1.तीन दिन की भारत यात्रा पर आ रहे हैं ईरान के राष्ट्रपति हसन रोहानी :-
ईरान के राष्ट्रपति हसन रोहानी तीन दिन की भारत यात्रा पर आज शाम हैदराबाद पहुंचेंगे। वे कल मक्का मस्जिद जाएंगे और ईरानी समुदाय से मुलाकात करेंगे। राष्ट्रपति कल ही दिल्ली आएंगे। शनिवार को उनका पारंपरिक स्वागत किया जाएगा। इसके बाद श्री रोहानी प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के साथ विचार-विमर्श करेंगे। वे राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद से भी मुलाकात करेंगे। इस दौरान दोनों देशों के बीच संबंधों में हुई प्रगति की समीक्षा की जाएगी।

Iran’s President Hassan Rohani will arrive in Hyderabad today on a three-day visit to Hyderabad this evening. They will go to Mecca Masjid tomorrow and meet the Iranian community. The President will come to Delhi tomorrow only Their traditional reception will be held on Saturday. After this, Mr. Rohani will interact with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They will also meet President Ramnath Kovind. During this, the progress made in the relations between the two countries will be reviewed.
2.सरकार ने तीन वर्ष के लिए और बढ़ाई मादक पदार्थ विरोधी योजना :-
सरकार ने मादक पदार्थों के अवैध कारोबार पर रोक लगाने के लिए मादक पदार्थ विरोधी योजना तीन वर्ष के लिए और बढ़ा दी है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य राज्यों और केन्द्रशासित क्षेत्रों को मादक पदार्थों की अंतर्राज्यीय और सीमा पार तस्करी पर रोक लगाने में सहयोग देना है। गृह मंत्रालय की एक विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि इस मद में 2017-18 से 2019-20 के लिए 21 करोड़ रूपये का प्रावधान किया गया है।
इसके तहत सभी एंटी नारकोटिक्स एजेंसियों को नशीली दवाओं के अवैध तस्करी से निपटने में अपनी क्षमताओं को मजबूत करने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता दी जाएगी। साथ ही कर्मियों के प्रशिक्षण और क्षमता निर्माण के लिए भी आर्थिक मदद दी जाएगी। ये योजना पहली बार अक्टूबर 2014 में 5 साल की अवधि के लिए शुरू की गई थी जो बाद के वर्षों में दो बार बढ़ाई जा चुकी है।
Government has increased the anti-narcotics scheme for three years :-
The government has increased the anti-narcotics scheme for three years to curb illegal trade of narcotics. The objective of this scheme is to support the States and Union Territories in preventing inter-state and cross-border smuggling of narcotics. It has been stated in the statement of the Home Ministry that a provision of 21 crore rupees has been made for this item from 2017-18 to 2019-20 .
Under this, financial assistance will be provided to all anti-narcotics agencies to strengthen their abilities in dealing with drug trafficking. Besides, financial help will also be provided for training and capacity building of personnel. The scheme was first launched in October 2014 for a period of 5 years which has been increased twice in the following years.
3.लगातार चौथे दिन भी बंद है जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग :-
जम्मू-कश्मीर में घाटी को देश के बाकी हिस्से से जोड़ने वाला जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग आज लगातार चौथे दिन भी बंद है। राजमार्ग पर दो हजार से अधिक वाहन फंसे हैं। इस बीच हिमस्खलन की चेतावनी के मद्देनजर बारामूला और कुपवाड़ा जिलों में लोगों से सतर्क रहने को कहा गया है।
खेरी, उधमपुर और बैट्री चश्मा, मरोग रामबन में भूस्खलन के कारण राजमार्ग बंद पड़ा है। अमला और मशीनें सड़क से मलबा हटाने के कार्य में जुटे हुए हैं और आज शाम तक सड़क साफ हो जाने की उम्मीद है। उधर, अनंतनाग, रामबन, गांधरबल, कर्गिल और लेह जिलों के लिए कम खतरे वाले एवलांच की चेतावनी जारी की गई है। इन जगहों पर लोगों को सावधानी हेतु परामर्श जारी किया गया है।
Jammu-Srinagar National Highway is closed for the fourth consecutive day :-
The Jammu-Srinagar national highway connecting the valley in Jammu and Kashmir to the rest of the country is still closed for the fourth consecutive day. More than two thousand vehicles are stranded on the highway. Meanwhile, in the wake of the warning of avalanches, people have been asked to be vigilant in Baramulla and Kupwara districts.
