1.श्रीनगर के 18 वर्षीय युवा को ‘स्वच्छता ही सेवा’ का एम्बेसडर बनाया गया :-
श्रीनगर के युवा बिलाल डार को श्रीनगर नगर निगम का ब्रान्ड एम्बेसडर बनाया गया है। 12 वर्ष की उम्र से ही बिलाल डार ‘स्वच्छता अभियान’ में योगदान दे रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री ने मन की बात कार्यक्रम में बिलाल डार का जिक्र किया था।
प्रमुख व्यक्तियों द्वारा स्वच्छता के लिए श्रमदान कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत आज रेल राज्य मंत्री श्री राजेन गोहेन ने गुवाहटी में श्रमदान कार्यक्रम में अपना योगदान दिया। उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य व सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्री श्री करम श्याम ने मणिपुर में स्वच्छता ही सेवा अभियान का शुभारम्भ किया।
An 18 year old from Srinagar becomes an ambassador for Swachhata Hi Seva :-
Bilal Dar, a young boy from Srinagar has become the brand ambassador for Srinagar Municipal Corporation. Dar has been contributing to the ‘Swachhta Abhiyan’ since the age of 12. He found a mention in the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s recent Mann Ki Baat.
Continuing the shramdaan wave by VIPs the Union Minister of State for Railways, Rajen Gohain took part in a Shramdaan programme at Guwahati railway station. CAF and PD Minister Karam Shyam launched Swachhta Hi Seva campaign in Manipur.
2.श्री राजनाथ सिंह कल बाल श्रम के राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में ‘पेंसिल’ पोर्टल का शुभारंभ करेंगे :-
श्रम क्षेत्र समवर्ती सूची में है इसलिए कार्यक्रमों को लागू करने की जिम्मेदारी राज्य सरकारों पर है। ऑन लाइन पोर्टल केंद्र सरकार को राज्य सरकार, जिला और सभी परियोजना समितियों के साथ जोड़ देगा। इसी पृष्ठभूमि में ऑन लाइन पोर्टल ‘पेंसिल’ की परिकल्पना की गई है। ‘पेंसिल’ पोर्टल के निम्नलिखित घटक हैं:
1.चाइल्ड ट्रैकिंग सिस्टम
2.शिकायत प्रकोष्ठ
3.राज्य सरकार
4.राष्ट्रीय बाल श्रम परियोजना
5.परस्पर सहयोग
‘पेंसिल’, श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय द्वारा विकसित एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्लेटफार्म हैं, जिससे बाल श्रम को पूरी तरह समाप्त करने में मदद मिलेगी। 26 सितंबर, 2017 को गृह मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह बाल श्रम पर राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
Shri Rajnath Singh to launch PENCIL Portal at the National Conference on Child Labour tomorrow :-
subject of Labour is in the concurrent list and enforcement to a large extent depends of respective State Governments. It was felt that an online portal which connects Central Government to State Government, District and to all Project Societies would provide a mechanism for implementation. In this backdrop the online portal PENCIL was conceptualized. PENCIL Portal has following components:
a.Child Tracking System
b.Complaint Corner
c.State Government
d.National Child Labour Project
e.Convergence
The event:“PENCIL”: an electronic platform for effective enforcement for no child labour developed by Ministry of Labour and Employment is going to be launched by Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singhji on 26thSeptember 2017 in the National Conference on Child Labour at Pravasi Bhartiya Kendra, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi.
3.पूरे देश में लघु वन उपजों के लिये न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य जारी :-

आदिवासी मामलों के मंत्री श्री जुआल ओराम ने ट्राइफेड द्वारा लघु वन उपज (एमएफपी) के लिये न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) – को आदिवासियों को एक उचित और न्यायसंगत सौदा दिलवाने के लिये अगले स्तर पर ले जाना – विषय पर आयोजित कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन किया।

Minister of Tribal Affairs Shri Jual Oram inaugurated the National Workshop organized by TRIFED on “Minimum Support Price (MSP) for Minor Forest Produces (MFP) scheme – Taking it to the next level for a Fair and Equitable Deal to the Tribals” Ministers of State for Tribal Affairs Shri Jaswantsinh Sumanbhai Bhabhor and Shri Sudarshan Bhagat were specially present to grace the occasion.
