1.नया भारत बनाने के लिए सरकार पुरानी सभ्यता को आधुनिक समाज में बदलने के मिशन पर कर रही काम : प्रधानमंत्री :-
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा है कि नया भारत बनाने के लिए सरकार देश में पुरानी सभ्यता को आधुनिक समाज और अनौपचारिक अर्थव्यवस्था को औपचारिक अर्थव्यवस्था में बदलने के मिशन पर काम कर रही है। नई दिल्ली में दूसरे भारत-कोरिया व्यापार सम्मेलन में श्री मोदी ने कहा कि सरकार कारोबार का स्थिर माहौल बनाने, निर्णय लेने में मध्यस्थों की भूमिका को खत्म करने पर काम कर रही है।
श्री मोदी ने कहा कि देश में पुराने नियमों को बदलने और लाइसेंसो को हटाने का अभियान चल रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत खरीद के मामले में तीसरी सबसे बड़ी शक्ति बन चुका है जल्दी ही वह सकल घरेलू उत्पाद के क्षेत्र में विश्व की सबसे बड़ी पांचवी अर्थव्यवस्था बन जाएगा। श्री मोदी ने कहा कि कुछ ही देश ऐसे है जहां लोगों के पास अर्थव्यवस्था के तीन महत्वपूर्ण कारक लोकतंत्र, जनसांख्यिकी और मांग एक साथ हैं और भारत के पास ये तीनों चीजें हैं।
Government is working on the mission of transforming old civilization into a modern society to create a new India: PM :-
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the government is working on the mission of transforming old civilization into modern society and informal economy in formal economy to form a new India. In a second India-Korea Trade Summit in New Delhi, Shri Modi said that the government is working to create a stable environment for the business and to eliminate the role of the arbitrators in making decisions.
Shri Modi said that the campaign to change the old rules and remove licenses are going on in the country. The Prime Minister said that India has become the third largest power producer, soon it will become the world’s fifth largest economy in the field of GDP. Shri Modi said that there are only a few countries where people have three important factors like democracy, demography and demand together and India has these three things.
2.पाकिस्तान ने जम्मू कश्मीर के राजौरी और पुंछ जिले में संघर्ष विराम का फिर उल्लंघन किया :-
जम्मू-कश्मीर में नियंत्रण रेखा के पास राजौरी और पुंछ जिले में मंगलवार को पाकिस्तानी सेना ने मोर्टार से भारी गोलाबारी की जिसमें तीन सुरक्षाकर्मी घायल हुए हैं।
रक्षा सूत्रों ने बताया कि पाकिस्तानी सेना ने सवेरे करीब आठ बजे मंजाकोट सेक्टर में भारतीय चौकियों और रिहायशी इलाकों में अकारण फायरिंग और गोलाबारी की। बाद में उन्होंने करीब साढ़े नौ बजे पुंछ जिले के बालाकोट सेक्टर में भी गोलाबारी शुरू कर दी।
सीमा पर तैनात भारतीय सेना ने गोलाबारी का करारा जवाब दिया है। अंतिम समाचार मिलने तक दोनों ओर से गोलीबारी जारी थी। भारी गोलाबारी के कारण इन इलाकों में स्कूल बंद कर दिए गए हैं।
Pakistan again violated the ceasefire in Rajouri and Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, three security personnel injured :-
In Jammu and Kashmir, in the Rajouri and Poonch districts near the Line of Control, Pakistani troops fired heavily from mortars on Tuesday, in which three security personnel were injured.
Defense sources told that the Pakistani army had unprotected firing and shelling in Indian checkpoints and residential areas in Manjot sector around 8 in the morning. Later, he started firing at Balakot Sector of Poonch district at around 9.30 pm.
Indian Army deployed on the border gave a befitting reply to the firing. Firing continued till both of them reached the final news. Due to heavy firepower, schools have been closed in these areas.
3.उपराष्ट्रपति एम वेंकैया नायडू ने ने 338 कामगारों को प्रधानमंत्री श्रम पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया :-
नई दिल्ली में आयोजित पुरस्कार समारोह में उपराष्ट्रपति एम वेंकैया नायडू ने तीन सौ 38 श्रमिकों को प्रधानमंत्री श्रम पुरस्कार प्रदान किये।
उपराष्ट्रपति ने बेहतर उत्पादन के लिए संगठित और असंगठित क्षेत्र में श्रमिकों को स्वस्थ माहौल उपलब्ध कराने पर जोर दिया।
श्री नायडू ने श्रम और रोज़गार मंत्रालय से कहा कि वह श्रमिक वर्ग के कल्याण के लिए और कदम उठाए तथा कल्याण उपायों के क्रियान्वयन पर नजर रखे।
उपराष्ट्रपति ने वर्ष 2011 से 2016 तक के लिए प्रधानमंत्री श्रम पुरस्कार प्रदान किए। इनमें श्रम रत्न,, श्रम भूषण, श्रम वीर और श्रम वीरांगना तथा श्रमश्री और श्रम देवी पुरस्कार शामिल हैं।
Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu honored 338 workers with Prime Minister’s Labor awards :-
In the awards ceremony held in New Delhi, Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu awarded Prime Minister’s Labor Awards to three hundred 38 workers.