The highway is closed due to landslides in Kheri , Udhampur and Batri Chashma , Marog Ramban. Amla and Machines are busy working to remove debris from the road and today the road is expected to be clear by this evening. On the other hand , warnings of low-risk accommodation have been issued for Anantnag , Ramban , Gandharbal , Kargil and Leh districts. In these places people have been advised for caution.
4.अमरीका ने पेश किया पाकिस्तान को वैश्विक आतंकवादी वित्त पोषण निगरानी सूची में रखने का प्रस्ताव :-
अमरीका और उसके यूरोप के सहयोगियों ने पाकिस्तान को वैश्विक आतंकवादी वित्त पोषण निगरानी सूची में रखने का प्रस्ताव पेश किया है।
पाकिस्तान के कार्यकारी वित्त मंत्री मिफ्ताह इस्माइल ने इस्लामाबाद में बताया कि अमरीका और ब्रिटेन ने कुछ सप्ताह पहले पाकिस्तान को वित्तीय कार्य दल की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय धनशोधन और आतंकियों को वित्त पोषण करने वालों की सूची में शामिल किए जाने के लिए नामित किया। बाद में फ्रांस और जर्मनी ने भी इस प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन किया। इसे रविवार से परिस में होने वाली एफएटीएफ की बैठक में मंजूरी दी जा सकती है।
USA proposes to keep Pakistan in global terrorist financing surveillance list :-
America and its Europe colleagues have proposed to keep Pakistan in the global terrorist financing surveillance list.
Pakistan’s Executive Finance Minister Miffa Ismail told in Islamabad that the US and Britain nominated Pakistan a few weeks ago to include the financial work group of the International Monetary Fund and the list of financiers financing. Later France and Germany also approved the proposal. It can be approved in the FATF meeting in Sundays due to the meeting.
5.दक्षिण अफ्रीका के राष्ट्रपति पद से जैकब जुमा ने दिया इस्तीफा :-
दक्षिण अफ्रीका के राष्ट्रपति जैकब जुमा ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। उन्होंने टेलीविजन पर राष्ट्र के नाम संदेश में इसकी घोषणा की। इससे पहले, उनकी पार्टी अफ्रीकी नेशनल कांग्रेस ने धमकी दी थी कि अगर वे इस्तीफा नहीं देंगे, तो उन्हें संसद में अविश्वास प्रस्ताव के जरिए हटा दिया जाएगा। लंबे समय से भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों के कारण पद छोड़ने के लिए जनता के भारी दबाव के कई सप्ताह बाद श्री जुमा ने पद से इस्तीफा दिया है।
75 वर्षीय जुमा पिछले नौ साल से देश के राष्ट्रपति थे। उन पर उपराष्ट्रपति और अफ्रीकी नेशनल कांग्रेस के नए नेता सिरिल रामाफोजा को यह पद सौंपने का दबाव लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा था। अफ्रीकी नेशनल कांग्रेस ने एक बयान जारी कर कहा कि श्री जुमा के इस्तीफे से दक्षिण अफ्रीका के लोगों को राहत मिली है।
Jacob Zuma resigns from South African presidency :-
South African President Jacob Zuma has resigned from his post. He announced this in a message to the nation on television. Earlier , his party African National Congress had threatened that he would not resign , then they will be removed through the no-confidence motion in parliament. Mr. Juma has resigned from the post several weeks after heavy public pressure to quit the post due to allegations of corruption.
75- year-old Juma has been the country’s president for nine years. The pressure to hand over the post to Vice President and new leader of the African National Congress Cyril Ramphoza was increasing on them. The African National Congress issued a statement and said that the resignation of Mr. Zuma relieved the people of South Africa.
6.पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में एक खरब दस अरब रुपए से अधिक की धोखाधड़ी का मामला आया सामने :-
पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में बड़ी धोखाधड़ी का मामला सामने आया है। एक खरब दस अरब रुपए से अधिक के इस घोटाले को भारत में सबसे बड़ी बैंकिंग धोखाधड़ी माना जा रहा है। अरबपति जौहरी नीरव मोदी पर आरोप है कि उसने विदेश में पंजाब नैशनल बैंक की शाखा में यह धोखाधड़ी की।
बैंक के दस अधिकारी निलंबित कर दिए गए हैं। वित्तीय सेवाओं के सचिव राजीव कुमार ने बताया कि मामले की जांच सीबीआई और प्रवर्तन निदेशालय को सौंपने की तैयारी की जा रही है जिससे तेजी से कार्रवाई की जा सके।
Punjab National Bank fraud case worth more than a trillion rupees :-
A major fraud case has emerged in the Punjab National Bank. This tragedy of more than a trillion billion rupees is being considered as the biggest banking fraud in India. Billionaire jeweler Nirvav Modi has alleged that he has done this fraud at the branch of Punjab National Bank abroad.
