1.विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज ने जॉर्डन के शाह अब्दुल्लाह-द्वितीय बिन अल हुसैन से नई दिल्ली में मुलाकात की :-
विदेश मंत्री सुषमा स्वराज ने जॉर्डन के शाह अब्दुल्लाह-द्वितीय बिन अल हुसैन से नई दिल्ली में मुलाकात की। विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता रवीश कुमार ने ट्वीट संदेश में बताया है कि दोनों नेताओं ने व्यापार, निवेश, रक्षा और सुरक्षा तथा पर्यटन सहित विभिन्न क्षेत्र में संबंध मजबूत बनाने पर चर्चा की।
जॉर्डन के शाह तीन दिन की यात्रा पर भारत पहुंचे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने हवाई अड्डे पर उनकी अगवानी की। जॉर्डन के शाह प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी से कल वार्ता करेंगे। वे राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविन्द से मिलेंगे। उपराष्ट्रपति वेंकैया नायडू भी उनसे मुलाकात करेंगे।

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met Shah Abdullah-II bin Al Hussein of Jordan in New Delhi. Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravi Kumar said in a tweet message that the two leaders discussed the strengthening of relations between different sectors including trade, investment, defense and security and tourism.
The King of Jordan has reached India on a three-day visit. Prime Minister Narendra Modi received him at the airport. The King of Jordan will hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi tomorrow. They will meet President Ramnath Kovind Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu will also meet him.
2.कांची कामकोटि पीठ के 69वें शंकराचार्य जयेन्द्र सरस्वती का तमिलनाडु में कांचीपुरम में निधन हो गया :-
कांची कामकोटि पीठ के 69वें शंकराचार्य जयेन्द्र सरस्वती का आज तमिलनाडु में कांचीपुरम में निधन हो गया। वे 82 वर्ष के थे। सांस संबंधी तकलीफ के कारण उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था।
श्री शंकराचार्य का पार्थिव शरीर वैदिक मंत्रोच्चार के बीच बैठने की मुद्रा में रखा गया है। मंदिर को आज बंद कर दिया गया है। राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद, उपराष्ट्रपति एम.वैंकैया नायडू और प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने उनके निधन पर शोक व्यक्त किया है। एक ट्वीट संदेश में श्री कोविंद ने कहा कि उनके निधन से देश ने आध्यात्मिक गुरू और समाज सुधारक खो दिया है।
श्री नायडू ने कहा कि मानव कल्याण में उनका योगदान और आध्यात्मिकता को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए किये गये उनके कार्य औरों को हमेशा प्रेरणा देता रहेगा। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि वे आचार्य सरस्वती के निधन से आहत हैं। एक ट्वीट संदेश में श्री मोदी ने कहा कि अपनी अनुकरणीय सेवा और उत्तम विचारों के कारण शंकराचार्य लाखों श्रद्धालुओं के दिल और दिमाग में बसे रहेंगे।
69th Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswati of Kanchi Kamkoti Peeth died today in Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu :-
Jainendra Saraswati, 69th Shankaracharya of Kanchi Kamkoti Peeth, died in Kanchipuram today in Tamil Nadu. He was 82 years old. He was admitted to hospital due to respiratory problems. According to the monastery, his funeral will be done at 8 o’clock in the morning.
The body of Shri Shankaracharya has been placed in the post of sitting between Vedic mantras. The temple has been closed. President Ramnath Kovind, Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have condoled his death. In a tweet message Mr. Kovind said that due to his demise the country has lost the spiritual teacher and social reformer.
Shri Naidu said that his contribution to human welfare and encouragement to spirituality will always inspire his work and others. The Prime Minister said that he was hurt by the demise of Acharya Saraswati. In a tweet message, Shri Modi said that due to his exemplary service and excellent ideas, Shankaracharya will live in the heart and mind of lakhs of devotees.

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने मुंबई की विशेष अदालत से पंजाब नेशनल बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामले के मुख्य आरोपी हीरा कारोबारी नीरव मोदी के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी करने की मांग की है। सोमवार को अदालत ने नीरव मोदी के विदेशी व्यापार और परिसंपत्तियों के बारे में जानकारी हासिल करने लिए छह देशों को अनुरोध पत्र जारी करने की याचिका मंजूर की थी।
इस बीच नीरव मोदी की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आभूषण कंपनी फायर स्टार डायमंड इंक ने अमरीका में दिवालिया कानून के तहत संरक्षण मांगा है। कंपनी ने सोमवार को न्यूयॉर्क की अदालत में याचिका दायर की। मामला न्यायमूर्ति सियेन एच. लेन को सौंपा गया है। फायर स्टार डायमंड कंपनी का कारोबार अमरीका, यूरोप, मध्य-पूर्व देशों और भारत में है।
Enforcement Directorate demanded a non-bailable warrant against Nirav Modi in the Punjab National Bank fraud case from a special court :-
The Enforcement Directorate has sought a non-bailable arrest warrant against the diamond trader Neerav Modi, the main accused in the Punjab National Bank fraud case, from a special court in Mumbai. On Monday, the court had approved the petition to issue request letter to six countries to acquire information about Neerav Modi’s foreign trade and assets.
Meanwhile, Nirav Modi’s international jewelery company, Fire Star Diamond Inc. has sought protection under the bankruptcy laws in the United States. The company filed a petition in New York on Monday. The matter has been referred to Justice Seen H. Lane. Fire Star Diamond Company’s business is in the USA, Europe, Middle East countries and India.

