इस पहल ने केंद्र का ध्यान भी आकर्षित किया है, क्योंकि केंद्र ने किसानों की आय को दोगुना करने की पहल के लिए मूल्य अनुमान के महत्व पर केएपीसी से सुझाव मांगा है। किसानों को बुवाई से सम्बंधित सलाह सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए माइक्रोसॉफ्ट सॉफ्टवेयर विकसित करेगा।
Karnataka Ties up With Microsoft to Develop India’s First Farm Price Forecasting Model :-
The Agriculture Department of Karnataka government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft India to develop an unique ‘farm price forecasting model’ using the latest IT tools in a bid to help farmers, administrators and other stakeholders understand the market behaviour in advance.
The proposed initiative is said to be the first-of-its-kind in the country, as it is a ‘multi-variate’ one that takes into consideration various factors beyond the conventional supply-demand equation. It will examine a slew of related factors, including weather, rainfall and external factors, that impact market behaviour.
The initiative appears to have caught the attention of the Centre, which has sought suggestions from the KAPC on the importance of price forecasting for its initiative to double farmers’ incomes. Microsoft would also develop software for providing sowing advisory services to farmers.
2.भारत और नेपाल के बीच 8 समझौता ज्ञापनों पर हस्ताक्षर :-
नेपाल प्रधान मंत्री के भारत दौरे पर, दो विश्वस्त देशों ने एक समझौते ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए। यह समझौता ज्ञापन बड़े पैमाने पर विनाशकारी भूकंप से उबरने के लिए नेपाल को सहायता प्रदान करेगा।
एमओयू के तहत नेपाल तथा भारत के साझा लागत से भूकंप पुनर्निर्माण पैकेज के रूप में नेपाल में 50,000 घरों का पुनर्निर्माण, शिक्षा, सांस्कृतिक विरासत और स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के कार्यान्वयन के लिए रूपरेखा तय किए गये हैं।
जबकि अन्य एमओयू में एडीबी के एसएएसईसी रोड कनेक्टिविटी कार्यक्रम के तहत भारत सरकार द्वारा वित्त पोषित मेची ब्रिज के निर्माण, मादक पदार्थों और गैर-कानूनी दवाओं की मांग में कमी, मनोवैज्ञानिक पदार्थों और पूर्ववर्ती रासायनिक और संबंधित मामलों में अवैध तस्करी की रोकथाम, मानकीकरण और अनुरूप मूल्यांकन के क्षेत्र में सहयोग के लिए समय-सारणी और सुरक्षा उपाय शामिल थे।
MoUs Signed Between India and Nepal :-
As Nepal’s PM visits India, the two trusting countries signed a string of MoUs. The MoUs signed will largely provide aid to Nepal for the recovery from its disastrous earthquakes.
The MoUs included the modalities for utilization of India’s housing grant component to support reconstruction of 50,000 houses in Nepal, implementation of the grant component of India’s post-earthquake reconstruction package in the education sector, cultural heritage sector and the health sector in Nepal, implementation arrangement on cost sharing.
While the other MoUs included schedules and safeguard issues for construction of Mechi Bridge under ADB’s SASEC road connectivity program, funded by the government of India, MoU on drug demand reduction and prevention of Illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursor chemical and related matters, agreement on cooperation in the field of standardization and conformity assessment
3.भारत क्यूआर डिजिटल भुगतान को लागू करने वाला आंध्र प्रदेश पहला राज्य :-
आंध्र प्रदेश की पूर्वी विद्युत् वितरण कंपनी लिमिटेड (ईपीडीसीएल) और दक्षिण पावर विद्युत् वितरण कंपनी लिमिटेड (एसपीडीसीएल) भारत की पहली ऐसी सरकारी स्वामित्व वाली वितरण कंपनियां बन गई हैं, जो कि भारत क्यूआर, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा स्वीकृत दुनिया की पहली इंटरऑपरेटिव त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया कोड समाधान के माध्यम से भुगतान को स्वीकृत कर रही हैं।
विशाखापत्तनम को भारत के पहले कम नकदी अर्थव्यवस्था वाले शहर के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए, “विजाग डिजिटल धन संकल्प परियोजना” आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार और वीजा द्वारा की गई एक पहल है।
भारत क्यूआर एक सुरक्षित, नेटवर्क इंटरफ़ेस है जो ग्राहक को कार्ड नंबरों और सीवीवी जैसे जानकारी प्रकट किए बिना अपने स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग कर भुगतान करने में सक्षम बनाता है।
Andhra Pradesh First to Implement Bharat QR Digital Payments :-
Andhra Pradesh’s Eastern Power Distribution Company Ltd (EPDCL) and the Southern Power Distribution Corporation of AP Ltd (SPDCL) have become the first state-owned distribution companies in India to accept payments through Bharat QR, the world’s first interoperable quick response code acceptance solution launched by the Reserve Bank of India.
The Vizag Digital Dhan Sankalp project is an initiative spearheaded by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and Visa, to develop Visakhapatnam into India’s first “less–cash” city.