Ten officers of the bank have been suspended. Financial Services Secretary Rajiv Kumar said that the investigation of the case is being prepared to be handed over to the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate, which can be speedily processed.
7.पवन ऊर्जा की न्यूनतम बोली बढ़कर हुई 2.44 रुपये प्रति यूनिट :-
पवन ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं की ताजा नीलामी में शुल्क दरें ऊपर आने के संकेत हैं। कुल 2000 मेगावाट क्षमता की ताजा नीलामी में न्यूनतम बोली 2.44 रुपये प्रति यूनिट की रही, जबकि दिसंबर में न्यूनतम पेशकश गिरकर 2.43 रुपये प्रति यूनिट तक चली गई थी। सोलर एनर्जी कॉरपोरेशन (एसईसीआई) ने यह नीलामी की।
उल्लेखनीय है कि दिसंबर में गुजरात ऊर्जा विकास निगम लि. (जीयूवीएनएल) की नीलामी में पवन ऊर्जा की दर 2.43 रुपये प्रति यूनिट तक आ गई थी। पिछले साल दरों में कमी आनी शुरू हुई और एसईसीआई की 1,000मेगावाट क्षमता की नीलामी में 3.46 रुपये यूनिट तक आ गई। बाद में अक्टूबर 2017 में हुई एसईसीआई की 1,000 मेगावाट की नीलामी में यह 2.64 रुपये प्रति यूनिट तक आ गई।
भारत ने 2022 तक पवन ऊर्जा से 60,000 मेगावाट क्षमता का लक्ष्य रखा है। फिलहाल देश में पवन ऊर्जा की स्थापित क्षमता 32,700 मेगावाट है। सरकार ने 2018-19 और 2019-20 में 10,000-10,000 मेगावाट क्षमता की नीलामी का लक्ष्य रखा है।
Minimum bid of wind energy increased by 2.44 rupees per unit :-
In the fresh auction of wind power projects, the rate of tariff rates is high. The minimum bid for a total of 2000 MW capacity was at 2.44 rupees per unit , while in December the minimum offer fell to 2.43 rupees per unit. Solar Energy Corporation (SECI) has done the auction.
It may be mentioned that in December, Gujarat Energy Development Corporation Limited Wind power rate (GUVNL) auctioned up to 2.43 rupees per unit. Last year, the rates began to decline and the SECI’s 1,000 MW capacity auctioned up to 3.46 units. Later, in the auction of 1000 MW Sewi in October 2017Up to 2.64 rupees per unit.
India has set a target of 60,000 MW capacity by wind power by 2022 . At present, the installed capacity of wind power in the country is 32,700 MW. The government has set a target of 10,000-10,000 MW capacity auction in 2018-19 and 2019-20 .

9.मरुस्थल क्षेत्रों के संबंध में राजस्थान जल क्षेत्र पुनर्निर्माण परियोजना के लिए भारत ने न्यू डेवेलपमैंट बैंक के साथ 100 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर के दूसरे ऋण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए :-
मरुस्थल क्षेत्रों के संबंध में राजस्थान जल क्षेत्र पुनर्निर्माण परियोजना के लिए भारत ने यहां 13 फरवरी, 2018 को न्यू डेवेलपमैंट बैंक (एनडीबी) के साथ 100 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर के दूसरे ऋण समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किए। 100 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर एनडीबी द्वारा स्वीकृत ऋण की पहली किस्त है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि इस परियोजना के लिए बहु-अंशी वित्त पोषण सुविधा के तहत 345 मिलियन अमेरिकी डॉलर के ऋण का प्रावधान किया गया है।
इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य रिसाव, जल संरक्षण और पानी की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने के संबंध में 1958-63 के दौरान 648 किलोमीटर लंबी इंदिरा गांधी नहर प्रणाली को दुरुस्त करना है।

In connection with desert areas, for the Rajasthan Water Area reconstruction project, India signed a new loan agreement of US $ 100 million with New Development Bank (NDB) on February 13, 2018. The first installment of loan sanctioned by NDB is 100 million US dollars. It is worth mentioning that under this multi-part financing facility for this project, a provision of 345 million US dollars has been made.
The objective of this project is to repair the 648-km Indira Gandhi canal system in 1958-63 with regard to increase leakage, water conservation and water quality.