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने मुंबई की विशेष अदालत से पंजाब नेशनल बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामले के मुख्य आरोपी हीरा कारोबारी नीरव मोदी के खिलाफ गैर जमानती वारंट जारी करने की मांग की है। सोमवार को अदालत ने नीरव मोदी के विदेशी व्यापार और परिसंपत्तियों के बारे में जानकारी हासिल करने लिए छह देशों को अनुरोध पत्र जारी करने की याचिका मंजूर की थी। मनी लांड्रिंग रोकथाम अधिनियम के अंतर्गत गठित अदालत आज नीरव मोदी की अनुपस्थिति में उसके वकील के पेश होने के मुद्दे पर सुनवाई करेगी।

The Enforcement Directorate has sought a non-bailable arrest warrant against the diamond trader Neerav Modi, the main accused in the Punjab National Bank fraud case, from a special court in Mumbai. On Monday, the court had approved the petition to issue request letter to six countries to acquire information about Neerav Modi’s foreign trade and assets. The court set up under the Money Laundering Prevention Act will now hear the case of Nirav Modi being present in the absence of his lawyer.

5.पाकिस्तान हक्कानी नेटर्वक सहित अन्य आतंकवादी गुटों के विरुद्ध करे कार्रवाई: अमेरिका :-
एक वरिष्ठ अमेरिकी अधिकारी ने पाकिस्तान से कहा है कि वह हक्कानी नेटवर्क और अन्य आतंकवादी समूहों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करे और आतंकवादियों के वित्तपोषण के बारे में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदाय की चिंताओं पर गौर करे।

अफगानिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति अशरफ गनी ने तालिबान से बिना शर्त शान्ति वार्ता का प्रस्ताव किया है। काबुल प्रक्रिया सम्मेलन में श्री गनी ने कहा कि वे तालिबान से संधि के तहत संविधान की समीक्षा करने को तैयार है।

7.यरूशलम का ऐतिहासिक गिरजाघर खुला :-
ईसाई धर्म में सबसे अधिक पवित्र माने जाने वाले स्थल पर बना गिरजाघर खुल गया। इस्राइल के अधिकारियों द्वारा लिए गए कुछ फैसलों के विरोध में यह तीन दिन से बंद था। होली सेपुल्कर गिरजाघर की देखरेख करने वाले दो व्यक्तियों ने आज सुबह करीब चार बजे इसके लकड़ी से बने भव्य दरवाजे खोले। रविवार दोपहर को शुरू हुआ विरोध इसके साथ ही समाप्त हो गया। इसके कुछ ही देर बाद श्रद्धालु यहां आए।
The historical cathedral of Jerusalem opens :-
The church was opened in the most sacred place in Christianity. It was closed for three days in protest against some decisions taken by the Israeli authorities. The two men, who supervised the Holy Sepolak Church, opened the magnificent doors made of wood around 4 o’clock in the morning. The protest started on Sunday afternoon ended with it. The devotees came here shortly after.
8.सरकार ने हज यात्रियों के लिए विमान किरायों में भारी कमी की घोषणा की :-
सरकार ने हज यात्रा पर सउदी अरब जाने के किरायों में भारी कमी की घोषणा की है। विमान किरायों में बीस हजार रुपये से लेकर 97 हजार रुपये तक की कमी होगी। केन्द्रीय अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्री मुख्तार अब्बास नकवी ने कहा कि इस कदम से हज सब्सिडी समाप्त होने के बाद बढ़े हुए किरायों को लेकर व्यक्त की जा रही चिंता भी खत्म होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह निर्णय तुष्टिकरण के बिना सशक्तिकरण की हमारी नीति के तहत है।
Government announced a huge reduction in air fares for Haj pilgrims :-
The government has announced a huge reduction in the fares of going to Saudi Arabia on Haj pilgrimage. There will be a shortage of airfare between Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 97 thousand. Union Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that after the completion of the Haj subsidy, the concern expressed about the increased fares will be over. He said that this decision is under our policy of empowerment without appealing.
9.पाकिस्तान की सत्तारूढ़ पार्टी पी एम एल-एन ने शाहबाज शरीफ को पार्टी का अंतरिम अध्यक्ष चुना :-
पाकिस्तान में पंजाब प्रांत के मुख्यमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ को पाकिस्तान मुस्लिम लीग-नवाज गुट का अंतरिम अध्यक्ष चुन लिया गया है। उनके बड़े भाई और अपदस्थ प्रधानमंत्री नवाज शरीफ को सत्ताधारी पार्टी का आजीवन कायद यानी सर्वोच्च नेता बनाया गया है। सु्प्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा नवाज शरीफ को पार्टी प्रमुख पद के लिए अयोग्य घोषित करते हुए पार्टी प्रमुख के तौर पर उनके सभी निर्णयों को खारिज किए जाने के बाद शहबाज शरीफ को पार्टी का नया अध्यक्ष चुना गया है।

His elder brother and deposed Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has been made the supreme leader of the ruling party ie the supreme leader. Shahbaz Sharif has been elected as the new president of the party after the Supreme Court disqualified Nawaz Sharif as the party chief and disqualifying him as his party chief.
