1.19 अगस्त 2017 से 30 अगस्त 2017 के मध्य “संकल्प से सिद्धि: न्यू इंडिया मंथन (2017-2022)” के रूप में देश के सभी जिलों में मनाया जायेगा: श्री राधा मोहन सिंह :-
केन्द्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री राधा मोहन सिंह ने आज विश्व विद्यालयों के सभी कुलपतियों, अटारी के निदेशकों एवं देश भर के कृषि विज्ञान केन्द्रों के प्रमुख के साथ audio conferencing की।
श्री सिंह ने बताया कि देश के सभी जिलों में 19 अगस्त से 30 अगस्त 2017 के बीच न्यू इंडिया मंथन का कार्यक्रम होगा।
इन कार्यक्रमों में कृषि एवं सम्बद्ध क्षत्रों के भारत सरकार एवं राज्य सरकार के सभी अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी, छात्र तथा बड़ी संख्या में किसानों की उपस्थिति सुनिश्च करें।
2.भारतीय हवाईअड्डा प्राधिकरण ने भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन की 75वीं वर्षगांठ मनाई :-
भारतीय हवाईअड्डा प्राधिकरण ने भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन की 75वीं वर्षगांठ के उपलक्ष्य में एक शपथ ग्रहण समारोह आयोजित किया। यह आयोजन डॉ. गुरुप्रसाद महापात्र, आईएएस, अध्यक्ष, भारतीय हवाईअड्डा प्राधिकरण द्वारा अन्य बोर्ड सदस्यों और अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में मनाया गया।
इस अवसर पर भारतीय हवाईअड्डा प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारियों ने सांप्रदायिकता, जातिवाद और भ्रष्टाचार जैसी समस्याओं से देश को मुक्त करने और वर्ष 2022 तक ‘नया भारत’ बनाने की शपथ ली। यह आयोजन माननीय प्रधान मंत्री द्वारा ‘संकल्प से सिद्धी’ आंदोलन ( 2017-2022) का एक हिस्सा है।
3.रेल मंत्रालय कई नई रेल सेवाएं शुरू कर रहा है :-
भारतीय रेलवे इस सप्ताहांत के दौरान कई मार्गों पर नई रेल सेवाएं शुरू कर रहा है। उत्तर प्रदेश, ओडिशा, बिहार, पंजाब, दिल्ली, मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, गुजरात और जम्मू-कश्मीर के हजारों यात्री इन रेल सेवाओं से लाभान्वित होंगे।
रेल मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभाकर प्रभु 12 अगस्त, 2017 को इन रेल सेवाओं का नई दिल्ली से और कुछ रेल सेवाओं को मुंबई से 2017 को वीडियो कॉफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से उद्घाटन करेंगे। 13 अगस्त, 2017 को रेल और संचार (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) राज्य मंत्री श्री मनोज सिन्हा गाजीपुर से कुछ रेल सेवाओं का उद्घाटन करेंगे।
नई ट्रेनों को झंडी : (रेल मंत्री श्री सुरेश प्रभाकर प्रभु 12 अगस्त, 2017 को झंडी दिखाकर रवाना करेंगे)
4.श्री प्रसून जोशी केंद्रीय फिल्म प्रमाणन बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किए गए :-
केंद्र सरकार ने सिनेमैटोग्राफ (प्रमाणन) नियम, 1983 के नियम 3 के साथ सिनेमैटोग्राफ अधिनियम, 1952 (1952 की 37) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के तहत मिले अधिकारों का उपयोग करते हुए श्री प्रसून जोशी को केंद्रीय फिल्म प्रमाणन बोर्ड का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया है।
श्री जोशी की यह नियुक्ति मानद हैसियत से 11 अगस्त, 2017 से प्रभावी हो गई है। यह नियुक्ति पदभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से लेकर अगले तीन वर्षों तक अथवा अगले आदेश तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, प्रभावी रहेगी।
5.More than 3.5 lakh registered practitioners of Homoeopathy, Unani, Siddha and Naturopathy in the country: Shri Shripad Naik :-
The total number of registered Homoeopathic, Unani, Siddha and Naturopathy practitioners throughout the country as on 01st January 2016 is 352251.
The total number of AYUSH hospitals operating in the country as on 1st April, 2016 are 3639 and number of dispensaries are 26405.
Public Health being a State subject, the primary responsibility to provide health care services lies with the respective State/UT Governments.
6.Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare to celebrate “Sankalp to Siddhi: New India Manthan (2017-2022)” in all the districts of the country from August 19, 2017 to August 30, 2017 :-
Shri Radha Mohan Singh, the Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, today held an audio conferencing with all the VCs of University, ATTARI Directors and heads of KVKs across the country. Shri Singh informed that New India Manthan program to be organized in all Districts of the Country.
The presence of all the Agriculture and Allied Sectors officers and employees of the Government of India and the State Government, students and a large number of farmers will be ensured during the programs.
7.Exhibition “Indian Historical Monuments in Company Painting School” Begins in National Museum :-
Smt. Sujata Prasad, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Culture inaugurated an exhibition “Indian Historical monuments in Company Painting School”in Ajanta Hall, National Museum, New Delhi today. The exhibition will remain open to the public till 27th August, 2017.
The exhibition presents illustrated paintings on Indo-Islamic Monuments with scenes of Mughal Architectures made with photo realistic approach.
8.Shri Prasoon Joshi appointed Chairperson of Central Board of Film Certification :-
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952) read with rule 3 of the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, the Central Government is pleased to appoint Sh.
Prasoon Joshi as Chairperson of the Central Board of Film Certification in an honorary capacity from 11th August, 2017 for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
9.Ministry of Railways is launching various new train services :-
Indian Railways is launching several new train services on different routes during this weekend (12th &13th August,2017).
Thousand of passengers from the states of UP, Odisha, Bihar, Punjab, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat & Jammu & Kashmir will benefit from these services.
Minister of Railways, Shri Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu is inaugurating some of these train services on 12th August 2017 through video conferencing from New Delhi & some trains services from Mumbai on 13th August 2017.
Again on 13th August, 2017, Minister of State for Railways & Minister of State for Communications (I/c) Shri Manoj Sinha is inaugurating some train services from Ghazipur.
10.A total of 22 proposals of Rs.2200 Cr. appraised and recommended under Nirbhaya Fund :-
Government of India has set up a dedicated fund called Nirbhaya Fund for implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety and security of women in the country.
As per the guidelines of Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Women and Child Development is the nodal authority for appraisal of the schemes/proposals received under Nirbhaya Fund.
Also, Ministry of Finance has set up an Empowered Committee under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development for appraising and approving various schemes/project proposals proposed to be funded from the Nirbhaya Fund.