The Vice President stressed on providing a healthy environment for the workers in the organized and unorganized sector for better production.
Mr. Naidu asked the Ministry of Labor and Employment to take more steps for the welfare of the working class and monitor the implementation of welfare measures.
The Vice President provided the Prime Minister’s Labor Award for the year 2011 to 2016. These include Shram Ratna , Shram Bhushan , Shram Veer and Shram Veerangana and Shramshree and Shram Devi Awards.
4.जम्मू कश्मीर की मुख्यमंत्री ने की गृह मंत्री से मुलाकात :-
जम्मू कश्मीर की मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती ने मंगलवार को नई दिल्ली में गृह मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह से मुलाकात कर राज्य की वर्तमान स्थिति पर चर्चा की। बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने घाटी के साथ-साथ पाकिस्तान से लगी सीमा क्षेत्र में सुरक्षा स्थिति के बारे में गृह मंत्री को जानकारी दी। इस क्षेत्र में हाल के दिनों में सीमा पार की गोलीबारी और आतंकवादियों के भारत में घुसपैठ की लगातार कोशिशें हो रही हैं। आधिकारिक सूत्रों के हवाले से खबर दी है कि दोनों नेताओं ने केंद्र के प्रतिनिधि दिनेश्वर शर्मा द्वारा की जा रही शांति पहल पर भी चर्चा की।
Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir meets Home Minister :-
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti met Home Minister Rajnath Singh in New Delhi on Tuesday to discuss the current situation of the state. During the meeting, the Chief Minister apprised the Home Minister about the security situation in the border region along with the valley along with Pakistan. In this area, in the recent past, cross-border firing and militant efforts are being made to infiltrate into India. According to official sources, the two leaders also discussed the peace initiative being done by the Center’s representative, Dineshwar Sharma.
5.दूरदर्शन को गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रसारण के लिए अपने विस्तृत प्रभाव क्षेत्र का अधिकतम लाभ उठाना चाहिए : स्मृति ईरानी :-
सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने कहा है कि दूरदर्शन को डीडी फ्री डिश द्वारा निर्मित प्रभाव क्षेत्र का अधिकतम उपयोग उच्च गुणवत्ता की प्रसारण सामग्री के प्रस्तुतिकरण के लिए करना चाहिए। नई दिल्ली में भौमिक और उपग्रह प्रसारण पर चौबीसवीं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन और प्रदर्शनी- बीईएस एक्सपोका उद्घाटन करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि प्रसार भारती को विज्ञापन के जरिए राजस्व बढ़ाने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। श्रीमती ईरानी ने कहा कि इस वर्ष के अंत तक भारत में स्मार्ट फोन का उपयोग करने वालों की संख्या 53 करोड़ तक पहुंच जाएगी, जो चीन के बाद दूसरी सबसे बड़ी संख्या होगी।
Doordarshan should take maximum advantage of its broad impact area for quality transmission: Smriti Irani :-
Information and Broadcasting Minister Smriti Irani has said that Doordarshan should make maximum use of the impact area created by DD Free Dish for presentation of high quality broadcast material. Inaugurating the 24×7 International Conference and Exhibition – BES Expo on Bhoomika and Satellite Broadcasting in New Delhi, he said that Prasar Bharati should try to increase revenue through advertising. Mrs. Irani said that by the end of this year, the number of smart phone users in India will reach 53 million, which will be the second largest number after China.
6.तेलंगाना राज्य में किसानों के लिए पांच लाख रुपए के स्वास्थ्य-सह-जीवन बीमा योजना की घोषणा :-
तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री के. चंद्रशेखर राव ने राज्य में किसानों के लिए पांच लाख रुपए के स्वास्थ्य-सह-जीवन बीमा योजना की घोषणा की है। करीम नगर में किसानों की समन्वय समितियों के क्षेत्रीय सम्मेलन में श्री राव ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार किसानों के प्रीमियम का भुगतान करेगी।
राज्य में 70 लाख किसानों के लिए यह योजना लागू होगी। इस योजना के तहत किसान को अगर अस्पताल में दाखिल होना पड़ा तो उन्हें स्वास्थ्य बीमा मिलेगा औऱ दुर्घटना में या किसी कारण से सहज मरण हुआ तो उनके परिवार को पांच लाख रुपयों का बीमा मिलेगा। राज्य सरकार के आने वाले बजट में इस योजना के लिए 500 करोड़ रूपयों का प्रावधान भी किया जाएगा।
Announcement of Rs. 5 lakhs for health-cum-life insurance scheme for farmers in Telangana state :-
Chief Minister of Telangana Chandrashekhar Rao has announced a health cum life insurance scheme of Rs. 5 lakhs for the farmers in the state. In the regional conference of farmers’ co-ordination committees in Karim Nagar, Shri Rao said that the state government will pay the farmers premium.
