1.लॉकी रैन्समवेयर ने भारतीय साइबरस्पेस को आघात किया :-
लॉकी, एक घातक “रैन्समवेयर” ने भारत के साइबरस्पेस पर आघात किया है। सरकारी कम्प्यूटर इमरजेंसी रिस्पांस टीम (सीईआरटी-इन) ने देश में लॉकी रैन्सनवेयर के प्रसार पर एक सलाह जारी की है, जिसमें उपयोगकर्ताओं को अज्ञात प्रेषकों से अनुलग्नकों के साथ किसी भी ईमेल को नहीं खोलने का आग्रह किया गया है।
सीईआरटी ने नागरिकों और बड़े संगठनों दोनों को “प्रिंट करें”, “दस्तावेज़”, “फोटो”, “इमेजेज”, “स्कैन” और “चित्र” जैसे विषयों के साथ आये हुए ईमेल नहीं खोलने की सलाह दी।
Locky ransomware hits Indian cyberspace :-
Locky, a deadly “ransomware” has hit India. State-run Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-in) has issued an advisory on the spreading of Locky ransomware in the country, urging users to not open any emails with attachments from unknown senders.
CERT-in advised both the citizens and large organizations to not open emails with subjects like “please print”, “documents”, “photo”, “images”, “scans” and “pictures”.
2.ब्रिक्स शिखर सम्मेलन ज़ियामेन में प्रारंभ :-
ब्रिक्स देशों – ब्राजील, रूस, भारत, चीन और दक्षिण अफ्रीका का नौवां शिखर सम्मेलन – समुद्रतट से जुडा चीनी शहर ज़ियामेन में प्रारंभ हुआ।
उभरते हुए ये पांच राष्ट्र वैश्विक अनिश्चितता के समय में संरक्षणवाद और वैश्वीकरण पर एक मजबूत संदेश भेजने का प्रयास करते हैं।
भारत वैश्विक आतंकवाद पर अपनी चिंताओं पर जोर देगा, जो की प्रधान मंत्री के द्वारा किये गये हस्तक्षेप और ज़ियामेन घोषणा में भी परिलक्षित होगा।
BRICS Summit begins in Xiamen :-
The ninth summit of the BRICS countries – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa – kicked off in the seaside Chinese city of Xiamen.
The five emerging nations look to send a strong message on protectionism and globalisation at a time of global uncertainty.
India will also emphasise its concerns on global terrorism, which will be reflected in the Prime Minister’s interventions as well as in the final Xiamen declaration.
3.जुलाई के अंत में राजकोषीय घाटा बजट अनुमान के 92.4 %पर पहुंचा :-
देश का राजकोषीय घाटा जुलाई अंत में पूरे वर्ष के बजट अनुमान का 92.4 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच गया।
ऐसा विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों के लिए आबंटित वार्षिक खर्च का बड़ा हिस्सा वर्ष के शुरुआती महीनों में ही जारी करने की वजह से हुआ है।
पिछले वर्ष इसी अवधि में राजकोषीय घाटा पूरे वर्ष के बजट अनुमान का 73.7 प्रतिशत रहा था। वित्त वर्ष 2017-18 के दौरान सरकार ने राजकोषीय घाटे को सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जी.डी.पी.) के 3.2 प्रतिशत पर लाने का लक्ष्य रखा है।
राजकोषीय घाटा सरकार के व्यय और राजस्व के बीच अंतर है।
Fiscal deficit touches 92.4% of budget estimates at July-end :-
The government’s fiscal deficit at the end of July this year touched 92.4 per cent of the budget estimate.
This was mainly because of front loading of expenditure by government departments.
In the same period last year, the fiscal deficit was 73.7 percent of the budget estimate of the whole year. During the fiscal year 2017-18, the government has set a target to bring fiscal deficit to 3.2 percent of GDP.
The fiscal deficit is the difference between the government’s expenditure and revenue.
4.राष्ट्रपति ने सौराष्ट्र–नर्मदा अवतरण सिंचाई योजना की चौथी नहर की आधारशिला रखी :-
राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद ने गुजरात के राजकोट जिले में सौराष्ट्र-नर्मदा अवतरण सिंचाई परियोजना की चौथी नहर की आधारशिला रखी।
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अपने मुख्यमंत्री के कार्यकाल के दौरान यह योजना का शुभारंभ करवाया था। इसके हेतु करीब 115 बड़े बांधों को सरदार सरोवर नर्मदा डैम के ओवरफ्लो होने वाले पानी से भरने का है। इनसे सात सौ से अधिक छोटे बांधों और चेक डमों को भी पानी से भरा जायेगा जिससे इस क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिए सिंचाई की सुविधा बढ़ेगी।
इस अवसर पर गुजरात के राज्यपाल श्री ओ.पी.कोहली, मुख्यमंत्री विजय रूपानी और उपमुख्यमंत्री नितिन पटेल उपस्थित थे।
President lays foundation stone for Link-4 of SAUNI Scheme :-
President Ramnath Kovind laid foundation stone for link – 4 of Saurashtra Narmada Avataran Irrigation Scheme -SAUNI- Yojana in Rajkot district.
SAUNI project had been launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat aims to fill up 115 major dams by diverting overflow of water from the Sardar Sarovar Dam on Narmada River.
Gujarat Governor Mr. O.P.Kohli, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel were present on this occasion.
