1.राष्ट्रपति ने प्रोफेसर सी राज कुमार द्वारा संकलित किताब की पहली प्रति प्राप्त की :-
भारत के राष्ट्रपति श्री प्रणव मुखर्जी ने नोबेल पुरस्कार विजेता प्रोफेसर अमर्त्य सेन द्वारा राष्ट्रपति भवन में आयोजित एक समारोह में औपचारिक रूप से जारी पुस्तक ‘फ्यूचर ऑफ इंडियन यूनिवर्सिटीज: कम्पेरेटिव एंड इंटरनेशनल पर्सपेक्टिव्ज’ की पहली प्रतिप्राप्त की।
‘फ्यूचर ऑफ इंडियन यूनिवर्सिटीज: कम्पेरेटिव एंड इंटरनेशनल पर्सपेक्टिव्ज’ को प्रोफेसर सी राज कुमार, जो जेजीयू विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति हैं, द्वारा संकलित किया गया है और ऑक्सफोर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी प्रेस द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया है।
President receives first copy of book complied by Professor C. Raj Kumar :-
The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee received the first copy of the book ‘Future of Indian Universities: Comparative and International Perspectives’ from Nobel Laureate Professor Amartya Sen who formally released it at a function held at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
The book ‘Future of Indian Universities: Comparative and International Perspectives’ has been complied by Professor (Dr.) C. Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor of JGU University and is published by Oxford University Press.
2.दुनियाभर में सबसे ज़्यादा भरोसेमंद है भारत सरकार: रिपोर्ट :-
ओईसीडी के ‘गवर्नमेंट एट ए ग्लांस’ के नवीनतम संस्करण के अनुसार, भारत सरकार दुनिया की सभी सरकारों में सबसे ज़्यादा भरोसेमंद है। इस सर्वे के मुताबिक भारत के 73 फीसदी लोगों को अपनी सरकार पर भरोसा है।
जबकि मोदी सरकार पर दुनिया में सबसे अधिक 73 प्रतिशत भारतीयों का विश्वास है, ग्रीस 13 प्रतिशत के साथ अंतिम स्थान पर है।
सर्वेक्षण आम तौर पर सरकार पर लोगों के भरोसे के स्तर की जांच के लिए किया जाता है।
India emerges as top trusted government in the world: Report :-
According to the latest edition of the OECD’s Government at a Glance report, India has emerged as the most trusted nation with 73 per cent people voting for the current government.
While Modi government has the confidence of 73 per cent Indians, the highest in the world, Greece stands last with 13 per cent.
The survey is generally conducted to test check peoples trust level on their government.
3.गणित का सर्वोच्च पुरस्कार जीतने वाली पहली महिला का 40 साल की उम्र में निधन :-
गणित का नोबेल पुरस्कार कहा जाने वाला प्रतिष्ठित फील्ड मेडल जीतने वाली पहली और एकमात्र महिला, मरियम मिरज़ाखानी का निधन हो गया है।
मिरज़ाखानी स्टैनफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय में प्रोफेसर थी। वह 40 साल की थीं।
मिरज़ाखानी ने ज्यामिति और गतिशील प्रणालियों पर काम के लिए 2014 में हर चार साल में दिया जाने वाला विशिष्ट पुरस्कार जीता।
The First Woman to Win Math’s Highest Award Dies at 40 :-
Maryam Mirzakhani, the first and only woman to win the prestigious Fields Medal, called the Nobel Prize of math, died.
Mirzakhani was a professor at Stanford University.She was 40.
Mirzakhani won the distinguished award, given every four years, in 2014 for her work on geometry and dynamical systems.
4.जम्मू–कश्मीर सरकार ने डल झील पर साप्ताहिक महोत्सव शुरू किया :-
श्रीनगर में शानदार डल झील पर जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार के सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम ‘कल्चर ऑफ क्रूज’ का पहली बार का आयोजन किया गया जिसका लक्ष्य विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से कलाकारों को एक मंच पर लाने का था।
कश्मीर के पर्यटन विभाग के साथ मिलकर जेकेएएसीएल ने इस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया।
J-K govt launches weekly festival at Dal Lake :-
The spectacular Dal Lake in Srinagar hosted first ever ‘Cultrue of Cruise’, a weeekly cultural programme organised by the Jammu and Kashmir government aimed to bring artists from various fields on one stage.
