1.भारत ने ‘औद्योगिक मूल्य संवर्धन परिचालन के लिए कौशल सुदृढ़ीकरण (स्ट्राइव) परियोजना’ हेतु 125 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर के लिए विश्व बैंक के साथ वित्त पोषण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए :-
भारत सरकार ने ‘औद्योगिक मूल्य संवर्धन परिचालन के लिए कौशल सुदृढ़ीकरण (स्ट्राइव) परियोजना’ हेतु 125 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर (समतुल्य) के आईडीए ऋण के लिए कल राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में विश्व बैंक के साथ एक वित्त पोषण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए। वित्त पोषण समझौते पर भारत सरकार की ओर से वित्त मंत्रालय के आर्थिक मामलों के विभाग में संयुक्त सचिव श्री समीर कुमार खरे और विश्व बैंक की ओर से विश्व बैंक (भारत) के कार्यवाहक कंट्री निदेशक श्री हिशाम अब्डो ने हस्ताक्षर किए।
इस परिचालन का उद्देश्य गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं बाजार मांग के अनुरूप व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण तक बेहतर पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना है।
इस परियोजना की समापन तिथि 30 नवम्बर, 2022 है।
India signed a funding agreement with the World Bank for US $ 125 million for ‘Strict Project for Industrial Value Promotion Operations’ :-
Government of India has signed a funding agreement with the World Bank in the National Capital yesterday for IDA loan of 125 million US dollars (equivalent) for ‘Skill Stabilization Project for Industrial Value Promotion Operations’. On behalf of the Government of India on behalf of the Finance Department, Mr. Sameer Kumar Khare, Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, and signed by Mr. Hisham Abdo, Acting Country Director of World Bank (India) on behalf of the World Bank.
The objective of this operation is to ensure better access to professional training in line with quality and market demand.
The closing date for this project is November 30, 2022.
2.सब्सिडी वाले बैंक खाते में बदलाव के लिए ग्राहक की सहमति जरूरी : यूआईडीएआई :-
आधार जारी करने वाले भारत विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण- यूआईडीएआई ने एयरटेल जैसी घटना की पुनरावृत्ति रोकने के लिए बैंकों को निर्देश दिया है कि सरकार की ओर से दी जाने वाली सब्सिडी के लिए बैंक खाते में बदलाव ग्राहक की सहमति के बिना नहीं किया जा सकता।
यूआईडीएआई की गजट अधिसूचना में कहा गया है कि बैंकों को इस बदलाव के बारे में 24 घंटे के अंदर एसएमएस या ई मेल से ग्राहक को इसकी सूचना देनी होगी। इसके अलावा उसे संबंधित व्यक्ति को इस बदलाव को पलटने का भी विकल्प देना होगा।
यह अधिसूचना सरकार की ओर से दिए जाने वाले अनुदान, विशेषरूप से एलपीजी सब्सिडी लाभार्थियों के उन खातों में पहुंचने के बाद जारी की गई जो आधार संख्या का इस्तेमाल कर सबसे बाद में खोले गए हैं।
Customer’s consent for change in subsidized bank account is necessary: UIDAI :-
India Unique Identification Authority issuing the basis – UIDAI has instructed the banks to stop the recurrence of an Airtel incident that the change in bank account for subsidy given by the government can not be done without the consent of the customer.
The UIDAI gazette notification states that banks will have to inform the customer about this change in SMS or e-mail within 24 hours to the customer. Apart from this, the concerned person will also have the option to overturn this change.
This notification was issued by the government for grant, especially LPG subsidy after reaching beneficiaries in those accounts which have been opened most later using the Aadhaar number.