5.ब्रिक्स देशों के पांच बैंको ने क्रेडिट लाइन के लिए समझौते किए :-
ब्रिक्स बैंक सहकारिता व्यवस्था के पांच बैंक राष्ट्रीय मुद्राओं में ऋण देने और क्रेडिट रेटिंग पर सहयोग देने पर सहमत हो गए हैं।
ब्रिक्स सम्मेलन से पहले इस आशय के समझौते पर चीन के ज़ियामेन शहर में हस्ताक्षर किए गए।
ब्राजीलियन डेवलपमेंट बैंक, विनेश-इकोनोम-बैंक, भारतीय आयात-निर्यात बैंक, चाइना डेवलपमेंट बैंक और डेवलपमेंट बैंक ऑफ साउथ अफ्रीका ने बीजिंग में इस पर हस्ताक्षर किए।
क्रेडिट रेटिंग पर समझौते से आंतरिक क्रेडिट रेटिंग और रेटिंग के आकलन के बारे में सूचना साझा करने में मदद मिल सकेगी।
ब्रिक्स सम्मेलन से पहले ब्रिक्स देशों के न्यू डेवलपमेंट बैंक- एन डी बी ने एक अरब 40 करोड़ अमरीकी डॉलर के ऋण भारत रूस और चीन में सतत विकास की परियोजनाओं के लिए मंजूर किए।
भारत के लिए एन डी बी ने 47 करोड़ डॉलर का ऋण मध्य प्रदेश की बहु-ग्राम ग्रामीण पेयजल आपूर्ति परियोजना के लिए दिया जा रहा है।
Five banks of BRICS nations sign pact for credit lines :-
Five banks of the BRICS Bank Cooperation Mechanism have agreed to establish credit lines in the national currencies and cooperate on credit ratings.
The agreement to this effect was signed ahead of the BRICS Summit in China’s Xiamen city.
Brazilian Development Bank, Vnesheconombank, Export-Import Bank of India, China Development Bank and Development Bank of South Africa signed the agreement in Beijing.
The agreement on credit ratings enables them to share information about internal credit ratings and rating assessment.
Ahead of the BRICS summit, the New Development Bank (NDB) of the BRICS countries has approved 1.4 billion US dollar loans for sustainable development projects in India, Russia and China.
For India, the Bank has approved 470 million US dollars loan for Madhya Pradesh’s Multi-Village Rural Drinking Water Supply Scheme Project.
6.सीमावर्ती बलों की सहायता करने के लिए वास्तविक समय उपग्रह जानकारी :-
बेहतर सीमा निगरानी के लिए सरकार सीमा-सुरक्षा बल (बीएसएफ), इंडो-तिब्बती सीमा पुलिस (आईटीबीपी) और सशस्त्र सीमा बल (एसएसबी) के लिए एक समर्पित उपग्रह बैंडविड्थ की योजना बना रही है।
यह उपाय सीमावर्ती सुरक्षा बलों को वास्तविक समय में पाकिस्तानी और चीनी सैनिकों की आवाजाही पर निगरानी रखने, आतंकवादी घुसपैठ को ट्रैक करने, दूरदराज के इलाकों में प्रभावी ढंग से संवाद, सीमावर्ती इलाकों के पास पड़ोसियों द्वारा तैनात सैनिकों और तोपखाने की ताकत का आकलन करने के लिए सक्षम बनाएगा।
भारत पाकिस्तान, चीन, बांग्लादेश, नेपाल और म्यांमार के साथ 15,000 किमी से अधिक की सीमा साझा करता है। वर्तमान में सशस्त्र बलों के द्वारा जमीन और समुद्री सीमाओं की निगरानी करने के लिए 13 इसरो उपग्रहों का उपयोग किया जा रहा है।
नौसेना के पास एक समर्पित सैन्य उपग्रह, जीएसएटी -7 या ‘रुक्मिणी’ हैं जो हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र पर नज़र रखता है।
Real-time satellite info to help border forces :-
The government is mulling a dedicated satellite bandwidth for the Border Security Force (BSF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) for better border surveillance.
The idea is to enable the border guarding forces to monitor the movement of Pakistani and Chinese troops in real time, track terrorist infiltration, map terrain and communicate effectively in remote areas, besides assessing the strength of soldiers and artillery deployed by neighbours near the border in case of a stand-off.
India shares over 15,000km of borders with Pakistan, China, Bangladesh, Nepal and Myanmar. The armed forces currently use 13 ISRO satellites to watch land and maritime boundaries.
The Navy has a dedicated military satellite, Gsat-7 or ‘Rukmini’ which monitors the Indian Ocean Region.
7.हॉकी इंडिया ने रोलेंट ओल्टमंस को मुख्य कोच पद से हटाया :-
हॉकी इंडिया ने राष्ट्रीय कोच रोलेंट ओल्टमंस को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर टीम के लगातार औसत प्रदर्शन के बाद पद से हटा दिया। हाई परफार्मेंस निदेशक डेविड जॉन फिलहाल टीम के अंतरिम कोच होंगे।
यह फैसला हॉकी इंडिया की हाई परफार्मेंस और डिवेलपमेंट कमिटी की तीन दिवसीय बैठक में लिया गया।
हालाँकि रोलेंट ओल्टमंस ने मुख्य कोच के रूप में टीम की फिटनेस सुधारने पर काफी काम किया लेकिन टीम का प्रदर्शन आशातीत नहीं रहा।
2018 में एशियाई खेलों, विश्व कप और 2020 ओलिंपिक खेलों में उम्दा प्रदर्शन के लिए उठाया गया।
Hockey India sacks chief coach Oltmans :-
Hockey India sacked national coach Roelant Oltmans after a string of unimpressive outings at the international level.High Performance Director David John will be in charge till a suitable replacement is found for a smooth transition of the men’s team.
The decision was taken during the three-day meeting of the Hockey India High Performance and Development Committee.
While Roelant Oltmans role as Chief Coach in improving the teams’ overall fitness and cohesiveness has been appreciated, the results are what matter and the performance of the team has not been consistent or up to the desired levels.
This move comes before critical tournaments including the Asian Games & World Cup in 2018 and 2020 Olympic Games.
