1.राष्ट्रपति ने राष्ट्रीय पर्यटन पुरस्कार प्रदान किये :-
राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद ने (27 सितंबर 2017) नई दिल्ली में आयोजित एक समारोह में राष्ट्रीय पर्यटन पुरस्कार प्रदान किये।
इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रयपति ने कहा कि पर्यटन विश्वर के सबसे बड़े उद्योगों में से है। इसके विकास का अनुमान इस तथ्य से लगाया जा सकता है कि दुनिया भर में पर्यटकों की संख्या 1950 में 2.5 करोड़ थी जो 2016 में बढ़कर 123 करोड़ हो गई।
विश्व के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) में पर्यटन उद्योग का 10.2 प्रतिशत का योगदान है। अनुमान है कि दुनिया में प्रत्येलक दसवां व्यक्ति पर्यटन उद्योग में कार्य करता है।
President of India presents the National Tourism Awards :-
The President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, presented the National Tourism Awards (September 27, 2017) at a function held in New Delhi.
Speaking on the occasion, the President said that tourism is one of the largest industries in the world. Its evolution can be estimated from the fact that the number of tourists all over the world has increased from 2.5 crore in 1950 to 123 crore in 2016.
The tourism industry contributes 10.2 percent of the world’s GDP. It is estimated that every 10th person in the world works in the tourism industry.
2.मंत्रिमंडल ने पुलिस प्रशिक्षण एवं विकास में भारत और अफगानिस्ताiन के बीच तकनीकी सहयोग पर द्विपक्षीय समझौता ज्ञापन पर मंजूरी दी :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्रस मोदी की अध्यिक्षता में केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने पुलिस प्रशिक्षण एवं विकास में भारत और अफगानिस्तारन के बीच तकनीकी सहयोग पर द्विपक्षीय समझौता ज्ञापन पर मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है।
इस समझौता ज्ञापन से अफगानिस्ताीन राष्ट्री य पुलिस के क्षमता निर्माण और क्षेत्र के सुरक्षा तंत्र में सुधार लाने में मदद मिलेगी।
Cabinet approves bilateral MoU between India and Afghanistan on Technical Cooperation on Police Training and Development :-
The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has given its approval for signing an MoU between India and Afghanistan on Technical Cooperation on Police Training and Development.
The MoU will help in capacity building of Afghanistan National Police and improving the security apparatus in the region.
3.मंत्रिमंडल ने ‘भारत और इथोपिया के बीच सूचना, संचार और मीडिया के क्षेत्र में सहयोग’ पर करार को मंजूरी दी :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में मंत्रिमंडल ने ‘भारत और इथोपिया के बीच सूचना, संचार और मीडिया के क्षेत्र में सहयोग पर करार पर हस्तारक्षर को अपनी मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है।
इससे आदान-प्रदान कार्यक्रमों के माध्य्म से व्य क्ति से व्य क्ति संपर्क को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा। इससे सूचना, संचार और मीडिया के क्षेत्र में सर्वोत्तंम पद्धतियों को दोनों देशों के बीच साझा करने का भी अवसर मिलेगा।
Cabinet approves Agreement on “Cooperation in the field of Information, Communication and Media” between India and Ethiopia :-
The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given its approval to sign the Agreement between India and Ethiopia on “”Cooperation in the field of Information, Communication and Media”.
It would also provide an opportunity for both the nations to share best practices and new innovations in the field of Information, Communication & Media.
4.मंत्रिमंडल ने पुलिस बलों के आधुनिकीकरण के लिए अम्ब्रे ला योजना को मंजूरी दी :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्रस मेादी की अध्य क्षता में केन्द्रीाय मंत्रिमंडल ने ‘पुलिस बलों के आधुनिकीकरण की वृहद अम्बलरेला योजना’ को वर्ष 2017-18 से वर्ष 2019-20 के लिए अपनी मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है।
तीन वर्ष की अवधि में इसके लिए 25060 करोड़ रुपये व्य9य करने का प्रावधान है, जिसमें से 18636 करोड़ रुपये केन्द्री य सरकार तथा 6424 करोड़ रुपये राज्यों9 का अंश है।
Cabinet approves umbrella scheme of Modernisation of Police Forces :-
The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, has given its approval for implementation of umbrella scheme of “Modernisation of Police Forces (MPF)” for years 2017-18 to 2019-20.
The financial outlay for the scheme over the three year’s period is Rs.25,060 crore, out of which the Central Government share will be Rs.18,636 crore and the States’ share will be Rs.6,424 crore.
