1.पर्यटन मंत्रालय ने स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा मनाया :-
पर्यटन मंत्रालय के अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों द्वारा जंतर मंतर और आसपास के क्षेत्र में साफ-सफाई अभियान चलाने के लिए पर्यटन मंत्रालय द्वारा स्वच्छता पखवाड़े के तीसरे दिन के काम की योजना बनाई गई। तदनुसार, नामित पदाधिकारियों और अधिकारियों ने एएसआई स्मारक जंतर मंतर, नई दिल्ली का दौरा किया।
Ministry of Tourism Observes Swachhta Pakhwada :-
The Third day’s work of Swachhta Pakhwada has been planned by the Ministry of Tourism to undertake Cleanliness campaign at the Jantar Mantar and surrounding area by Officers and staff members of Ministry of Tourism.
2.केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री ने एसएसबी की नई खुफिया व्यवस्था का संचालन शुरू किया :-
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने आज यहां आयोजित एक समारोह में सशस्त्र सीमा बल (एसएसबी) की नई खुफिया व्यवस्था का संचालन शुरू किया।
एसएसबी को भारत-नेपाल और भारत-भूटान दोनों ही सीमाओं के लिए प्रमुख खुफिया एजेंसी (एलआईए) के रूप में घोषित किया गया है।
अत: यह महसूस किया गया कि उच्चतम क्षमताओं से युक्त एक ऐसा खुफिया नेटवर्क व्यापक सीमा प्रबंधन के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है जो सही ढंग से काम करने के साथ-साथ अच्छे नतीजे भी सामने ला सके।
यह अत्यंत आवश्यक था क्योंकि एसएसबी के संचालन का खुफिया आधारित होना जरूरी है, ताकि अपराधियों और तस्करों को नेपाल एवं भूटान के साथ दोस्ताना सीमाओं का फायदा उठाने से रोका जा सके।
Union Home Minister operationalises the New Intelligence Set-up of SSB :-
Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh operationalised the New Intelligence Set-up of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) at a function here .
SSB has been declared as the Lead Intelligence Agency (LIA) for both the Indo-Nepal and Indo-Bhutan borders.
Thus, it was felt that a well knit intelligence network of the highest capabilities that can function and deliver would be the prime requirement of comprehensive Border Management.
This was quite essential as the operations of SSB have to be Intelligence based so as to prevent criminals and smugglers from taking advantage of the friendly borders with Nepal and Bhutan.
3.भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण लखनऊ, देवघर, राजकोट और इलाहाबाद हवाई अड्डों में विकास कार्य प्रारंभ करेगा :-
भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (एएआई) लखनऊ, देवघर, राजकोट और इलाहाबाद हवाई अड्डों में विकास कार्य प्रारंभ करेगा। इसका उद्देश्य यात्रियों की बढ़ती संख्या को ध्यान में रखते हुए हवाई अड्डे की आधारभूत संरचना को बेहतर बनाना है।
एएआई 1230 करोड़ रूपये की अनुमानित लागत से लखनऊ के चौधरी चरण सिंह हवाई अड्डे में नये एकीकृत यात्री टर्मिनल भवन का निर्माण करेगा।
नया टर्मिनल भवन व्यस्ततम समय (पीक ऑवर) में 4000 यात्रियों और पूरे वर्ष के दौरान 6.35 मिलियन यात्रियों को सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।
Airports Authority of India to take up development work at Lucknow, Deoghar, Rajkot and Allahabad airports :-
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) will undertake new development works at Lucknow, Deoghar, Rajkot and Allahabad airports. The objective is to improve and develop airport infrastructure to meet growing traffic demands.
AAI plans to construct new integrated passenger terminal building at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Lucknow at an estimated cost of Rs. 1230 crores.
The new terminal will be able to handle 4000 passengers during peak hour and 6.35 million passengers per annum.
4.स्वच्छता ही सेवा विषय पर राजधानी में मीडिया परामर्श सत्र आयोजित :-
राजधानी में स्वच्छ भारत मिशन पर आयोजित राष्ट्रीय मीडिया परामर्श सत्र में 100 से अधिक पत्रकारों, विकास एजेंसियों और सामुदायिक कार्यकर्ताओं ने भाग लिया।
सत्र की अध्यक्षता पेयजल तथा स्वच्छता मंत्रालय के सचिव श्री परमेश्वरन अय्यर ने की। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री के आह्वान पर प्रारंभ ‘स्वच्छता ही सेवा’ अभियान में लोगों की सक्रियता का ब्यौरा दिया।
2 अक्टूबर को मनाई जाने वाली वाली स्वच्छ भारत मिशन की तीसरी वर्षगांठ से पहले ‘स्वच्छता ही सेवा’ अभियान चलाया जा रहा है।
Swachhata Hi Seva National Media Consultation held in Capital :-
Over 100 journalists, development agencies and community workers attended a National Media Consultation on the Swachh Bharat Mission in the Capital.
The Secretary, Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Shri Parameswaran Iyer, presided over the consultation.
In his opening remarks, Shri Iyer shared details of the nation-wide mass mobilization drive, “Swachhata Hi Seva”, which follows an impassioned call by the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, ahead of the 3rd anniversary of Swachh Bharat Mission that falls on 2nd October.
5.नई दिल्ली में कुपोषण समस्या या समाधान पर पहला राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन तीन राज्य पुरस्कृत किए जायेंगे :-
महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय मिशन मोड में देश में कुपोषण की समस्या से निपटने के लिए कल नई दिल्ली में पहली बार राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन आयोजित कर रहा है।
सम्मेलन “कुपोषण मुक्त भारत -2022” के लक्ष्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए आयोजित हो रहा है।
महिला और बाल विकास मंत्रालय के सचिव ने कहा कि सरकार ने इस मुद्दे पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने का निर्णय लिया है और इस उद्देश्य के लिए, महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय ने नीति आयोग के समग्र सूचकांक के आधार पर और एनएफ़एचएस -4 डेटा से स्टंटिंग प्रचलन के आधार पर राज्यों / संघ शासित प्रदेशों के 113 जिलों को चिन्हित किया है ताकि चयनित जिले में की गई कार्रवाई को अन्य जिलों में भी अपनाया जा सके।
प्रत्येक राज्य / संघ शासित प्रदेश से एक जिले का चयन किया गया है ताकि चयनित जिले में लिए गए निर्णय को अन्य जिलों में भी दोहराया जाए।
First ever National Conference on “Mission Mode to address Under-Nutrition” to be held in New Delhi tomorrow :-
The Ministry of Women and Child Development will hold the first ever National Conference in New Delhi tomorrow on Mission Mode to address Under-Nutrition in the country.
In his curtain raiser briefing in New Delhi, the Secretary WCD, Shri Rakesh Srivastava said that this conference is being organized by the Ministry of Women & Child Development in collaboration with Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, keeping in mind the goal of “Malnutrition Free India-2022”.
The Secretary WCD said that the Government has decided to lay focused attention on this issue and for this said purpose, Ministry of Women and Child Development has identified 113 districts across the States/UTs based on the composite index of NITI Ayong and prevelance of stunting from NFHS-4 data. At least one district has been selected from each State/UTs so that the action taken in the selected district can be emulated in the other districts also, he explained.