This scheme will be applicable for 70 lakh farmers in the state. Under this scheme, if the farmer had to enter the hospital, he would get health insurance and in case of accident or died for some reason, his family would get insurance of five lakh rupees. In the upcoming budget of the State Government, a provision of Rs. 500 crores will also be made for this scheme.
7.मालदीव की स्थिति में सुधार नहीं हुआ तो उसके खिलाफ उठाए जाएंगे लक्षित कदम : यूरोपीय संघ :-
यूरोपीय संघ ने मालदीव सरकार को चेतावनी दी है कि अगर देश की स्थिति में सुधार नहीं होता तो उसके खिलाफ लक्षित कदम उठाए जाएंगे। ब्रसेल्स में यूरोपीय संघ परिषद की बैठक में मालदीव में सभी अधिकारियों, विशेषकर कानून और व्यवस्था लागू करने वाले अधिकारियों से संयम से काम लेने को कहा गया।
मालदीव में इस महीने की 5 तारीख से आपातकाल लागू है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश, एक पूर्व राष्ट्रपति और अनेक विपक्षी सांसद आपातकाल के कारण जेल में बंद हैं और संसदीय प्रक्रिया सीमित रूप से चल रही है।
If the Maldives situation does not improve, then the targeted move will be lifted against them: EU :-
The European Union has warned the Maldivian government that if the country does not improve, then targeted measures will be taken against them. In the meeting of the EU Council in Brussels, all officials in the Maldives, especially law and order implementing authorities, were asked to work quietly.
Emergency is applicable from 5th of this month in the Maldives. Supreme Court Judges, a former President and many Opposition MPs are in jail due to Emergency and Parliamentary procedure is going on in limbo.
8.सुश्री उमा भारती ने राजस्थान में स्वजल योजना की दूसरी परियोजना का शुभारंभ किया :-
केन्द्रीय पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता मंत्री सुश्री उमा भारती ने आज राजस्थान में करौली जिले के भीकमपुरा गांव में स्वजल पायलट परियोजना का शुभारंभ किया।
उन्होंने भीकमपुरा में 54.17 लाख रूपये से अधिक के बजट की स्वजल परियोजना का उद्घाटन किया। स्वजल परियोजना सतत पेयजल आपूर्ति के लिए समुदाय के स्वामित्व वाला पेयजल कार्यक्रम है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत परियोजना की लागत का 90 प्रतिशत खर्च सरकार उठाएगी और समुदाय के योगदान से शेष 10 प्रतिशत व्यय किया जाएगा। परियोजना के परिचालन और प्रबंधन की जिम्मेदारी स्थानीय ग्रामीणों की होगी।
Ms. Uma Bharti launches second project of Swajal scheme in Rajasthan :-
Union Minister of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Ms. Uma Bharti, today launched Swajal Pilot Project in Bhikampura village of Karauli district in Rajasthan.
He also inaugurated the Swajal project of Budget of more than Rs 54.17 lakh in Kamphampura. The Swajal Project is a community-owned drinking water program for continuous supply of drinking water. Under the scheme 90 percent of the cost of the project will be borne by the government and the remaining 10 percent of the community contribution will be spent. Local villagers will be responsible for the operation and management of the project.
9.जनवरी 2018 के लिए जीएसटी राजस्व संग्रह 86,318 करोड़ रुपये का रहा :-
जीएसटी के तहत कुल राजस्व संग्रह : जनवरी, 2018 के लिए जीएसटीआर 3बी रिटर्न दाखिल करने की अंतिम तिथि 20 फरवरी, 2018 थी। जनवरी 2018 माह के लिए (जनवरी/फरवरी में 25 फरवरी, 2018 तक प्राप्त) जीएसटी के तहत प्राप्त कुल राजस्व 86,318 करोड़ रुपये रहा है। 25 फरवरी, 2018 तक जीएसटी के तहत 1.03 करोड़ करदाता पंजीकृत हुए हैं। अब तक 17.65 लाख डीलरों को कंपोजीशन डीलरों के रूप में पंजीकृत किया गया है। इनमें से 1.23 लाख कंपोजीशन डीलरों ने कंपोजीशन स्कीम से खुद को अलग कर लिया है और अब वे नियमित करदाता बन गए हैं। इस तरह 25 फरवरी, 2018 तक कुल मिलाकर 16.42 लाख कंपोजीशन डीलर हैं जिन्हें हर तिमाही रिटर्न दाखिल करने होंगे और शेष 87.03 लाख करदाताओं को मासिक रिटर्न दाखिल करने होंगे।
GST revenue collection for January 2018 was Rs 86,318 crore :-
Total revenue collection under GST: The last date for filing GSTR 3B returns for January 2018 was 20th February, 2018. For the month of January 2018 (Total upto Rs. 86,318 crores received under GST) upto February 25, 2018 (in January / February). As on February 25, 2018, 1.03 crore taxpayers have been registered under GST. So far, 17.65 lakh dealers have been registered as composition dealers. Of these 1.23 lakh composition dealers have separated themselves from the composition scheme and now they have become regular tax payers. In this way till February 25, 2018, there are 16.42 lakh composition dealers who will have to file returns every quarter and the remaining 87.03 lakh taxpayers will have to file monthly returns.