5.मंत्रिमंडल ने तेल और गैस क्षेत्र में भारत और बेलारूस के बीच समझौता ज्ञापन को मंजूरी दी :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में मंत्रिमंडल ने तेल और गैस क्षेत्र में भारत और बेलारूस के बीच हस्ताक्षरित समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) को अपनी कार्येतर मंजूरी प्रदान कर दी है। बेलारूस के राष्ट्रपति के भारत दौरे के दौरान 12 सितंबर, 2017 को इस एमओयू पर हस्ताक्षर हुए थे।
तेल और प्राकृतिक गैस क्षेत्र में दोनों देशों के बीच आर्थिक और वाणिज्यिक सहयोग बढ़ेंगे। इस एमओयू के अंतर्गत दोनों देश आरोही और अवरोही क्षेत्रों, क्षमता निर्माण, प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण, संवर्धित तेल शोधन और भारत में परिपक्व तेल क्षेत्रों के विकास के लिए सहयोग की दिशा में काम करेंगे।
Cabinet approves signing and ratification of the Bilateral Investment Treaty between India and Belarus on investments :-
The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given its approval for signing and ratification of the Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) between the India and Belarus on Investments.
The Treaty is likely to increase investment flows between the two countries. The agreement is expected to improve the confidence of the investors resulting in an increase in FDI and Overseas Director Investment (ODI) opportunities and this will have a positive impact on employment generation.
6.भारतीय दिवाला एवं दिवालियापन बोर्ड (आईबीबीआई) में नेशनल ई-गर्वनेंस सर्विसेज लिमिटेड (एनईएसएल) को आईबीबीआई (सूचना उपक्रम) नियम, 2017 के तहत एक सूचना उपक्रम (आईयू) के रूप में पंजीकृत किया :-
भारतीय दिवाला एवं दिवालियापन बोर्ड (आईबीबीआई) में आज नेशनल ई-गर्वनेंस सर्विसेज लिमिटेड (एनईएसएल) को आईबीबीआई (सूचना उपक्रम) नियम, 2017 के तहत एक सूचना उपक्रम (आईयू) के रूप में पंजीकृत किया। यह पंजीकरण की तिथि से लेकर अगले पांच वर्षों तक वैध है।
सूचना उपक्रम (आईयू) उन वित्तीैय सूचनाओं का संचयन करता है जिनसे डिफॉल्ट (चूक) को सही साबित करने और दावों का सत्यािपन तेजी से करने में मदद मिलती है और इस तरह दिवाला एवं दिवालियापन संहिता, 2016 के तहत संबंधित समझौते या लेन देन को समयबद्ध ढंग से पूरा करने में आसानी होती है।
यह दिवाला एवं दिवालियापन परितंत्र का एक मुख्यस स्तंमभ है। इसके तीन अन्यन स्तंरभ निर्णायक प्राधिकरण (राष्ट्री य कंपनी कानून ट्रिब्यूयनल और ऋण वसूली ट्रिब्यू नल), आईबीबीआई और दिवाला प्रोफेशनल है।
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) registered National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) today as an Information Utility (IU) under the IBBI (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017 :-
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) registered National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) today as an Information Utility (IU) under the IBBI (Information Utilities) Regulations, 2017. This registration is valid for five years from the date of registration.
IU stores financial information that helps to establish defaults as well as verify claims expeditiously and thereby facilitates completion of transactions under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in a time bound manner.
It constitutes a key pillar of the insolvency and bankruptcy ecosystem, the other three being the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunal), the IBBI and Insolvency Professionals.
7.केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री कल एनडीएमए के 13वें स्थापना दिवस का उद्घाटन करेगे :-
केन्द्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह कल नई दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (एनडीएमए) के 13वें स्थापना दिवस समारोह का उद्घाटन करेगे। इस वर्ष के स्थापना दिवस की थीम है ‘स्कूल सुरक्षा’।
एनडीएमए ने फरवरी 2016 में स्कूल सुरक्षा नीति पर राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रबंधन दिशा-निर्देश जारी किया था। इस दिशा-निर्देश का उद्देश्य देश के स्कूलों में जोखिम झेलने की क्षमता को सुदृढ़ बनाना है।
Union Home Minister to inaugurate the NDMA’s 13th Formation Day :-
The Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh will inaugurate the 13th Formation Day of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) here tomorrow. The theme of this year’s Formation Day is School Safety.
NDMA released the National Disaster Management Guidelines on School Safety Policy in February, 2016 with an aim to strengthen the risk resilience of schools across the country.