3.सेवाओं में सुधार के लिए कुछ स्टेडियमों का निजीकरण करेगी सरकार :-
खेल मंत्री राज्यवर्धन सिंह राठौड़ ने कहा कि सरकार प्रशासन और सेवा की गुणवत्ता के सुधार के लिए भारतीय खेल प्राधिकरण (साइ) के अंतर्गत आने वाले कुछ स्टेडियमों का निजीकरण करेगी। श्री राठौड़ ने कहा कि इस कदम का लक्ष्य खिलाड़ियों को खेलने का बेहतर अनुभव मुहैया कराना है।
श्री राठौड़ ने कहा कि खिलाड़ियों को बेहतर सुविधाएं देने के मामले में हम बेहतर संचालन के लिए अपने कुछ स्टेडियमों के निजीकरण पर विचार कर रहे हैं।
श्री राठौड़ ने कहा कि स्टेडियम में सेवा की गुणवत्ता और खेलने का क्षेत्र बेहतर होना चाहिए। खेलने के अनुभव में सुधार की जरूरत है। सरकार देश में कोचों के विकास के लिए ‘खेलो इंडिया’ के तहत कार्यक्रम शुरू करेगी। (स्रोत भाषा)
Government to privatize some stadiums to improve services :-
Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said that the government will privatize some stadia under the Sports Authority of India (SAI) for improving the quality of administration and service. Shri Rathod said that the aim of this step is to provide the players with a better experience of playing.
Shri Rathod said that in the matter of providing better facilities to the players, we are considering privatization of some of our stadia for better operation.
Shri Rathod said that the quality of service and play area should be better at the stadium. Need to improve play experience. Government will launch the program under ‘Play India’ for the development of coaches in the country. (source language)
4.मंत्रिमंडल ने वड़ोदरा में भारत के पहले राष्ट्रीय रेल तथा परिवहन विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना को मंजूरी दी :-
- भारतीय रेल व्यापक तकनीकी और अवसंरचना उन्नयन के माध्यम से आधुनिकीकरण की राह पर।
- ‘मेक इन इंडिया’ तथा ‘स्किल इंडिया में योगदान तथा बड़े पैमाने पर रोजगार सृजन में सहायक।
- नवाचारी उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहन तथा स्टार्ट अप इंडिया पहल को समर्थन।
- पढ़ाने के नवीनतम तरीके तथा प्रौद्योगिकी एप्लीकेशनों का उपयोग : नवीनतम तरीकों के इस्तेमाल से उच्चस्तरीय शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध कराया जा सकेगा।
- भारत अत्याधुनिक प्रौद्योगिकी तथा कुशल मानव शक्ति के बल पर वैश्विक नेता के रूप में उभरेगा।
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने मानव संसाधनों में कुशलता तथा क्षमता सृजन के लिए वड़ोदरा में देश का पहला राष्ट्रीय रेल तथा परिवहन विश्वविद्यालय (एनआरटीयू) स्थापित करने की स्वीकृत दे दी है। प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय स्थापना का प्रस्तुत प्रेरक नवाचारी विचार नये भारत की दिशा में रेल और परिवहन क्षेत्र में बदलाव का अग्रदूत होगा।
Cabinet approves setting up of India’s first National Rail and Transport University in Vadodara :-
- Indian Railways on the path of modernization through extensive technical and infrastructure upgradation.
- Contributions in ‘ Make in India ‘ and ‘ Skil India ‘ and subsidies in large-scale employment creation.
- Promotion of innovative enterprises and support for the Start Up India initiative.
- The latest methods of teaching and use of technology applications: With the use of latest methods, higher education and training can be made available.
- India will emerge as a global leader with the latest technology and skilled manpower.
Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Union Cabinet has approved the establishment of the country’s first National Rail and Transportation University (NRTU) in Vadodara for skill and capacity building in human resources. The inspiring innovative thoughts presented by the Prime Minister to the University establishment of the University will be the forerunner of the change in rail and transport sector towards the new India.