4.प्रधानमंत्री सहायक सचिवों (2015 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी) के दीक्षांत सत्र को संबोधित करेंगे :-
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी यहां सहायक सचिवों (2015 बैच के आईएएस अधिकारी) के दीक्षांत सत्र को संबोधित करेंगे। आईएएस अधिकारियों का यह तीसरा बैच है जिसके सेवाकाल की शुरुआत केंद्र सरकार में प्रतिनियुक्ति के साथ हुई है।
मसूरी के लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्री य प्रशासन अकादमी से फेज-2 प्रशिक्षण के पश्चाीत सरकार ने सभी 175 अधिकारियों को केंद्र सरकार के 42 मंत्रालयों (58 विभागों) में तीन महीने (3 जुलाई, 2017 से 29 सितंबर, 2017 तक) के लिए संयुक्तक सचिव के पद पर नियुक्तस किया था।
Prime Minister to address Valedictory Session of Assistant Secretaries (IAS Officers of 2015 Batch) :-
The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will address Valedictory Session of the Assistant Secretaries (IAS-2015 batch) here tomorrow. This is the third batch of IAS Officers to have commenced their career with a stint in the Central Government.
All the 175 Officers were designated and posted as Assistant Secretaries by the Government of India in 42 Ministries (58 Departments) of the Central Government for three months from July 03, 2017 to September 29, 2017 after their Phase-II training at the Lal Bahadur Shashtri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie.
5.राष्ट्रपति 27 सितम्बर, 2017 को ‘राष्ट्रीय पर्यटन पुरस्कार’ प्रदान करेंगे :-
राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद विश्व पर्यटन दिवस (27 सितम्बर, 2017) के अवसर पर पर्यटन मंत्रालय द्वारा विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में अयोजित किये जाने वाले एक समारोह में यात्रा, पर्यटन और आतिथ्य उद्योग की विभिन्न श्रेणियों के ‘राष्ट्रीय पर्यटन पुरस्कार’ प्रदान करेंगे।
पर्यटन राज्य मंत्री (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) श्री अल्फोंस कन्ननथनम समारोह की अध्यक्षता करेंगे।
President of India will Present ‘National Tourism Awards’ on 27th September, 2017 :-
The President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind will present “National Tourism Awards” to various segments of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry at a function organized by Ministry of Tourism in Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi on World Tourism Day (27 September,2017).
The function will be presided over by theMinister of State (Independent Charge) for Tourism ShriShri Alphons Kannanthanam.
6.रेलवे सुरक्षा बल 47 अतिरिक्त रेलवे स्टेशनों पर बाल सुरक्षा अभियान चलाएगा, यह अभियान अब कुल 82 रेलवे स्टेशनों पर चलाया जाएगा :-
रेलवे सुरक्षा बल द्वारा मुसीबत में फंसे बच्चोंt की सहायता के लिए चलाए जा रहे अभियान की सफलता को देखते हुए रेल मंत्रालय ने निर्णय लिया है कि वह इस अभियान को मौजूदा 35 स्टे शनों के साथ 47 अतिरिक्त रेलवे स्टेरशनों पर भी चलाएगी।
इन अतिरिक्त् रेलवे स्टे शनों पर बाल सुरक्षा अभियान चलाने से अब यह अभियान कुल 82 रेलवे स्टेिशनों पर चलाया जाएगा। ए1 श्रेणी के 75 स्टेाशनों को इस अभियान के तहत शामिल किया जाएगा।
‘ऑपरेशन मुस्कांन’ लापता बच्चों के बचाव और पुनर्वास के लिए गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा चलाई गई एक प्रमुख पहल है। यह एक समर्पित अभियान है जहां पुलिस संगठन गुमशुदा बच्चों की खोज और बचाव के लिए विभिन्नद कार्य योजनाएं चलाते हैं और ऐसे बच्चोंं को उनके परिवार से मिलाते हैं।
Railway Protection Force to implement its Child Rescue Campaign in 47 additional Railway Stations taking total to 82 Railway Stations :-
Encouraged with the success of campaign launched by Railway Protection Force (RPF) to rescue distressed children, Ministry of Railways has now decided to implement this campaign in 47 additional Railway stations in addition to existing 35 stations.
With these additional stations, the RPF campaign to rescue children will be implemented from 82 Railways stations. In this way, all A1 Category stations numbering 75 will be covered under this campaign.
‘Operation Muskaan’, is an initiative of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs to rescue/rehabilitate missing children. It is a dedicated campaign where several activities are taken up by Police organizations to trace and rescue missing children and reunite them with their families.