The JKAACL in association with the tourism department of Kashmir launched the event.
5.लुईस हैमिल्टन ने पांचवीं बार ब्रिटिश जीपी जीतकर रिकार्ड बराबर किया :-
लुईस हैमिल्टन ने सिल्वरस्टोन में एक शानदार जीत हासिल की, जिससे ब्रिटिश ग्रां प्री में अब वह पांच कैरियर जीत दर्ज कर चुके हैं।
मर्सिडीज ड्राइवर ने घर पर लगातार चौथी जीत के साथ स्कॉट जिम क्लार्क और फ्रांसीसी एलेन प्रास्ट का रिकार्ड बराबर किया।
Lewis Hamilton wins record-equalling fifth British GP :-
Lewis Hamilton took a dominant victory at Silverstone to tie the all-time record of five career wins in the British Grand Prix.
The Mercedes driver equalled the tally of Scot Jim Clark and Frenchman Alain Prost with his fourth home win in a row.
6.टाटा मोटर्स ने देश की पहली बायोमेथेन बस विकसित की :-
टाटा मोटर्स ने देश की पहली जैव-सीएनजी (बायो-मीथेन) बस का विकास किया है जिसका हाल ही में जैव ऊर्जा कार्यक्रम ‘उर्जा उत्सव’ में अनावरण किया गया था।
भारत की सबसे बड़ी वाणिज्यिक वाहन निर्माता फर्म ने कहा कि जैव-मीथेन इंजन एलसीवी, आईसीवी और एमसीवी बसों में इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
पुणे के शिव छत्रपति स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स में आयोजित उर्जा उत्सव में टाटा ने लीड मॉडल-टाटा एलपीओ 1613 के साथ-साथ 5.7 एसजीआई एनए बीएस -4 आईओबीडी -2 बस के साथ तीन इंजन प्रदर्शित किये।
Tata Motors develops country’s first biomethane bus :-
Tata Motors has developed country’s first Bio-CNG (bio-methane) bus which was unveiled recently at a bio-energy programme, ‘Urja Utsav’.
The firm, which is India’s largest commercial vehicles manufacturer, said the bio-methane engines could be used in LCV, ICV and MCV buses.
At the Urja Utsav held in Pune’s Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Tata displayed three engines, along with the lead model — Tata LPO 1613 with 5.7 SGI NA BS-IV IOBD-II compliant bus.
7.परजूली नेपाल के नए मुख्य न्यायाधीश :-
नेपाल के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश के पद के लिए विशेष संसदीय सुनवाई समिति (पीएचएससी) ने कार्यकारी मुख्य न्यायाधीश गोपाल प्रसाद परजूली का नाम सर्वसम्मति से अनुमोदित किया।
परजूली का नाम संवैधानिक परिषद द्वारा 29 जून को सुनवाई के लिए पीएचएससी को भेजा गया था।
उच्चतम न्यायालय में वरिष्ठतम न्यायमूर्ति परजूली ने 6 जून को मुख्य न्यायाधीश सुशीला कार्की के सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद इस साल 7 जून से कार्यवाहक मुख्य न्यायाधीश की जिम्मेदारी संभाली थी।
Parajuli to be Nepal’s new SC Chief Justice :-
The name of acting Chief Justice Gopal Prasad Parajuli was unanimously endorsed by the Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee (PHSC) for the post of Nepal’s Supreme Court Chief Justice.
Parajuli’s name was sent to the PHSC for hearing by the Constitutional Council on June 29.
Parajuli, the senior-most Justice at the Supreme Court, has taken up the responsibility of acting Chief Justice since June 7, this year after the retirement of then Chief Justice Sushila Karki on June 6.