5.मंत्रिमडल ने स्वास्थ्य और औषधि के क्षेत्र में भारत तथा इटली के बीच सहयोग संबंधी सहमति-ज्ञापन को मंजूरी दी :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता में केन्द्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने स्वास्थ्य और औषधि के क्षेत्र में भारत तथा इटली के बीच सहयोग संबंधी सहमति-ज्ञापन को पूर्व प्रभाव से मंजूरी दे दी। सहमति-ज्ञापन पर नई दिल्ली में 29 नवंबर, 2017 को हस्ताक्षर किए गए।
The Cabinet approved the MoU for cooperation between India and Italy in the field of health and medicine :-
Under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Union Cabinet approved prior approval of the MoU on cooperation between India and Italy in the field of health and medicine. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed in New Delhi on November 29, 2017.
6.बुलेट ट्रेन परियोजना :-
मुम्बई – अहमदाबाद उच्च गति रेल परियोजना की मुख्य विशेषताएं –
साबरमती और मुम्बई (508 किमी) के मध्य रेल पटरी जमीन के ऊपर स्तंभों पर आधारित होगी। इसमें 12 स्टेशन होंगे।
अधिकतम गति 350 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा होगी, जबकि संचालन गति 320 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटा होगी।
एक तेज ट्रेन के लिए मुम्बई से साबरमती के बीच यात्रा अवधि 2.07 घंटे होगी। रास्ते में पड़ने वाले सभी स्टेशनों पर रूकने वाली ट्रेन के लिए यह अवधि 2.58 घंटे होगी।
परियोजना की अनुमानित लागत – 1,08,000 करोड़ रूपये। कुल परियोजना लागत की 81 प्रतिशत राशि जापान सरकार द्वारा ऋण के रूप में उपलब्ध कराई गई है। 0.1 प्रतिशत ब्याज दर वाला यह ऋण 15 वर्षों की अनुग्रह अवधि के साथ 50 वर्षों में देय है।
Bullet train project :-
Mumbai – Highlights of Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project –
Rail tracks between Sabarmati and Mumbai (508 km) will be based on columns above the ground. There will be 12 stations in it.
The maximum speed will be 350 kilometers per hour, while the operating speed will be 320 kilometers per hour.
The journey period between Mumbai and Sabarmati for a fast train will be 2.07 hours. This period will be 2.58 hours for the train to stop at all stations falling in the way.
Estimated cost of the project – Rs. 1,08,000 crores 81 percent of the total project cost has been made available as loan by the Japanese government. This loan with 0.1 percent interest rate is payable in 50 years with a grace period of 15 years.
7.भारतीय रेल मंत्रालय के पहलवानों ने हाल ही में जोहान्सवर्ग में आयोजित राष्ट्रमंडल कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता में भारत को पदक दिलाए :-
अपनी जीत के क्रम को जारी रखते हुए तथा बेहतरीन खेल विरासत के साथ, भारतीय रेल मंत्रालय के खिलाडि़यों ने हाल ही में जोहान्सवर्ग में दिनांक 15 से 17 दिसंबर, 2017 के दौरान आयोजित राष्ट्रमंडल कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता में भारत को एक बार फिर से पदक दिलाए। प्रतियोगिता में 60 खिलाडि़यों (पुरूष और महिलाएं) में से 20 खिलाड़ी भारतीय रेल मंत्रालय से थे।
भारतीय कुश्ती टीम ने 59 पदक जीते और इनमें से 20 पदक भारतीय रेल मंत्रालय के पहलवानों ने जीते, जिनमें श्री सुशील कुमार और सुश्री साक्षी मलिक, दोनों ओलम्पिक पदक विजेता शामिल हैं।
Indian wrestlers of the Ministry of Railways recently gave medals to India in Commonwealth wrestling competition organized in Johannesburg :-
Continuing their winning streak and with excellent sports legacy, the players of the Indian Railways Ministry recently gave India a medal in the Commonwealth Wrestling Competition held in Johannesburg from December 15 to 17, 2017. Of the 60 players (men and women) in the competition, 20 were from the Indian Railways Ministry.
Indian wrestling team won 59 medals and 20 of these wins were won by the wrestlers of the Indian Railways, including both Sushil Kumar and Ms Sakshi Malik , both Olympic medal winners.