Bharat QR is a secure, network-agnostic interface that enables customers to use their smartphones to make payments without divulging information like card numbers and CVV.
4.अंतरराष्ट्रीय सेना संगीत समारोह मॉस्को में आयोजित :-
अंतरराष्ट्रीय सैन्य संगीत समारोह “स्पस्काया टॉवर” रूस और दुनिया के अन्य देशों के सर्वश्रेष्ठ म्यूजिक बैण्ड की ऐसी परेड है जो प्रतिवर्ष मॉस्को के लाल चौक में आयोजित की जाती है। यह संगीत पर्व एक विशद आयोजन है जिसमें सैन्य संगीतकार विश्व के विभिन्न देशों की सैन्य, राष्ट्रीय और कला आधारित विविध परंपराओं का प्रदर्शन करते हैं।
प्रति वर्ष करीब 40 देशों के 1500 से ज्यादा संगीतकार, सेनाओं से जुड़े लोग और कलाकार “स्पस्काया टॉवर” में अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन करते हैं। इस पर्व को रूस के सबसे बड़े अंतरराष्ट्रीय आयोजनों में से एक माना जाता है जिसे जन-सामान्य से शानदार समर्थन प्राप्त होता है।
इस अवसर पर भारतीय सेना के तीनों अंगों के सम्मिलित बैण्ड को इस प्रतिष्ठित आयोजन में भाग लेने के लिये आमंत्रित किया गया है। इस आयोजन में तीनों सेवाओं के सम्मिलित बैण्ड की भागीदारी से दोनों देशों के सैन्य बलों के संबंध तो बेहतर होंगे ही साथ ही यह भारतीय सेनाओं के बैण्ड की पेशेवर कुशलता का भी द्योतक है।
International Military Music Festival in Moscow :-
The International Military Music Festival “Spasskaya Tower” is the parade of the best military music bands of Russia and other countries that takes place every year at Red Square in Moscow. This Music Festival is a mega event, where military musicians represent the variety of national, artistic and military traditions of the world.
Every year about 1500 musicians, military men and other artists from around 40 countries perform at the “Spasskaya Tower”. The Festival is duly considered one of the largest international events in Russia and attracts tremendous response of the general public.
A Tri-Services band from the Indian Armed Forces has also been invited to participate and perform in the prestigious event. The participation of the Tri- Services Band would foster better ties between the Armed Forces of the two countries and is also a befitting acknowledgment of the professional skills of the Indian Armed Forces bands.
- भारत–नेपाल सीमा पर मेची नदी के ऊपर एक नया पुल :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में मंत्रिमंडल ने भारत-नेपाल सीमा पर मेची नदी पर एक नये पुल का निर्माण शुरू करने के लिए लागत में साझेदारी, कार्यक्रम और सुरक्षा संबंधी मुद्दे पर कार्यान्वयन की व्यवस्था करने को लेकर भारत और नेपाल के बीच एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए जाने को अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है।
इस पुल के निर्माण लागत को एशियाई विकास बैंक से प्राप्त ऋण द्वारा भारत सरकार की ओर से उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। यह नया पुल काकरविट्टा (नेपाल) से पानीटंकी बाईपास (भारत) तक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 327बी के उन्नयन कार्य का हिस्सा है।
A New Bridge Over Mechi River at Indo-Nepal Border :-
The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to be signed between India and Nepal for laying down implementation arrangement on Cost sharing, Schedules and Safeguard issues for starting construction of a new Bridge over Mechi River at Indo-Nepal border.
The cost of construction would be funded by Government of India through ADB loan. The new bridge is part of up-gradation of the Kakarvitta (Nepal) to Panitanki Bypass (India) on NH 327B.
6.भारत महोत्सव ब्राजील में आयोजित किया जाएगा :-
भारत महोत्सव 31 अगस्त से 9 सितम्बर 2017 तक ब्राजील में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
महोत्सव के दौरान भारतीय संस्कृति को प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा, जिसमें शास्त्रीय नृत्य, साहित्य, व्यंजन तथा महात्मा गांधी पर आधारित प्रदर्शनी का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
ब्राजील के ब्राजीलिया, साओ पाउलो तथा रिया-डी-जेनेरियो के शहरों में निम्नलिखित कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जाएंगे।
Festival of India Being Organised in Brazil :-
A Festival of India is being organized in Brazil from 31 August-9 September 2017.
The Festival will showcase diverse Indian culture, i.e. classical dances, literature, cuisine and Exhibition on Mahatma Gandhi.
The following events will be held in the cities of Brasilia, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

A huge rise in Alibaba Group’s earnings and the stock price has propelled its founder and executive chairman Jack Ma back to the top of the list of Asia’s wealthiest people.
According to Forbes Real-time Billionaires List, Ma is now worth $37.4 billion.
Former English teacher Jack Ma founded Alibaba in 1999. The company unites a family of internet-based businesses, which enables users to buy or sell anywhere in the world.
